s6, replacing an auxiliary switch assembly in the operation box;
when the auxiliary switch assembly 5 is replaced, the first plug 5E on the original auxiliary switch assembly 5 is pulled out from the second plug 10, the fixed seat 5B and the connecting flange 5C are detached from the box body 1, and finally the whole auxiliary switch assembly 5 is taken out; thereafter, the disassembly and assembly steps are reversed when a new auxiliary switch assembly 6 is installed;
s7, replacing the operation box; when the operation box is replaced; the cable plug head connected with the outside inside of the box body (1) of the mechanism is disassembled, the anchor ear between the transmission device (3) and the action unit (4) in the box body (1) is disassembled, and the mechanism box can be quickly disassembled by disassembling the back plate fixing bolt of the box body (1);
s8, performing closing operation; the operation and maintenance personnel inputs a closing instruction to the main control box 6B, the main control box 6B outputs a control signal to the motor 2, the motor drives the action unit 4 to rotate towards the closing in-place switch 7C until the action unit 4 presses the closing limit switch 7D and the closing in-place signal switch 7C, the closing limit switch 7D stops the movement of the motor 2, and the closing in-place signal switch 7C sends a closing in-place signal to the main control box 6B;
s9, after the corresponding units are replaced, switching on an internal circuit of the operation box and resetting all parts in the box body 1 to finish one-time inspection maintenance work; thereafter, steps S2 to S8 are looped.
In the step S3 and the step S8, when the motor 2 fails in the process of executing the opening operation or the closing operation, the alarm indicator lamp and the locked-rotor indicator lamp on the interactive panel 6A are on; prompting operation and maintenance personnel to check the motor 2; extinguishing the locked-rotor indicator lamp after the motor 2 fails to discharge; in the process of executing the opening operation or the closing operation in the step S3 and the step S8, the main control box 6B carries out corresponding position signal detection on the opening in-place switch 7B and the closing in-place switch 7C, if the position signal is not detected in 10S, the opening and closing operation is stopped, and an alarm indicator lamp is lightened; the detection and judgment of the position signal are realized by the following means:
1) When the closing limit switch contact is detected to be closed, the opening limit switch contact is opened to indicate that the mechanism is at the opening position;
2) If the switching-off limit switch contact is detected to be closed, the switching-on limit switch contact is opened to indicate that the mechanism is at a switching-on position;
3) If the switching-on limit switch contact is detected, the switching-off limit switch contact is all disconnected, and then an alarm is given and a fault relay is opened;
4) If the switching-on limit switch contact is detected, the switching-off limit switch contact is closed, and the switching-on limit switch contact is considered to be at the middle position at the moment, and no alarm is given.
5) If the motor is stopped due to the abnormality of the mechanism, the fault relay is simultaneously opened in an alarm mode, and after the controller resets again, if the switching-on limit switch contacts are detected to be closed, the switching-off limit switch contacts are all closed, and then the main control box 6B only responds to switching-off operation.
The manual/automatic control function in the box body is realized through the interactive panel 6A, and the specific process is as follows:
1) When the remote/local handle is switched to the 'remote' position, only remote opening and closing operations are allowed to be carried out on the background monitor;
2) When the remote/on-site handle is switched to the "on-site" position, only the on-site opening and closing operation is allowed to be performed on the interactive panel 6A;
3) If the mechanism is in the process of operation, the motor is immediately stopped when the mechanism is switched from the local place to the remote place or from the remote place to the local place;
4) In the operation process of the mechanism, if an emergency situation occurs, an emergency stop button can be immediately pressed, the motor immediately stops running, meanwhile, a warning lamp is turned on, a fault relay is turned on, if the reset button on the panel needs to be pressed down for re-operation, or the remote reset is carried out through a monitoring machine, at the moment, if the motor is in an opening and closing middle position, the motor can only respond to opening and closing operation, and the motor stops rotating when reaching an opening and closing position;
5) Switching on/off operation: the panel opening and closing operation is only effective for local operation, and the remote operation is ineffective.
In the present embodiment, the main control box 6B is also capable of performing phase failure protection of the motor 2; when the motor 2 is in the rotating process, if one phase in the three-phase power is disconnected, the motor stops after rotating for 3 seconds, and meanwhile, the alarm indicator lights are turned on and the fault relay is turned on.

