The protrusion 211 protrudes into the annular groove and abuts against the sealing ring 400, so that the gap where the cover body 200 and the main body 100 are butted is more bent, and the steam or liquid is more difficult to leak from between the cover body 200 and the main body 100.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, when the cover 200 is rotatably fastened to the main body 100, the assembly end 150 is provided with two first fastening portions 152, the two first fastening portions 152 are oppositely disposed at two sides of the assembly end 150, end portions of the two first fastening portions 152 are bent toward directions close to each other to form fastening ends 153, one side of the cover 200 away from the main body 100 is provided with a second fastening portion 230, the cover 200 can pass through a gap between the two fastening ends 153, a length of the second fastening portion 230 is greater than a distance between the two fastening ends 153, and the cover 200 can rotate relative to the main body 100, so that the second fastening portion 230 rotates to a side of the fastening ends 153 close to the receiving groove 101. At this time, after the cover body 200 is close to the main body 100 and passes through the gap between the two fastening ends 153, the cover body 200 can be attached to the assembling end 150, the cover body 200 is rotated to make the second fastening portion 230 on the cover body 200 rotate to one side of the fastening end 153 close to the accommodating groove 101, at this time, when the air pressure in the washing cavity 102 rises, the second fastening portion 230 can abut against the fastening end 153, so as to prevent the cover body 200 from being separated from the main body 100 and steam from leaking, thereby ensuring that the washing cavity 102 can reach a high-temperature and high-pressure state, and improving the disinfection effect.
In one embodiment, when the cover 200 is snap-fitted to the main body 100, the main body 100 is provided with a snap, the cover 200 is provided with a groove, the snap is rotatably disposed on the main body 100, and the snap can rotate and snap into the groove. At this time, the fitting between the lid 200 and the main body 100 is similar to the fixing manner of the lid 200 in the lunch box, and the assembling strength between the lid 200 and the main body 100 can be improved, thereby preventing the lid 200 from being separated from the main body 100, and improving the temperature and the air pressure in the washing chamber 102.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a pressure relief valve 500 for controlling the air pressure in the washing chamber 102 is provided on the main body 100 or the cover 200. Since excessive pressure in the washing chamber 102 may cause safety accidents, the pressure in the washing chamber 102 may be controlled by the pressure relief valve 500, and when the pressure is excessive, the pressure relief valve 500 opens the exhaust gas for reducing the pressure in the washing chamber 102.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the main body 100 or the cover 200 is provided with an exhaust passage 201 for communicating with the washing chamber 102, and an exhaust valve 600 is provided in the exhaust passage 201. The exhaust valve 600 is used for adjusting the air pressure in the washing chamber 102, when water is injected into or drained from the washing chamber 102, the air pressure in the washing chamber 102 changes, and at the moment, the exhaust valve 600 can be opened to communicate the washing chamber 102 with the outside, so that the normal work is prevented from being influenced by the pressurization or negative pressure state in the washing chamber 102.
Specifically, the exhaust valve 600 is in a normally open state, and after the water injection into the washing chamber 102 is completed, the exhaust valve 600 is closed to smoothly perform the washing, or after the water discharge is completed, the exhaust valve 600 is closed to seal the washing chamber 102, and the high-temperature and high-pressure steam can be formed by heating the water for sterilization.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the main body 100 or the cover 200 is provided with a drying channel 202, and the drying channel 202 is provided therein with an air intake fan 710, a second heating member 720 and an air intake valve 730. After the washing or disinfecting process is finished, the air inlet valve 730 can be opened and the air inlet fan 710 and the second heating element 720 can be opened, so that hot air can enter the washing chamber 102 for drying the tableware 10.
Specifically, the drying channel 202 and the exhaust channel 201 are both disposed in the cover 200, which facilitates air intake and exhaust.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, a side of the cover body 200 away from the main body 100 is provided with a first opening 203 communicated with the exhaust passage 201 and a second opening 204 communicated with the drying passage 202.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the main body 100 and the cover 200 are sequentially disposed along a vertical direction, and the cover 200 is disposed above the main body 100. Since the cover 200 is located above the main body 100, water does not flow out through the above-mentioned channels, and air exhaust and intake are more convenient, and the self-weight of the cover 200 can also offset a part of the air pressure in the washing chamber 102.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the cleaning structure further includes a water level sensor 140, a cleaning assembly 300 for cleaning the dishes 10 is further disposed in the accommodating tank 101, a water storage tank 103 is disposed on a bottom wall of the accommodating tank 101, a filtering member 130 is disposed between the water storage tank 103 and the accommodating tank 101, the first heating member 110 is disposed in the water storage tank 103, the water level sensor 140 is disposed on the bottom wall of the accommodating tank 101, a pressure release valve 500 for controlling the air pressure in the washing chamber 102 is disposed on the main body 100 or the cover 200, an air exhaust channel 201 for communicating with the washing chamber 102 is disposed on the main body 100 or the cover 200, an air exhaust valve 600 is disposed in the air exhaust channel 201, a drying channel 202 is disposed on the main body 100 or the cover 200, and an air intake. Putting tableware 10 into the holding tank 101, fastening the cover body 200 with the main body 100, injecting water into the washing cavity 102, and making the exhaust valve 600 in an open state, after the water injection is finished, closing the exhaust valve 600, opening the low-power mode of the first heating element 110, heating the water in the washing cavity 102, and cleaning the tableware 10 by using the cleaning component 300, after the cleaning is finished, opening the exhaust valve 600, draining the washing cavity 102, when the water level in the washing cavity 102 reaches a preset position, stopping draining, closing the exhaust valve 600, opening the high-power mode of the first heating element 110, heating the water in the washing cavity 102 by the first heating element 110 to form steam for disinfection, increasing the pressure in the washing cavity 102 along with the increase of the steam amount, if the air pressure in the washing cavity 102 is greater than the preset air pressure of the pressure relief valve 500, opening the pressure relief valve 500, exhausting the air in the washing cavity 102, make the atmospheric pressure in the washing chamber 102 remain stable, after the disinfection, discharge valve 600 is opened, with the steam discharge in the washing chamber 102, opens admission valve 730 afterwards, opens air intake fan 710, second heating member 720, lets in washing chamber 102 with hot-blast for dry tableware 10, through above-mentioned structure, can wash tableware 10 in proper order, high temperature high pressure steam disinfection and stoving, it is better to tableware 10's clean effect.
