Detailed Description
Next, an embodiment to which the present invention is applied will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In this process, the sizes, shapes, and the like of the constituent elements illustrated in the drawings may be exaggerated for clarity and convenience of description. In addition, terms specifically defined in consideration of the constitution and action of the present invention may be changed according to the intention of a user or an applicant or the custom. The terms as described above should be defined based on the entire contents in the present specification.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view illustrating an insect net apparatus to which the present invention is applied, and fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view illustrating an insect net apparatus to which the present invention is applied.
An insect net apparatus illustrated in the accompanying drawings can include: a roll shell 10; a rail housing 30; and a handle housing 50.
The roller housing 10 or the guide rail housing 30 can be mounted on a window frame or a door frame. The roller shell 10 may be formed in a hollow tubular shape.
The roller housing 10 can be mounted to an upper end portion of a window frame or a door frame. The roll shell 10 can be elongated in a direction horizontal to the ground. A rotating roller 110 for elastically winding the insect-proof net 90 and a rotating member for rotating the rotating roller 110 with respect to the roller housing 10 can be attached to the inside of the roller housing 10.
The rotary roller 110 can be housed inside the roller housing 10 and rotated. As an example, the rotating roller 110 may be rotatably mounted into a central bore of the roller shell 10.
A rotating component, capable of comprising: a torsion spring 130 for providing an elastic force for rotating the rotating roller 110 with respect to the roller housing 10; and a shaft 150 for supporting the torsion spring 130. The torsion spring 130 can be wound around the outside of the shaft 150. When the rotating roller 110 is formed in a hollow tubular shape, the shaft 150 and the torsion spring 130 can be fitted into the central hole of the rotating roller 110.
The torsion spring 130 is provided inside the roller housing 10 and can apply a torsional elastic force to the rotating roller 110 with respect to the roller housing 10. The shaft 150 is installed separately from the rotating roller 110 and can be connected to a torsion spring 130 for increasing and decreasing the rewinding speed of the rotating roller 110.
In the central hole of the roller housing 10, an adjusting cylinder 200 connected to the shaft 150 for adjusting the torsional elastic force of the torsion spring 130 applied to the rotating roller 110 can be installed. The rotation speed of the rotating roller 110 or the wind-back speed at which the anti-insect net 90 is wound up on the rotating roller 110 depends on the torsional elastic force of the torsion spring 130 applied to the rotating roller 110.
One end of the torsion spring 130 can be connected to the rotating roller 110. As an example, one end of the torsion spring 130 can be fixed by the rotation part 140 inserted into the central hole of the rotation roller 10. The rotating portion 140 can rotate together with the rotating roller 110. Thereby, one end of the torsion spring 130 connected to the rotation part 140 can rotate together with the rotation roller 110.
One end of the torsion spring 130 can be connected to the shaft 150 or the adjusting cylinder 200. Thereby, the other end of the torsion spring 130 connected to the adjusting cylinder 200 can be rotated together with the adjusting cylinder 200. The adjustment cylinder 200 is mounted coaxially with the shaft 150 and is rotatably mounted on the rotating portion 140 or the rotating roller 110.
The 1 st anastomosis portion 210 exposed to the outside can be formed in the conditioning cylinder 200. When the 1 st stapling portion 210 is rotated by the 1 st tool such as a screwdriver, the adjusting cylinder 200 and the torsion spring 130 are rotated together and thereby the torsional elastic force of the torsion spring 130 is adjusted.
The 1 st anastomosis portion 210 may be formed coaxially with the shaft 150 and the torsion spring 130. The 1 st engagement portion 210 formed coaxially with the torsion spring 130 allows the other end of the torsion spring 130 to be rotated the same number of times as the 1 st tool and thus the torsional elastic force to be adjusted.
On one side of the adjustment cylinder 200, a pawl 930 (paw) and a ratchet 230 (ratchets) that allow only the adjustment cylinder 200 to rotate in the forward direction can be provided. At this time, the normal rotation can be the same as the rotation direction of the rotating roll 110 when the insect-proof net 90 is wound.
