Claims (8)

1. A livestock breeding building with a peculiar smell removing function comprises an L-shaped air guide box (1) and a breeding building body (2), wherein the L-shaped air guide box (1) is communicated and connected to the top surface of the breeding building body (2), a negative pressure fan (101) is arranged at the lower end of the inner part of a vertical cavity of the L-shaped air guide box (1), and the negative pressure fan (101) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the L-shaped air guide box (1) through a mounting rack (1011); breed both sides face lower extreme position symmetry of building body (2) and be provided with air intake (202), its characterized in that: the breeding building body (2) is fixedly connected to the top surface of a storage tank (3) for storing excrement, a loading mechanism (6) is arranged at the upper end inside the storage tank (3), and a cleaning mechanism (5) is arranged on one side below the loading mechanism (6);
the containing mechanism (6) comprises a collecting box (602) and a rectangular limiting column (603), the collecting box (602) is symmetrically arranged above and below the rectangular limiting column (603), and telescopic columns (6021) are arranged in the middle of one side surface of the collecting box (602) close to the rectangular limiting column (603) and on two symmetrical sides of the middle part of the collecting box (602);
the other end of the telescopic column (6021) is inserted into a convex groove (6031) on the collection box (602) in a sliding way, a pressure sensor (6032) is arranged on the inner bottom surface of the convex groove (6031) and the telescopic column (6021) in an up-down alignment way, and a limit disc (6022) is fixedly sleeved on the outer side wall of the telescopic column (6021) at the inner side of the convex groove (6031);
a return spring (605) is sleeved outside a telescopic column (6021) between the pressure sensor (6032) and the limiting disc (6022) in a sliding manner, and two ends of the return spring (605) are fixedly connected to the limiting disc (6022) and the collection box (602) respectively;
rotating shafts (604) are arranged at the center positions of two end faces of the collecting box (602), and the other ends of the two rotating shafts (604) are rotatably connected to the storage box (3) through rolling bearings;
one end of one rotating shaft (604) penetrates through the storage box (3) and extends to the outer side of the storage box (3) to be embedded with the output end of the stepping motor (601), and the stepping motor (601) is fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the storage box (3);
the cleaning mechanism (5) comprises an electric telescopic rod (501), a water conveying pipe (502) and a cleaning box (503), the middle of one side surface of the cleaning box (503), which is close to the storage box (3), is fixedly connected with the electric telescopic rod (501), and the fixing section of the electric telescopic rod (501) penetrates through the storage box (3) and extends to the outer side of the storage box (3) to be fixedly connected with the outer wall of the storage box (3); the middle part of the lower end of the cleaning box (503) is fixedly connected with a water conveying pipe (502), and one end of the water conveying pipe (502) penetrates through the storage box (3) and extends to the outer side of the storage box (3);
a plurality of nozzles (504) are uniformly distributed on the top surface of the cleaning box (503), and the nozzles (504) and the water delivery pipe (502) are communicated with a circulation cavity in the cleaning box (503);
an ultrasonic ranging sensor (505) is fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the cleaning box (503) at one side of the water conveying pipe (502).

An animal husbandry building with odor removing function according to claim 1, characterized in that the breeding building body (2) is a rectangular box, one end of the breeding building body (2) is an opening, and the door panel (201) is hinged at the opening end of the breeding building body (2).

An animal husbandry building with odor removing function according to claim 1, characterized in that the top surface of the storage box (3) inside the building body (2) is provided with an open slot (301), the middle of the open slot (301) is in clearance fit with the intercepting net (7), and the intercepting net (7) is uniformly provided with a plurality of discharge slots (701).

An animal husbandry building with odor removing function according to claim 1, wherein a PLC controller (4) is fixedly installed on an outer wall of one side of the building body (2), and the PLC controller (4) is electrically connected with the negative pressure fan (101), the pressure sensor (6032), the stepping motor (601), the electric telescopic rod (501) and the ultrasonic distance measuring sensor (505) through conducting wires.

The livestock breeding building with the odor removing function according to claim 1, wherein a particle filter plate (102) and an activated carbon adsorption plate (103) are fixedly connected in sequence from bottom to top above the negative pressure fan (101) in the vertical cavity of the L-shaped air guide box (1); the horizontal cavity inside fixedly connected with nanometer titanium dioxide catalysis board (105) of L shape air guide box (1), nanometer titanium dioxide catalysis board (105) are close to the symmetry on the inner wall about one side in the vertical chamber of L shape air guide box (1) and are provided with ultraviolet lamp (104).

The livestock breeding building with the odor removing function as claimed in claim 7, wherein air outlet holes (1051) are uniformly distributed on the nano titanium dioxide catalytic plate (105); the ultraviolet lamp (104) is electrically connected with the PLC controller (4) through a conducting wire.
