The abutting surfaces of the frame 1 and the thread withdrawing door 27 are respectively grooved, so that a passage with a thread passing hole 29 is formed after the abutting surfaces are abutted. The threading hole 29 is positioned in the frame 1, and the electric wire enters the positioning and wire clamping mechanism through the threading hole 29 to be positioned and clamped.
