Laser welding machines, also commonly called laser welding machines, are machines for laser material processing, and are divided into laser die welding machines, automatic laser welding machines, laser spot welding machines, and optical fiber transmission laser welding machines according to working modes, wherein in laser welding, high-energy laser pulses are utilized to locally heat materials in a micro area, the energy radiated by laser is diffused into the materials through heat conduction, and the materials are melted to form a specific molten pool so as to achieve the purpose of welding; the laser welding machine is provided with a shear blade structure, and the existing device and the adjusting method are not available for the installation and adjustment of the shear blade.

Referring to fig. 1-16, an installation and adjustment device for a cutting edge of a laser welding machine comprises a cutting edge 4 and a lifting appliance 20 for lifting the cutting edge 4, wherein the lifting appliance 20 is provided with a frame 2001, the frame 2001 is provided with an auxiliary bracket 2003 and a bracket safety switch 2004, the auxiliary bracket 2003 is provided with a punching piece 21, the end part of the punching piece 21 is provided with a punching head 2101, the punching head 2101 is provided with a through hole for fixing a safety pin on the lifting appliance 20 after the lifting appliance 20 penetrates through the cutting edge, and the bottom of the lifting appliance 20 is provided with an adjustment wheel 2002.
A method for installing and adjusting a cutting edge of a laser welding machine comprises the following steps: the device comprises a cleaning module, a lower shear blade mounting module, an upper shear blade mounting module, a shear blade parallelism detection module, a shear blade clearance detection module, a clamping platform clearance adjustment compensation module and a clamping platform transverse compensation adjustment module;
a cleaning module: (1) the cleaning unit is used for wiping oil stains at the bottom of the shear blade 4, polishing rust stains completely, polishing a steel block on a base of the shear blade 4 before the shear blade 4 is installed, and coating oil; (2) a preparation unit, firstly, hoisting the cutting edge 4 to the inlet side of the welding machine cutting edge by using a lifting appliance 20; secondly, before the lifting appliance 20 is installed into the shear blade 4, the lifting appliance 20 needs to be moved to the other side to ensure that the shear blade 4 is lifted stably; then the movable cover plate above the welding machine is removed, so that the shear blade 4 is convenient to mount; (3) the placing unit aligns the base of the shear blade 4 with the positioning slide block, slowly pushes the shear blade 4 into the first mounting position 22 to align the second mounting position 23, and then slowly falls down the shear blade 4.
Lower shear blade installation module: placing the bolt into the bolt installation position 24, screwing the bolt of the scissors to be the bolt position on one side of the shear blade as shown in figures 12-13, and screwing the bolt according to a cross sequence, wherein the screwing sequence of the torque wrench is (i) - (c) - (d); sixthly, the particles are dried;tightening was performed 5 times using 200NM, 250NM, 300NM, 400NM, 450NM torque wrenches, respectively.
Go up shear blade installation module: before the upper cutting edge 4 of the welding machine is installed, oil stains on the surface are wiped, the surface is polished by a No. 1000 grindstone, hydraulic oil is smeared on the surface of the cutting edge 4, the upper cutting edge is downward by an operation box beside the welding machine, then a cutting edge bolt is tightened for 5 times, namely, the first time, the second time and the third time according to the same crossing principle as the lower cutting edge; sixthly, the particles are dried; and collecting the cushion block between the upper shear blade and the lower shear blade, and arranging the cushion block on the upper shear blade.
Detect shear blade depth of parallelism module: and (3) installing a dial indicator 25 on one side of the shear blade 4, adjusting the running speed of the welding machine trolley to a maintenance mode, wherein the speed is 1m/min, observing the change of the dial indicator in low-speed running, and requiring that the parallelism reaches 0.02 mm/m.
Detect the shear blade clearance module: the clearance between the cutting edge of the upper shear blade and the lower shear blade is measured by using a feeler gauge of 0.01mm after the upper shear blade is lifted, the clearance is generally required to be 0.04-0.06mm, and the clearance is the intersection of the upper shear blade 18 and the lower shear blade 19, namely the intersection where two rectangular structures are perpendicular to each other in the figure, as shown in fig. 16.
Adjusting a clamping table clearance compensation module: because the strip steel can be welded only after being butted after the shearing edge 4 shears, certain error cannot be avoided in the actual butting gap due to the influence of the shearing edge 4 when the strip steel is butted, the gap of the clamping table needs to be adjusted to compensate parameters, 2mm steel plates are required to be used as a reference for debugging, and 2 steel plates of 1250mm to 1500mm to 2mm are respectively placed on the inlet side and the outlet side of the welding machine clamping table; setting the gap of the clamping table to be 1mm, and then shearing and butting the steel plates by using a transverse shear; the feeler gauge is used for seeing whether the clearance is 1mm or not, if not, the compensation value needs to be modified, if the clearance setting compensation is reduced to be a negative value, and if the clearance setting compensation is increased to be a positive value; the operating side and the driving side are compared to see whether the gaps are consistent, and different compensation values need to be set when the gaps are inconsistent.
Adjusting a transverse compensation module of the clamping table: because gaps on two sides of the shear blade 4 are not completely consistent, the butted central line deviates, the deviation amount needs to be detected by a dotting test method, and the transverse compensation parameters of the clamping table are utilized for compensation; adjusting the laser mode to a dotting mode; normally welding in a dotting mode; checking whether the welding seams on the driving side and the operating side of the strip steel deviate or not by using a magnifier; and (3) detection results: if only one side of the driving side and the operation side deviates or the directions of the deviation of the two sides are opposite, the welding clearance is proved to be required to be adjusted, and the compensation amount of the transverse movement of the clamping table is adjusted; if both sides of the driving side and the operating side deviate in the same direction, the fact that the collecting lens needs to be adjusted is proved, the dial indicator is used for detecting, and the knob is rotated to adjust the force arm of the collecting lens.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any structural changes made under the teaching of the present invention shall fall within the scope of the present invention, which is similar or similar to the technical solutions of the present invention.
