The invention provides terminal equipment, which comprises a shell, a support, an earphone assembly and a sealing element, wherein the support, the earphone assembly and the sealing element are arranged in the shell, and the earphone assembly comprises a loudspeaker unit; the shell comprises a middle frame, the middle frame and the earphone component enclose a front sound cavity of the earphone component, and the support, the earphone component and the sealing element enclose a rear sound cavity of the earphone component.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, in the present embodiment, the terminal device is a mobile phone, and includes a display screen 1, a housing 2, a support 3, an earpiece assembly 4, and a sealing element 5, where the support 3, the earpiece assembly 4, and the sealing element 5 are disposed in the housing 2. The casing 2 comprises a middle frame 21 and a rear cover 22, the middle frame 21, the rear cover 22 and the display screen 1 together form an appearance surface of the terminal device, wherein the front surface of the terminal device is mainly formed on the rear surface of the display screen 1, the rear cover 22 is formed on the rear surface of the terminal device, and the side surface of the terminal device is formed on the middle frame 21. The middle frame 21 is used for supporting the display screen 1, the support 3, the earpiece assembly 4, and the like, so that the middle frame 21 can be understood as a support frame of the whole terminal device, the support 3 is used for supporting one or several components of the terminal device, for example, an antenna 9 (only schematically illustrated in fig. 4) of the terminal device, and the antenna 9 is mounted on the support 3 for support. Of course, the terminal device further includes other components, such as a motherboard, a processor, a memory, a battery, and other components, which are not described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the middle frame 21 includes a main body 211 and a structural member 212, the main body 211 is provided with a notch 2111 and a receiving portion 2112, and the structural member 212 is located in the notch 2111. The main part 211 is a metal piece, the structural part 212 is a plastic part, and the structural part 212 can be selected to be formed on the main part 211 through injection molding.
The earpiece component 4 is disposed in the receiving portion 2112 and includes a speaker unit, that is, the earpiece component 4 integrates the function of a speaker, that is, a so-called stereo earpiece, and the earpiece component 4 and another speaker component work together to achieve a stereo effect. The earphone assembly 4 includes a cable 41, and the cable 41 is electrically connected to the main board of the terminal device for receiving data.
The earpiece component 4, the main body 211 and the structural member 212 together form a front sound cavity 20 of the earpiece component 4, the main body 211 is further provided with a first sound outlet 2113, and the first sound outlet 2113 is communicated with the front sound cavity 20 and is used for guiding out sound emitted by the earpiece component 4. Since the first sound outlet hole 2113 is formed by the main body 211 alone, not by splicing two members, there is no gap formed between the two members, that is, there is no sound leakage problem inside the first sound outlet hole 2113, which is advantageous for improving the quality of sound led out from the sub first sound outlet hole 2113.
The support 3, the earpiece component 4 and the sealing element 5 enclose a sealing element 5 rear sound cavity 30, the rear sound cavity 30 is a closed cavity and includes a first sub-sound cavity 301 and a second sub-sound cavity 302, and the first sub-sound cavity 301 is communicated with the second sub-sound cavity 302. Specifically, the holder 3 includes a first holder 31 and a second holder 32 mounted to the first holder 31, the first holder 31 is located between the earpiece assembly 4 and the second holder 32, the first sub-sound cavity 301 is formed between the sealing member 5, the earpiece assembly 4 and the first holder 31, and the second sub-sound cavity 302 is formed between the first holder 31 and the second holder 32. Since the rear sound cavity 30 is closed, it is also required that the space formed by the first bracket 31 and the second bracket 32 is closed (except for an opening 303 described below), and the sealing member 5 is used to separate the rear sound cavity 30 from other spaces inside the terminal device (for example, a space between the battery cover and the rear cover) so as not to cause sound leakage. In other embodiments, if it is difficult to ensure that the rear sound cavity is completely closed, for example, a leakage hole exists, the size of the leakage hole should be as small as possible, so that even if the leakage sound has little influence on the overall sound quality, the shell of the terminal device is not vibrated.
The second bracket 32 includes a top wall 321 covering the first bracket 31 and a side wall 322 connecting the top wall, the side wall 321 includes a protrusion 323 protruding from the first bracket 31, and the first bracket 31 is located between the top wall 321 and the earpiece assembly 4. The middle frame 21 (or the main body 211) is provided with a mounting groove 2114 matched with the protrusion 323, and the middle frame 21 supports the bracket 3 (or the first bracket 31) through the protrusion 323.
