The scheme provides the installation positions of two groups of driving units, and the driving device can be arranged at the upper part of the whole shaver or at the lower part of the shaver according to actual requirements;
the driving unit is preferably placed in the main body assembly, and because the driving unit belongs to an electrical component, the lower shell assembly is directly associated with the movable knife unit, the driving unit is far away from a human body, and the safety is ensured;
in addition, the lower shell assembly has more assembled parts and limited space, and although the driving unit can also be assembled, a great deal of effort is needed by research personnel, and the process assembly precision is higher.
Referring to fig. 11, the present invention provides a detailed exploded view of the lower housing assembly. Wherein the elastic cavity formed by the first elastic component 500 is also provided with a floating core 510, the floating core is nested in the mounting column 421 formed by the fixed seat through a fastener 520, and the floating core freely moves in the longitudinal direction; additionally, the kinetic energy received by the gear assembly is transmitted to the moving blade unit 330 through the rotating shaft 810.
Example 4:
in order to better provide the driving force to the driving support and at the same time facilitate the detachment of the electric shaver, the present embodiment provides a magnetic attachment scheme.
Referring to fig. 12, specifically, the body 110 is magnetically connected to the fixing seat 420. The body is magnetically connected with the fixed seat, so that the body and the fixed seat can be conveniently and rapidly separated; in addition, the magnetic attraction is uniform in stress after attraction and reliable in matching, so that the body and the fixed seat are reliably magnetically attracted and do not shift in the shaving process of a user, and the phenomena of abnormal noise, jamming and the like are avoided; and the work of the first elastic assembly, the second elastic assembly and the third elastic assembly is facilitated.
Specifically, the body 110 is provided with a driving magnetic component a, the driving magnetic component is connected with the driving unit, the driving support 700 is provided with a driven magnetic component B, and the driven magnetic component is driven to rotate under the action of the driving unit and the driving magnetic component.
The driving magnetic component and the driven magnetic component are matched with each other, the driving magnetic component adopts a magnet, and the driven magnet is provided with a magnet matched with the magnet, or a magnetic material piece (such as iron, cobalt, nickel and the like) or a magnetic coating (such as iron, cobalt and nickel coatings).
For example, the driving magnetic component adopts a magnet, and the driven magnetic component is also provided with a magnet; or the driving magnetic component adopts a magnet, and the driven magnetic component is made of a magnetic material piece which can be magnetically adsorbed by the magnet; or the driving magnetic component is provided with a magnet, and the driven magnetic component is provided with a coating which is magnetically adsorbed with the magnet; or the driving magnetic component is provided with a magnet, and the driven magnetic component is made of plastic embedded magnetic material pieces or a part of the driven magnetic component is made of magnetic material pieces. Or the driving magnetic component is provided with a magnet, and the scheme of the driven magnetic component is the combination of the above examples. When the driven magnetic component is provided with a magnet, the arrangement of the magnet or the magnetic material piece or the magnetic coating on the driving magnetic component can refer to the above examples. Further, by making the magnet and the magnetic material attract each other, the cost is reduced.

Claims (10)

1. An electric shaver capable of floating integrally comprises a main body component and a cutter head component, wherein the cutter head component is arranged on the main body component, the main body component comprises a body and a driving unit arranged in the body, the cutter head component comprises an upper shell component and a lower shell component connected with the upper shell component, the upper shell component comprises an upper shell, a cutter mesh matched with the upper shell and a movable cutter unit positioned in the cutter mesh, the lower shell component comprises a lower shell connected with the upper shell,
the device is characterized by further comprising a fixed seat, wherein the fixed seat is connected with the lower shell through a first elastic assembly, a driving support is arranged in an inner cavity of the fixed seat, the driving support is elastically connected with the lower shell through a second elastic assembly, and a gap is reserved between the driving support and the fixed seat; the movable knife unit is driven by the driving unit and the driving support to rotate; the size of the gap is 1-2 cm.
2. The integrally floatable electric shaver set forth in claim 1 wherein the elastic force of said second elastic member is smaller than the elastic force of said first elastic member.
3. The electric shaver as set forth in claim 1, wherein the holder comprises a fixed upper housing, a fixed lower housing detachably coupled to the fixed upper housing, the fixed upper housing being coupled to the first elastic member, the fixed lower housing extending in a direction of the head assembly to form a fitting groove, the fitting groove being operatively coupled to the driving holder through a driving shaft.

The integrally floatable electric shaver according to claim 3 wherein the lower housing comprises a lower housing support shell and a lower housing guard enclosing the lower housing and forming an assembly chamber with the lower housing support shell, the portion of the first elastic member being assembled in the assembly chamber, the lower housing guard forming a hair storage chamber with the upper housing.
5. The electric shaver with the floating whole as claimed in claim 4, wherein the assembly chamber is provided with a power switching assembly for providing power to the movable blade unit, and the lower portion of the power switching assembly is provided with a third elastic assembly, and in the working state, the power switching assembly can drive the movable blade unit to perform elastic and driving motions simultaneously.
6. An integrally floatable electric shaver as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said first elastic member is a resiliently floatable rubber mount, and said second elastic member and said third elastic member are compression springs.
7. The electric shaver as set forth in claim 6, wherein the power switching assembly comprises a gear assembly including a central gear and a plurality of driven gears engaged with the central gear, a lower portion of the central gear being connected to the driving holder, the driven gears being connected to the movable blade unit.
8. The integrally floatable electric shaver as set forth in claim 1, wherein said driving unit is fitted in said body member or in said lower housing member.
9. The electric shaver as set forth in claim 1, wherein the body is magnetically connected to the holder.
10. The electric shaver as claimed in claim 9, wherein the body is assembled with a driving magnetic assembly, the driving magnetic assembly is connected to the driving unit, and the driving support is assembled with a driven magnetic assembly, the driven magnetic assembly is driven by the driving unit and the driving magnetic assembly to rotate.