In the pawl 930, a lock 931(locker) exposed to the outside can be provided. When the locking means 931 is rotated by a 2 nd tool such as a screw driver, the ratchet 230 can be released from the pawl 930 and thereby the adjusting cylinder 200 can be allowed to rotate reversely.
In the rotating roller 110, one end of the adjusting cylinder 200 can be coupled to the shaft portion 170. The shaft portion 170 may be rotatably mounted to the adjustment cylinder 200. The adjustment cylinder 200 and the rotary roller 110 can be rotated independently of each other by the shaft portion 170. Accordingly, the torsional elastic force of the torsion spring 130 can be adjusted by rotating the adjustment cylinder 200 in a state where the rotation roller 110 is stopped.
The rail housing 30 can be attached to the roller housing 10 in an inclined state. As an example, the rail housings 30 can be mounted to left and right end portions of a window or door frame, respectively. The guide housing 30 is inclined, for example, vertically extended, with respect to the roller housing 10, and can guide the sliding movement of the handle housing 50.
The handle housing 50 is connected to the end of the insect net 90 to be capable of sliding along the rail housing 30. As an example, a sliding portion 700 that slides along a rail portion formed inside the rail housing 30 may be provided at an end portion of the handle housing 50.
The handle housing 50 is movable in a 1 st direction (1 st direction) approaching the roller housing 10 and a 2 nd direction (2 nd direction) separating from the roller housing 10. The torsion spring 130 can pull the handle case 50 toward the 1 st direction (r) side by applying a torsional elastic force to the rotation roller 110. The 1 st direction (first) and the 2 nd direction (second) can be parallel to the longitudinal direction of the rail housing 30.
One end (upper end) of the insect-proof net 90 can be wound up on the rotating roll 110. The other end (lower end) of the insect net 90 can be fixed to the handle housing 50. By moving the handle case 50, the insect net 90 can be wound into the roll case 10 or pulled out from the roll case 10. An entrance 19 through which the insect net 90 can enter and exit is formed in a side surface of the roller housing 10 facing the handle housing 50.
When the handle housing 50 is pulled in the direction 2, the anti-insect net 90 wound around the rotating roller 110 is unwound against the elastic force of the rotating member, and the handle housing 50 is moved in the direction 2. In order to maintain the insect net 90 unwound from the rotating roll 110 in a taut state, the handle housing 50 can be elongated in a direction parallel to the roll housing 10.
When the external force pulling the handle housing 50 in the 2 nd direction (c) is released, the insect-proof net 90 is rewound into the rotating roller 110 by the restoring force of the torsion spring 130, and the handle housing 50 guided by the rail housing 30 can be linearly moved in the 1 st direction (r).
In order to allow the handle case 50 to be stopped at the set position even when the external force for pulling the handle case 50 in the 2 nd direction is released, a locking unit may be provided to the handle case 50.
As an example, the locking unit can include: an operation button 610 exposed to the outside of the handle housing 50; and a pair of locking levers 650 which are extended and contracted by the operation buttons 610. The expansion and contraction of the locking lever 650 can be guided by the sliding portions 700 attached to both end portions of the handle housing 50.
The pair of lock levers 650 can maintain an elongated state in the entire length by means of an elastic body disposed therebetween. When the operation button 610 is operated, the entire length of the pair of lock levers 650 can be shortened by overcoming the elastic force of the elastic body.
In the rail housing 30, a locking portion 510 blocked by an end of the locking lever 650 can be provided. Ends of a pair of locking levers 650, the entire length of which is elongated, can protrude from the locking unit and be blocked by the locking parts 510. As an example, the locking part 510 can be integrally formed with the hook unit 500 covering the end of the rail housing 30. The hook unit 500 mounted on one side rail housing 30 and the hook unit 500 mounted on the other side rail housing 30 can be formed in a symmetrical manner with each other.