The first 31 and second 32 legs may be mounted by form fit to form a closed second sub-sound cavity (except for the opening 303). For example, the first bracket 31 is provided with a positioning hole 312, the second bracket 32 includes a positioning pin 324, and the positioning hole 312 and the positioning pin 324 cooperate to achieve the assembly of the first bracket 31 and the second bracket 32. Alternatively, the first bracket 31 and the second bracket 32 may be further reinforced with a screw coupling. The first bracket 31 and the second bracket 32 can achieve a certain degree of sealing performance through shape matching, and preferably, a sealing material can be filled between the gaps of the first bracket 31 and the second bracket 32, so that the gap leakage between the first bracket 31 and the second bracket 32 is reduced or avoided.
The first bracket 31 includes a recess 311 recessed in a direction toward the second bracket 32, and the sealing member 5 abuts against the recess 311 and the earpiece assembly 4. The recess 311 is provided with an opening 303, and the opening 303 communicates the first sub-sound cavity 301 and the second sub-sound cavity 302. Since the recess 311 is concave, it can accommodate part of the sealing member 5, which is advantageous for saving the size of the terminal device in the thickness direction. Preferably, the sealing element 5 is an annular sealing ring made of foam, a hollow area of the annular sealing ring is a main component of the first sub-sound cavity 301, and the second sub-sound cavity 302 is used for expanding the size of the whole back sound cavity 30, so that the sound quality, especially the bass quality, is greatly improved. Meanwhile, since the bracket 3 is an antenna bracket and the antenna is generally a sheet structure, the occupied space is small, and therefore, a sufficient space can be provided inside the antenna bracket, thereby ensuring good sound quality. In addition, since the second sub sound cavity 302 is an internal space of the bracket 3, it is not necessary to occupy other spaces, such as a space between a battery cover and a rear cover, which is beneficial to optimizing the layout of other components.
The terminal device further comprises a mesh element 6, and the mesh element 6 covers the opening 303. The second sub-sound cavity 302 is filled with a BASS enhancing material (i.e. a BASS material), so that a loud-speaking effect equivalent to a 1.0CC (Cubic Centimeter) super-large sound cavity can be obtained, which is beneficial to further improving the quality of BASS. The particle size of the bass enhancement material is larger than the mesh size of the mesh element 6, so that the bass enhancement material cannot enter the second sub-sound cavity 302. The dimensions are understood to be the dimensions of the cross-section, and the mesh-like element 6 may be selected from a mesh, a nonwoven, etc. In other embodiments, the bass boost material may be filled in the entire rear sound cavity 30 (e.g., the first sub-sound cavity 301), but it should be noted that the bass boost material may not affect the performance of the components supported by the rack 3.
Referring to fig. 5, the terminal device further includes a speaker assembly (not shown), the middle frame 21 is provided with a second sound outlet 2115, and the sound emitted from the speaker assembly is output through the second sound outlet 2115, that is, the second sound outlet 2115 is communicated with the front sound cavity of the speaker assembly. The first sound outlet 2113 and the second sound outlet 2115 respectively penetrate through two different end surfaces of the middle frame 21, and in the present embodiment, two opposite end surfaces of the middle frame are an upper end surface 201 and a lower end surface 202 of the middle frame 21 (or the terminal device). The middle frame 21 is further provided with a charging hole 2116 and a microphone hole 2117, and the charging hole 2116 is located between the second sound outlet 2115 and the microphone hole 2117. The loudspeaker component and the earphone component 4 integrating the loudspeaker function work together, so that the terminal equipment can play stereo sound, and the audio-visual experience of a user is improved. The first sound outlet 2113 and the second sound outlet 2115 are disposed at opposite ends, which is favorable for further improving the stereo effect.
Certainly, the stereo effect can also be realized by additionally arranging another loudspeaker assembly, but a front sound cavity and a rear sound cavity of the other loudspeaker assembly also necessarily occupy larger space, and compared with the earphone assembly in the invention, the earphone assembly is favorable for reducing the space occupied by the sound cavities.
In the invention, the rear sound cavity is surrounded by the bracket, the sealing element and the earphone component which are arranged in the shell, so that the shell cannot vibrate when the earphone component produces sound, thereby being beneficial to improving the user experience; meanwhile, the sound outlet cavity is formed by the support, the sealing element and the receiver assembly, so that other space cannot be occupied additionally, and the layout of other components is optimized.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
