when the ambient light sensor detects that the brightness right above the position to be illuminated is lower than a set value, the control module controls the power supply unit to supply power to work, and when the infrared sensor senses that no people pass nearby, the infrared sensor controls the main illuminating lamp 2 or the standby illuminating lamp 3 to be turned off;
when the main illuminating lamp 2 is started, if one of the current detection module, the voltage detection module and the light sensor at the position to be illuminated detects that the street lamp cannot work normally, the driving motor 12 is controlled to rotate, so that the fixing sleeve 51 rotates 180 degrees, the standby illuminating lamp 3 is switched to the position to be illuminated for illumination, and the illumination is fed back to maintenance personnel by the alarm device or the recording device;
when the maintenance worker arrives, the hoist 44 is controlled to operate, and the main illumination lamp 2 is lowered at the maintenance position to perform maintenance work.