The handle housing 50 moved in the 2 nd direction (c) can maintain the stopped state at the position where the locking lever 650 is blocked by the locking portion 510 even when the external force is released. The position where the locking lever 650 is blocked by the locking part 510 can include a position where the window frame or the door frame is closed by unwinding the insect-proof net 90 wound around the rotating roller 110.
By operating the operation button 610, it is possible to shorten the entire length of the pair of locking levers 650 and retract the end portions of the locking levers 650 protruding from the locking unit into the handle housing 50. By retracting the end of the lock lever 650 into the handle housing 50, the locked state blocked by the lock portion 510 can be released. When the locked state is released, the insect-proof net 90 is wound around the rotary roller 110 and the handle case 50 can move in the 1 st direction (r) toward the roller case 10.
The anti-insect net 90 is rapidly wound up on the rotating roll 110 by the restoring force of the torsion spring 130, and the rapidly moving handle housing 50 may collide with the roll housing 10.
In order to prevent the insect net 90 from being damaged when it is wound around the rotating roller 110 and reduce the impact of the handle case 50 on the roller case 10, the roller case 10 may be provided with a speed reduction unit 300 for reducing the rotation speed of the rotating roller 110.
As an example, the reduction unit 300 can generate a frictional force that hinders the rotation of the rotation roller 110, thereby reducing the rotation speed of the rotation roller 110 rotated by the torsional elastic force of the torsion spring 130.
A rotating roller cylinder 190 connected to the rotating roller 110 and rotating together with the rotating roller 110 can be provided. The rotary roller cylinder 190 can also be installed at the opposite side of the adjusting cylinder 200.
The reduction unit 300 can include: a nip 310 for pressurizing the rotating roller cylinder 190; and an adjusting part 330 for adjusting the pressurizing force of the clamping part 310. The rotation speed of rotary roller cylinder 190 and rotary roller 110 can be reduced by the pressing force of nip 310 adjusted by adjusting unit 330. When the rotation speed of the rotation roller 110 is reduced, the speed of the handle housing 50 moving in the 1 st direction (r) will also be slowed down, thereby preventing various problems due to collision between the handle housing 50 and the roller housing 10.
Both ends of the roller shell 10 formed in a hollow tubular shape can be formed to be opened. In this case, a roller cover 900 for covering both end portions of the opening of the roller housing 10 may be provided.
The roll covers 900, which are installed at both ends of the roll housing 10, can be coupled to the roll housing 30, respectively.
In the roller housing 10, a 1 st roller cover 910 can be attached to an end portion on the adjusting cylinder 200 side and a 2 nd roller cover 920 can be attached to an end portion on the speed reducing unit 300 side.
The adjusting cylinder 200 may be rotatably mounted to the 1 st roller cover 910.
The rotation roller cylinder 190 connected to the rotation roller 110 may be rotatably mounted to the 2 nd roller cover 920. The 2 nd roller cover 920 can be formed with a rotation shaft 929 as a rotation center of the rotation roller cylinder 190.
The rotation shaft formed on the 2 nd roller cover 920, the adjustment cylinder 200, the shaft 150, the torsion spring 130, the rotation roller 110, the shaft 170, and the rotation roller cylinder 190 may be coaxially formed.
Fig. 3 is an oblique view illustrating a conditioning cylinder 200 to which the present invention is applied. Fig. 4 is a schematic view of the adjustment cylinder 200 viewed from another angle.
When the adjusting cylinder 200 is adjusted, one end of the torsion spring 130 connected to the rotating roller 110 through the rotating portion 140 can be in a fixed state. As an example, in a state where the insect-proof net 90 is completely wound around the rotating roller 110, the rotating roller 110 can maintain a fixed state where no rotation occurs until an independent external force is applied.
The other end of the torsion spring 130 connected to the shaft 150 or the adjusting cylinder 200 can be wound up with respect to one end of the torsion spring 130 and the rotating roller 110 as the adjusting cylinder 200 rotates.
In a state where one end of the torsion spring 130 is fixed, when the other end of the torsion spring 130 is wound, the torsional elastic force of the torsion spring 130 is changed accordingly and thereby the winding speed of the rotation roller 110 is increased or decreased.
