本发明公开一种变电站报文分析装置,包括报文采集模块、控制模块、人机交互模块、显示屏和电源模块,所述报文采集模块采集变电站通讯报文传输给控制模块,所述人机交互模块设置有选择通讯规约的按键,所述人机交互模块选择通讯规约后传输给所述控制模块,所述控制模块根据选取的通讯规约对采集到的通讯报文进行提取、分析和翻译,并将翻译后的报文反馈到所述显示屏进行显示,所述电源模块与所述控制模块、人机交互模块、显示屏电连接。本发明的分析装置通过采集端口采集变电站通讯报文,根据所采用的通讯规约对报文进行提取、分析、翻译并展示出来,以协助工作人员理解报文语义,快速定位缺陷产生原因,可支持多种规约,方便快捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及变电站监测技术领域,特别是涉及一种变电站报文分析装置。
背景技术
变电站自动化监控系统是变电站内的重要系统之一,对于变电站内电力设备的测量、监视、控制等都起到了很重要的作用。而通讯规约是实现变电站内继电保护装置、自动化设备、监控系统之间能够可靠、快速、准确通信的重要保障。变电站中常用的通讯规约有IEC60870-5-103通讯协议(103规约)和IEC61850通讯协议(61850规约),通讯中断、传输数据异常、数据状态不对应等问题是变电站通讯中最常见的缺陷,处理这些缺陷通常要求工作人员熟悉掌握抓包工具以及各通讯协议报文分析的能力,而通常变电站工作人员对这些并不熟悉,此外,不同的厂家的设备所需的抓包工具和操作步骤也相差甚远,更增加了学习成本,因此在处理缺陷的过程中,通常需要远程求助于设备厂家来进行缺陷处理,大大地降低了缺陷的处理效率,严重影响到变电站的安全稳定运行。例如公布号为CN106549958A、公布日为2017.3.29的中国专利-一种实时报文分析校验系统和方法,该专利通过抓包、翻译和对报文进行校验,实现了对报文的分析,但其不可视化,同时也是对单一的通讯规约进行校验,效率低下,并且由于61850规约有着更好的优越性和先进性,是未来智能电网领域的主要标准,目前已有的报文分析装置仅支持61850规约,而目前103规约仍被广泛的使用并有着不小的存量,因此,亟需一种能同时支持103规约和61850规约报文分析的装置。
发明内容
本发明提供一种变电站报文分析装置,该分析装置通过采集端口采集变电站通讯报文,根据所采用的通讯规约对报文进行提取、分析、翻译并展示出来,以协助工作人员理解报文语义,快速定位缺陷产生原因,可支持多种规约,方便快捷。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种变电站报文分析装置,包括报文采集模块、控制模块、人机交互模块、显示屏和电源模块,所述报文采集模块采集变电站通讯报文传输给控制模块,所述人机交互模块设置有选择通讯规约的按键,所述人机交互模块选择通讯规约后传输给所述控制模块,所述控制模块根据选取的通讯规约对采集到的通讯报文进行提取、分析和翻译,并将翻译后的报文反馈到所述显示屏进行显示,所述电源模块与所述控制模块、人机交互模块、显示屏电连接。
进一步,分析装置设有壳体,所述报文采集模块、控制模块、人机交互模块、显示屏和电源模块集成于所述壳体上。所有模块集成在一体,通过壳体进行保护,可便于操作人员进行携带。
进一步,所述报文采集模块包括串口、网口、光纤口,所述串口、网口、光纤口并排设置在所述壳体的一侧用于与变电站的监控系统连接。变电站自动化监控系统的主要通信方式为:串口、网线和光纤,报文采集模块相应设有串口、网口、光纤口三种接口与变电站的监控系统进行通讯,可适配不同的变电站。
进一步,所述人机交互模块的屏幕设置在所述壳体的顶面供操作人员触摸。
进一步,所述显示屏采用液晶显示屏,所述显示屏设于所述壳体的顶面。
进一步,所述控制模块采用LPC1768微控制器,所述控制模块固定在所述壳体的内部。LPC1768微控制器的操作频率可达100MHZ,采用3级流水线和哈弗结构,其外设组件包括高达512KB的Flash存储器、64KB的数据储存器、丰富的通讯短空以及带独立电池供电的超低功耗RTC和高达70个的通用I/O引脚,有较好的数据处理能力和模块扩展能力。
进一步,所述电源模块固定在所述壳体的内部,所述电源模块包括锂电池和用于充电的电源孔。配置了大容量的锂电池作为装置的电源,同时还提供电源孔用于给装置充电。
进一步,所述电源孔采用Type-C接口,电压为5V-DC,并置于所述壳体的一侧。
进一步,所述通讯规约包括103规约和61850规约。提供两种常用的报文规约供选择,使该分析装置可适用目前的绝大部分变电站的报文分析,方便快捷,提高工作效率。
