7. A wet wipe as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein the wet wipe comprises a dry wet wipe as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 and water containing capsules.
8. The wet wipe as set forth in claim 7 wherein the wet wipe is compressed to form a dry product and is separated from the water containing capsule by a membrane, the membrane comprising one or more piercing elements.
9. Use of a wet wipe according to any of claims 1-6, characterized in that the wet wipe is used for wiping the skin or a surface in contact with the skin.
10. Use according to claim 9, characterized in that the wet wipes are used for the preparation of cosmetic cottons, make-up removers or masks.
