8. The operation method of the chlorinated paraffin tail gas pretreatment equipment is characterized by comprising the following working procedures:
s1, firstly, introducing chlorinated paraffin tail gas into the collecting barrel (2) and the spiral tube (3) from the gas inlet pipe (1), wherein the tail gas firstly fills the inner cavity of the collecting barrel (2) and then enters the spiral tube (3);
s2, the tail gas rises spirally along the inner wall of the spiral pipe (3) when passing through the spiral pipe (3), a centrifugal effect is generated in the process, alkane liquid drops in the tail gas are thrown to the inner wall of the outer side of the spiral pipe (3) under the action of the centrifugal force and are aggregated into alkane liquid drops, and the alkane liquid drops slide down to the inner part of the collection barrel (2) along the inner wall of the spiral pipe (3);
s3, observing the collection amount of the liquid alkane from the transparent glass plate (203) and the endoscopic window (202), and opening the one-way valve (201) to discharge the liquid alkane after the liquid alkane in the collection barrel (2) is collected more;
s4, enabling the tail gas without alkane liquid drops to enter a reaction barrel (4) through an inner cavity of a spiral pipe (3) and to be in contact with liquid water (401) in the reaction barrel, firstly, dissolving hydrogen chloride gas in the tail gas in the liquid water (401) to generate hydrochloric acid, secondly, enabling chlorine gas mixed in the tail gas to react with the liquid water (401) to generate hypochlorous acid, decomposing the hypochlorous acid through illumination of a lamp tube (402) to generate hydrochloric acid and oxygen, and adding the liquid water (401) into the reaction barrel (4) through a water inlet pipe (5) to enable the chlorine gas to react with the liquid water (401) more fully;
s5, finally, discharging hydrochloric acid through a discharge pipe (6), discharging oxygen through a discharge pipe (7), drying the oxygen through a drying device (8) during discharging, and absorbing a small amount of moisture, hydrogen chloride molecules and chlorine possibly contained in the oxygen through a drying layer (802) in the oxygen to improve the purity of the oxygen.