A fixing portion 290 into which the shaft 150 is inserted and fixed may be provided at an end of the adjusting cylinder 200 facing the rotating roller 110. A rod hole 209 into which the shaft 150 can be inserted and fixed can be formed in the fixing portion 290. The fixing portion 290 may be elongated along the length direction of the shaft 150. An end of the torsion spring 130 can be fixed to the fixing portion 290.
A support portion 911 for rotatably supporting the adjustment cylinder 200 may be provided on a side surface of the 1 st roller cover 910 facing the adjustment cylinder 200. The support portion 911 can form a rotation center of the adjustment cylinder 200 that rotates with respect to the 1 st roller cover 910.
A coupling portion 170 rotatably coupled to the support portion 911 may be provided on a side surface of the adjustment cylinder 200 facing the support portion 911.
The adjusting cylinder 200 can be rotatably supported by the roller housing 10 through the 1 st roller cover 910.
A maintaining portion 913 for maintaining the adjusting cylinder 200 in a state of being in contact with the 1 st roller cover 910 may be formed in the 1 st roller cover 910 in a protruding manner. The maintaining part 913 may be integrally formed with the 1 st roller cover 910.
As an example, in the 1 st roller cover 910, a 1 st cover hole 919, a support portion 911 rotatably supporting the adjustment cylinder 200, and a maintaining portion 913 for preventing the adjustment cylinder 200, which is in opposite contact with the roller cover, from being disengaged can be provided.
The support portion 911 may protrude toward the adjusting cylinder 200 and be formed in a ring shape surrounding the 1 st cover hole 919.
The holding portion 913 may be formed to protrude outward of the support portion 911. A hook 914 may be provided at an end of the holding portion 913. The plurality of holding portions 913 may be formed at the same pitch on the virtual arc.
On a side surface of the adjustment cylinder 200 facing the 1 st roller cover 910, a plate portion 250 blocked by a hook 914 of the holding portion 913, a 1 st fitting portion 210 fitted with a 1 st tool such as a screwdriver and formed at the center of the plate portion 250, and a wall portion 260 formed in a ring shape surrounding the 1 st fitting portion 210 can be provided.
The plurality of holding portions 913 can be formed at positions corresponding to the outer periphery of the wall portion 260. The back surface edge of the wall portion 260 inserted between the plurality of holding portions 913 is blocked by the hook 914 formed on the end of the holding portion 913, whereby the state of being inserted onto the holding portion 913 can be maintained.
The 1 st engaging part 210 is formed in a recess or projection shape into which the 1 st tool can be inserted, and can be closely attached to the roller cover so as to face the 1 st cover hole 919. The 1 st engagement portion 210, which is brought into close contact with the 1 st cover hole 919 so as to face the 1 st cover hole 919, can be exposed to the outside through the 1 st cover hole 919.
The other end of the torsion spring 130 connected to the shaft 150 or the adjusting cylinder 200 can be rotated by the 1 st jaw 210 by one-to-one corresponding number of rotations of the 1 st tool.
The 1 st anastomotic portion 210 can be formed on an end surface of a rod-shaped body having a circular cross-sectional shape. At this time, an annular groove (trench) into which the support portion 911 can be inserted can be formed between the 1 st engagement portion 210 and the wall portion 260 or between the rod-shaped body in which the 1 st engagement portion 210 is formed and the wall portion 260. The groove can correspond to the junction 270. The 1 st engagement portion 210 can maintain a state of being aligned with the 1 st cover hole 919 and a state of being coaxially aligned with the shaft 150 by means of a groove inserted into the support portion 911.
On the outer circumferential surface of the wall portion 260, a ratchet 230 (ratchets) that is stopped by a pawl 930 (paw) can be formed. The wall portion 260 and the ratchet wheel 230 of the adjustment cylinder 200 are rotatably inserted between the support portion 911 and the holding portion 913 of the 1 st roller cover 910 protruding toward the adjustment cylinder 200.