进一步,所述壳体设有提手。提手便于操作人员手提报文分析装置,提高便携性。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的分析装置先通过选择报文采集模块的接口与变电站的监控系统连接进而获取通讯报文,并将通讯报文上传给控制模块,再通过人机交互模块选择103规约或61850规约对报文进行分析,控制模块将分析翻译好的报文输出到显示屏进行可视化显示,使操作人员可快速理解报文语义,快速定位缺陷产生原因,即可对变电站进行快速维护。本发明同时支持103规约和61850规约,可快速对报文进行分析并进行可视化,提高了缺陷的处理效率,维护了变电站的安全稳定运行。

实施例1:
如图1所示,一种变电站报文分析装置,包括报文采集模块、控制模块、人机交互模块、显示屏和电源模块,报文采集模块采集变电站通讯报文传输给控制模块,人机交互模块设置有选择通讯规约的按键,人机交互模块选择通讯规约后传输给控制模块,控制模块根据选取的通讯规约对采集到的通讯报文进行提取、分析和翻译,并将翻译后的报文反馈到所述显示屏进行显示,电源模块与控制模块、人机交互模块、显示屏电连接。
如图2所示,在本实施例中,分析装置设有壳体1,报文采集模块、控制模块、人机交互模块2、显示屏3和电源模块集成于壳体1上,所有模块集成在一体,通过壳体1进行保护,壳体1设有提手4,提手便于操作人员手提报文分析装置,提高便携性。
在本实施例中,报文采集模块包括串口5、网口6、光纤口7,串口5、网口6、光纤口7并排设置在壳体1的一侧用于与变电站的监控系统连接,变电站自动化监控系统的主要通信方式为:串口、网线和光纤,报文采集模块相应设有串口5、网口6、光纤口7三种接口与变电站的监控系统进行通讯,可适配不同的变电站;人机交互模块2的屏幕设置在壳体1的顶面供操作人员触摸;显示屏3采用液晶显示屏,显示屏3设于壳体1的顶面。
在本实施例中,控制模块采用LPC1768微控制器,控制模块固定在壳体1的内部,LPC1768微控制器的操作频率可达100MHZ,采用3级流水线和哈弗结构,其外设组件包括高达512KB的Flash存储器、64KB的数据储存器、丰富的通讯短空以及带独立电池供电的超低功耗RTC和高达70个的通用I/O引脚,有较好的数据处理能力和模块扩展能力。
在本实施例中,电源模块固定在壳体1的内部,电源模块包括锂电池和用于充电的电源孔8,配置了大容量的锂电池作为装置的电源,同时还提供电源孔8用于给装置充电,其中电源孔8采用Type-C接口,电压为5V-DC,并置于壳体的一侧。
在本实施例中,通讯规约包括103规约和61850规约。提供两种常用的报文规约供选择,使该分析装置可适用目前的绝大部分变电站的报文分析,方便快捷,提高工作效率。
本发明的使用原理如下:
先对报文采集模块的接口进行选择,使该分析装置与目标变电站的监控系统进行连接,然后通过报文采集模块的接口获取通讯报文,报文采集模块将通讯报文上传给控制模块,之后操作人员通过人机交互模块选择103规约或61850规约对报文进行分析,然后控制模块根据选取的通讯规约对采集到的通讯报文进行提取、分析和翻译,并将翻译好的报文输出到显示屏进行可视化显示,使操作人员可快速理解报文语义,快速定位缺陷产生原因,即可对变电站进行快速维护。
本发明同时支持103规约和61850规约,可快速对报文进行分析并进行可视化,提高了缺陷的处理效率,维护了变电站的安全稳定运行。
在本实施例中,控制模块对报文进行提取、分析和翻译的原理、实施过程等为本领域的技术人员所公知,此处不再叙述。

1.一种变电站报文分析装置,其特征在于,包括报文采集模块、控制模块、人机交互模块、显示屏和电源模块,所述报文采集模块采集变电站通讯报文传输给控制模块,所述人机交互模块设置有选择通讯规约的按键,所述人机交互模块选择通讯规约后传输给所述控制模块,所述控制模块根据选取的通讯规约对采集到的通讯报文进行提取、分析和翻译,并将翻译后的报文反馈到所述显示屏进行显示,所述电源模块与所述控制模块、人机交互模块、显示屏电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种变电站报文分析装置,其特征在于,分析装置设有壳体,所述报文采集模块、控制模块、人机交互模块、显示屏和电源模块集成于所述壳体上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种变电站报文分析装置,其特征在于,所述报文采集模块包括串口、网口、光纤口,所述串口、网口、光纤口并排设置在所述壳体的一侧用于与变电站的监控系统连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种变电站报文分析装置,其特征在于,所述人机交互模块的屏幕设置在所述壳体的顶面供操作人员触摸。
