The operation panel 13 is formed of a liquid crystal touch panel, and the chair-type massage machine 1 can be operated by touching various operation buttons displayed thereon.
In addition, various additional mechanisms are disposed in the chair-type massage machine 1 of the present invention. The incidental mechanism described here is a mechanism provided in the massage machine 1, other than the massage machine 1 mechanism for massaging the treatment site of the user, the posture changing mechanism for changing the posture of the massage machine 1, and the like.
As the accompanying means, a means for enhancing the massage effect given to the user corresponds to this, and various means such as a "fragrance means" which operates in conjunction with the massage means to emit a fragrance having a relaxing effect, a "music playing means" which sounds music (including ambient sounds) loaded inside the massage machine 1 or music input from the outside, a "music linkage means" which operates the massage machine 1 means in accordance with the music played by the music playing means, and an "optical illumination means (atmosphere illumination means)" which irradiates the user sitting in the massage machine 1 with light having an effect may be considered. In addition, as the incidental mechanism, a warming mechanism (warm heater) for giving a warming effect to the user, a cold/hot air blowing mechanism, or the like can be considered. The warm heater is embedded in the seat 2 or the backrest 3.
In the chair-type massage machine 1 of the present invention, the description will be focused on the mechanism because of its feature in the "fragrance mechanism" of the incidental mechanism.
As shown in fig. 2, the fragrance mechanism includes an air pump 20 for sending high-pressure air (dynamic pressure or static pressure), a fragrance generator 21 for generating fragrance, and an air tube (injection tube 22) for connecting the two. The air pipe is first sent to the switching valve 24, and is connected to the fragrance generator 21 through the switching valve 24.
The air pump 20 sucks in outside air and raises the pressure to a predetermined level, and then sends air at a high pressure to the airbag 25. The air bag 25 filled with high-pressure air is inflated to press and massage the treatment site.
One side of an injection pipe 22 for discharging high-pressure air is connected to the air pump 20, and the other side of the injection pipe 22 is connected to a plurality of switching valves 24.
Specifically, the switching valve 24 is constituted by an electromagnetic valve, and is appropriately switched by a control unit, not shown, to supply air to various air bags 25. For example, if the switching valve 24 capable of supplying high-pressure air to the air bag 25 provided at the side portion of the shoulder of the user is set to the open state, a pressing massage is applied to the side of the shoulder of the user.
If a switching valve 24 capable of supplying high-pressure air to an air bag 25 (side massage means 7) provided at the side of the user's waist is set to an open state, a push massage is applied to the side of the user's waist. If a switching valve 24 capable of supplying high-pressure air to an air bag 25 provided below the buttocks of the user (seat section 2) is set to an open state, a push massage is applied to the buttocks of the user from below.
By opening the discharge valve in the switching valve 24, the high-pressure air supplied to each airbag 25 is discharged to the outside through the switching valve 24.
By repeating the above operations, the massage is performed by pressing each treatment portion of the user via the air bag 25. The amount of inflation of which airbag 25 is inflated and the order in which the airbags 25 are inflated are controlled by a program stored in the control unit.
As shown in fig. 3, the chair-type massage machine 1 according to the present embodiment is provided with a plurality of switching valves 24, the filling pipes 22 extending from the air pump 20 are connected, and the filling pipes 22 are connected from the respective switching valves 24 to the respective air bags 25. By opening and closing the switching valves 24, the air bags 25 corresponding to the shoulders of the user or the air bags 25 massaging the lower limbs are expanded/contracted.
In the present embodiment, the same configuration as described above is adopted, in which the injection tube 22 extending from the air pump 20 is connected to the switching valve 24, and the injection tube 22 is connected from the outlet of the switching valve 24 to the fragrance generator 21. In other words, one end of the injection tube 22 is connected to the delivery side of the switching valve 24, and the other end is connected to the fragrance generator 21 described later.
The infusion tube 22 connected to the fragrance generator 21 is freely routed to the fragrance generator 21 (wiring) through which portion in the chair-type massage machine 1 passes, and may be arranged, for example, so as to extend upward at the back of the chair-type massage machine 1, enter the inside of the cover body 12 through a hole portion of the inner wall opening 34 of the cover body 12, and be connected to the fragrance generator 21 described later through the inside of the cover body 12.
The injection pipe 22 may be made of a flexible plastic having a diameter of about 10 mm.
As shown in fig. 1, 4, and the like, the fragrance generator 21 has a structure in which a fragrance generator 35 is built therein and fragrance can be emitted by air (exhaust air from the switching valve 24) passing through the portion.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fragrance generator 21 is provided on the inner wall side of the cover body 12, and is disposed on each of both sides of the body of the user. By emitting fragrance from this location, the interior (within the housing) of the cover 12 is filled with a fragrant scent, and the user becomes a very relaxed mood.