Claims (8)

1. A control loop modularized disconnecting switch operating mechanism comprises a box body (1) with a cover plate; a motor (2) is arranged in the box body (1), and the output end of the motor (2) is respectively connected with the input ends of the action unit (4) and the auxiliary switch component (5) through a transmission device (3); the characteristics are that: the motor (2) is connected with the control unit (6) through a wire and is controlled by the control unit (6); the control unit (6) is respectively and electrically connected with the auxiliary switch assembly (5), the opening and closing assembly (7) and the temperature control assembly (8);
the auxiliary switch assembly (5) comprises an auxiliary switch body (5A); a fixed seat (5B) and a connecting flange (5C) which are used for being detachably mounted by being matched with the box body (1) are arranged on the auxiliary switch body (5A); an auxiliary switch secondary wire (5D) is also arranged on the auxiliary switch body (5A); the other end of the auxiliary switch secondary line (5D) is arranged on the first plug head (5E); a second plug head (10) connected with the secondary wire is also arranged in the box body (1); the first plug head (5E) is detachably and electrically connected with the second plug head (10);
the opening and closing assembly (7) comprises an opening and closing in-place switch (7B) and an closing and in-place switch (7C) which are controlled by the action of the action unit (4);
the control unit (6) comprises an interactive panel (6A) embedded on the box body; a main control box (6B) is arranged at the back of the interactive panel (6A); a third plug head (6C) is also arranged on the main control box (6B); the opening and closing assembly (7), the motor (2) and the temperature control assembly (8) are respectively connected with a fourth plug (9) arranged in the box body (1) through secondary wires, and a detachable electric connection structure is arranged between the third plug (6C) and the fourth plug (9); the using method of the isolating switch operating mechanism comprises the following steps:
s1, assembling an operation box and connecting corresponding circuit cables;
when the operation box is assembled, the auxiliary switch body (5A) is installed in the box body (1) by utilizing the fixing seat (5B) and the connecting flange (5C) on the auxiliary switch assembly (5), the first plug (5E) is aligned to the second plug (10) for installation, the main control box (6B) is installed in the box body (1) by utilizing the connecting block (6D) on the main control box (6B) to be matched with the bolt assembly (6E), and the third plug (6C) is aligned to the fourth plug (9) for installation; the male plug board (11) and the female plug board (12) are connected and then electrified to connect the internal circuit of the operation box, and each part in the box body (1) is reset;
s2, the operation box runs automatically, the inside of the box body is adjusted through the temperature control assembly, and a corresponding indicator lamp is lightened;
after an internal circuit of the operation box is connected, a main control box (6B) performs power control on a heater (8C) and a dehumidifier (8D) according to an electric signal transmitted by a temperature and humidity sensor (8B), the temperature and humidity environment in the box body (1) is dynamically adjusted, and meanwhile, the real-time temperature and humidity in the box are displayed on an interactive panel, and an operation indicator lamp and a corresponding temperature control indicator lamp are lightened;
s3, carrying out operation and maintenance inspection on the operation box, and controlling the internal elements of the box body (1) to execute corresponding operations by an inspection staff through the main control box (6B) according to the indication of the indication lamp on the operation box; when the auxiliary switch assembly (5) or the control unit (6) fails, an alarm indicator light on the interactive panel (6A) is on so as to remind operation and maintenance personnel to check; the operation and maintenance personnel inputs a brake-separating instruction to the main control box (6B), the main control box (6B) outputs a control signal to the motor (2), the motor drives the action unit (4) to rotate towards the brake-separating in-place switch (7B) until the action unit (4) presses the brake-separating limit switch (7A) and the brake-separating in-place switch (7B), the brake-separating limit switch (7A) stops the movement of the motor (2), and the brake-separating in-place switch (7B) sends a brake-separating in-place signal to the main control box (6B); in the process of executing opening operation or closing operation; when the motor (2) fails, an alarm indicator lamp and a locked-rotor indicator lamp on the interactive panel (6A) are on; prompting operation and maintenance personnel to check the motor (2); extinguishing the locked-rotor indicator lamp after the motor (2) is discharged from faults; in the process of executing the opening operation or the closing operation in the step S3 and the step S8, the main control box (6B) carries out corresponding position signal detection on the opening in-place switch (7B) and the closing in-place switch (7C), if the position signal is not detected in 10S, the opening and closing operation is stopped, and an alarm indicator lamp is lightened;
s4, checking a unit which is specifically required to be replaced by operation and maintenance personnel, and if the control unit (6) is required to be replaced, entering a step S5; if the auxiliary switch assembly (5) needs to be replaced, the step S6 is carried out; if the whole operation box needs to be replaced, entering a step 7;
s5, replacing a control unit in the operation box;
when the control unit (6) is replaced, firstly, the third plug (6C) on the original control unit (6) is pulled out from the fourth plug (9), the bolt assembly (6E) on the connecting block (6D) is loosened, and finally, the whole control unit (6) is taken out from the box body (1); thereafter, the disassembly and assembly steps are reversed when a new control unit (6) is installed;
s6, replacing an auxiliary switch assembly in the operation box;
when the auxiliary switch assembly (5) is replaced, the first plug (5E) on the original auxiliary switch assembly (5) is pulled out from the second plug (10), the fixing seat (5B) and the connecting flange (5C) are detached from the box body (1), and finally the whole auxiliary switch assembly (5) is taken out; thereafter, the disassembly and assembly steps are reversed when a new auxiliary switch assembly (5) is installed;
s7, replacing the operation box; when the operation box is replaced; the cable plug head connected with the outside inside of the box body (1) of the mechanism is disassembled, the anchor ear between the transmission device (3) and the action unit (4) in the box body (1) is disassembled, and the mechanism box can be quickly disassembled by disassembling the back plate fixing bolt of the box body (1);
s8, performing closing operation; the operation and maintenance personnel inputs a closing instruction to the main control box (6B), the main control box (6B) outputs a control signal to the motor (2), the motor drives the action unit (4) to rotate towards the closing in-place switch (7C) until the action unit (4) presses the closing limit switch (7D) and the closing in-place switch (7C), the closing limit switch (7D) stops the movement of the motor (2), and the closing in-place switch (7C) sends a closing in-place signal to the main control box (6B); in the process of executing opening operation or closing operation; when the motor (2) fails, an alarm indicator lamp and a locked-rotor indicator lamp on the interactive panel (6A) are on; prompting operation and maintenance personnel to check the motor (2); extinguishing the locked-rotor indicator lamp after the motor (2) is discharged from faults; in the process of executing the opening operation or the closing operation in the step S3 and the step S8, the main control box (6B) carries out corresponding position signal detection on the opening in-place switch (7B) and the closing in-place switch (7C), if the position signal is not detected in 10S, the opening and closing operation is stopped, and an alarm indicator lamp is lightened;
s9, after the corresponding units are replaced, switching on an internal circuit of the operation box and resetting all parts in the box body (1) to finish one-time inspection maintenance work; thereafter, steps S2 to S8 are looped.
