When the push rod 19 continues to extend into the second supporting box 20, the push rod 19 presses the first air bag 21 arranged in the arranging cavity 30, the volume of the first air bag 21 is controlled to be reduced, the internal air pressure is increased, the air in the first air bag 21 is discharged to the first ventilation pipeline 26 and the second ventilation pipeline 27 through the ventilation valve 28, due to the control of the ventilation valve 28, most of the air in the first air bag 21 enters the second air bag 25 along the first ventilation pipeline 26, the volume of the second air bag 25 is collided and enlarged, the air is blocked between an exerciser and the supporting rod 14 of the supporting mechanism, when the supporting mechanism is collided with the rubber block 15, the exerciser continuously slides the crotch part to collide with the supporting rod 14 due to inertia, so as to cause injury to the exerciser, meanwhile, the ventilation valve 28 controls a small part of the air to enter the third air bag 24 along the second ventilation pipeline 27, so that the volume of the third air bag 24 is enlarged, the exerciser can exercise more comfortably by leaning against the backrest 23 again, the buffer mechanism is reset when the exerciser moves again, the volume of the first air bag 21 is gradually increased, the air pressure is lower, the exerciser leans against the backrest 23, part of the air in the third air bag 24 can be discharged back into the first air bag 21 through the second vent pipeline 27 again for next use, and meanwhile, part of the air in the second air bag 25 is also discharged back into the first air bag 21 through the first vent pipeline 26 again.