The fragrance emitted from the fragrance generator 21 may be any fragrance as long as the user can relax, and the fragrance may be any of bergamot, citrus (mandarin), thyme, cinnamon, grapefruit, vanilla, rosemary, rosewood (rosewood), peppermint (peppermint), mint, eucalyptus, and the like. The fragrance may be sandalwood, eaglewood, plum, etc., which are the ones from ancient Japan, or six kinds of incense (black square, plum, lotus leaf, chrysanthemum, valet, fallen leaves), etc.
Various configurations are conceivable for the configuration of the fragrance generator 21, but the fragrance generator 21 of the chair-type massage machine 1 of the present invention has a configuration as shown in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 4, the lower case 30 is formed of 3 members and has a lower side (left side in fig. 4). The lower case 30 is formed into a cylindrical body with a shallow bottom, a closed bottom, and an open top. In other words, the plate is formed in a horizontal shape. Projections 31 are formed on the outer periphery of the side wall of lower case 30 at three sides at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. A screw hole 32 for fixing to an inner wall portion of the cover body 12 is bored in the center of the projection 31.
The upper case 33 is inserted from the upper opening 34 of the lower case 30. The upper case 33 is also in the shape of a shallow petri dish, and is configured to turn the lower case 30 upside down. That is, the bottom is open, the upper is closed, a plurality of openings 34 are formed in the upper wall of the upper case 33, and the fragrance is released from the openings 34 to the outside. The upper case 33 can rotate in the circumferential direction after being fitted into the lower case 30.
The fragrance generator 35 is installed in a space formed between the upper case 33 and the lower case 30, in other words, in a state where the upper case 33 is fitted into the lower case 30.
In the present embodiment, the fragrance generator 35 is also in the form of a bottomed cylinder having a non-open upper side, and is internally packed with a fragrance source. As the fragrance generation source, a fragrance itself may be used, or a cloth or cotton impregnated with an extract of a fragrance extracted from a fragrance may be used.
A plurality of openings 34 are formed in the bottom wall (lower wall) of the fragrance generator 35, and a plurality of openings 34 are also formed in the upper wall of the fragrance generator 35. Therefore, the fragrance is generated by the air flowing upward (as indicated by the broken line from left to right in fig. 4) from below the fragrance generator 35.
Further, as described above, since the upper case 33 can rotate in the circumferential direction after being fitted inside the lower case 30, the overlapping area of the opening 34 of the upper case 33 and the opening 34 of the upper wall of the fragrance generator 35 is variable. Therefore, by rotating the upper case 33 with respect to the lower case 30, the opening 34 of the upper case 33 and the opening 34 of the upper wall of the fragrance generator 35 are completely penetrated, and the fragrance can be released to the outside to the maximum.
Conversely, by rotating the upper case 33 with respect to the lower case 30 in the opposite direction to the previous direction, the opening 34 of the upper case 33 and the opening 34 of the upper wall of the fragrance generator 35 are in a state of not penetrating or only slightly penetrating, and thus, it is possible to release no fragrance or a small amount of fragrance to the outside.
A plurality of fragrance generators 35 having different fragrance raw materials (fragrances) are prepared and replaced as necessary, so that the user can enjoy the fragrance that he/she likes.
By having the fragrance generator 21 (fragrance means) as described above, the user can massage in a relaxed mood while smelling the fragrance.
That is, the air pump 20 is operated by the control unit, and the air bag 25 which is present so as to face the shoulder or the waist is inflated to perform an operation (pressing massage) for pressing the treatment site. Then, the switching valve 24 communicating with the fragrance generator 21 is operated by the control unit, and the high-pressure air in the air bag 25 is guided to the injection tube 22. The air guided to the injection pipe 22 is guided to the fragrance generators 21 provided on both sides of the user, and the fragrance is discharged to the outside (particularly, the inside of the cover body 12) through the fragrance generator 35. A user sitting on the fragrance-filled mask body 12 can receive a massage with relaxed mood. The supply of the high-pressure air from the air bag 25 to the fragrance generator 21 may be continuous or intermittent.
The embodiments disclosed herein are illustrative in all respects and should not be considered as limiting. In particular, in the embodiments disclosed herein, items not explicitly disclosed, such as operating conditions, various parameters, and the size, weight, volume, etc., of the components are assumed to be values that can be easily assumed by a person skilled in the art without departing from the range of ordinary practice by the person skilled in the art.
For example, although the chair-type massage machine 1 has been described as an example of the massage machine 1 including the fragrance generator 21, the massage machine 1 may be a carry-on type massage machine 1 or a hand-held type massage machine 1.
The fragrance generator 21 may be configured to be operated by the exhaust gas from the airbag 20. That is, the air pump 20 may be operated by the control unit to inflate the air cells 25 that are located so as to face the shoulder or the waist, thereby pressing the treatment site. Then, the control unit operates the switching valve 24 to guide the high-pressure air in the airbag 25 to the exhaust pipe. The air guided to the exhaust pipe may be guided to the fragrance generators 21 provided on both sides of the user, and the fragrance may be discharged to the outside (particularly, inside the cover body 12) through the fragrance generator 35.