The wall portion 260 of the adjusting cylinder 200 is prevented from coming off by the retaining portion 913 having the hook 914, and can be inserted and aligned onto the groove formed between the support portion 911 and the retaining portion 913. By the insertion alignment of the wall portion 260, it is possible to align the ratchet wheel 230 with the pawl 930 and align the 1 st engagement portion 210 with the 1 st cover hole 919 of the 1 st roller cover 910.
The shaft portion 170 may be provided with a plate-shaped adhesion portion 171 to which the support portion 911 and the holding portion 913 adhere, in order to prevent the adjustment cylinder 200 attached to the roller cover from coming off. The contact portion 171 may be formed on the outer periphery of the shaft hole 179.
The adjustment cylinder attached to the 1 st roller cover 910 can be prevented from coming off by the holding portion 913 and the hook 914 provided in the 1 st roller cover 910, and can be further prevented from coming off by the close contact portion 171 provided in the holding portion 913.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating the ratchet wheel 230 of the adjustment cylinder 200 and the pawl 930 blocked by the ratchet wheel 230. Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating the adjustment cylinder 200 coupled to the 1 st roll cover 910. Fig. 7 is a perspective view illustrating the adjustment cylinder 200 prevented from coming off by the holding portion 913, and fig. 8 is a schematic view illustrating a state in which the holding portion 913 and the like are covered with the adhesion portion 171 of the shaft portion 170.
On the side of the adjustment cylinder 200 facing the 1 st roll cover 910, a pawl 930 (paw) and a ratchet 230 (ratchets) that allow only the adjustment cylinder 200 to rotate in the forward direction can be provided. At this time, the pawl 930 can be mounted to the 1 st roller cover 910. The ratchet 230 can be integrally formed with the adjustment cylinder 200.
The forward rotation of the adjusting cylinder 200 can be a rotation direction that increases the torsional elastic force of the torsion spring 130 and increases the wind-up speed of the rotating roller 110.
The ratchet 230 can be formed on the O coaxial with the torsion spring 130, the shaft 150, and the adjusting cylinder 200.
In the pawl 930, a locking device 931(locker) exposed to the outside through the 1 st roller cover 910 can be provided. In order to expose the locking device 931 to the outside, a 2 nd cover hole 918 can be formed in the 1 st roller cover 910 at a portion facing the locking device 931. When the locking device 931 is operated by a 2 nd tool such as a screwdriver, the ratchet wheel 230 can be released from the pawl 930. The ratchet 230 and the adjusting cylinder 200 after releasing the blocking of the pawl 930 can be reversely rotated by the torsion spring 130. The reverse rotation can be in accordance with a rotation direction that reduces the torsional elastic force of the torsion spring 130 and reduces the wind-up speed of the rotating roller 110.
After the completion of the adjustment of the wind-back speed, the adjusting cylinder 200 can be brought into a state of being stopped with respect to the 1 st roll cover by means of the pawl 930 and the ratchet 230. The moving speed of the handle housing 50 moving in a state where the adjustment cylinder 200 is stopped and the winding speed of the rotation roller 110 depend on the torsional elastic force of the torsion spring 130 changed by the adjusted 1 st engaging part 210.
An elastic portion for rotating the pawl 930 in a direction blocked by the ratchet 230 can also be provided. The elastic portion such as a spring can rotate the pawl 930 using one side surface of the 1 st roller cover 910 facing the ratchet wheel 230 as a supporting point. The locking means 931 exposed to the outside through the 2 nd cover hole 918 may be a member for rotating the pawl 930 in a direction opposite to the elastic force of the elastic portion. By means of the elastic force of the elastic portion, the pawl 930 will maintain the state of being blocked by the ratchet wheel 230 in the normal state, and the pawl 930 can be disengaged from the ratchet wheel 230 by the operation of the lock device 931.
While the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, it is to be understood that they have been presented by way of example only, and that various modifications and equivalent arrangements may be devised by those skilled in the art.
