The high-voltage high-resistance box is a standard resistor apparatus commonly used in the verification and calibration work of the insulation resistance meter. High-voltage high-resistance boxes produced at home and abroad generally adopt a decimal rotating disc type structure, and the high-voltage high-resistance box with the resistance range reaching T omega magnitude is generally composed of about ten resistance rotating discs. The existing high-voltage high-resistance box has the defects of large volume, heavy weight, inconvenience in transportation, field calibration and use and the like.
The output resistance value of the existing high-voltage high-resistance box needs 3 steps. Firstly, reading the numerical value indicated by each resistance disc knob in turn (the numerical value is printed on the front panel); then multiplying the resistance multiplying power corresponding to the resistance disc to obtain the resistance of the current resistance disc; and finally, adding the resistance values of all the resistance discs to obtain the output resistance value of the high-voltage high-resistance box. The existing high-voltage high-resistance box cannot directly indicate the output resistance value, the whole reading process is too complicated, and the calibration work efficiency is influenced.

When the dial 10 rotates, the resistance value corresponding to the single numerical value displayed on the dial 10 is observed to be just the current output resistance value of the resistance disc D through the indicating window 6.

Specifically, please refer to fig. 4, in this embodiment, four resistance discs D are disposed on the resistance box according to the requirement, including a T Ω resistance disc D, G Ω resistance disc D, M Ω resistance disc D and a k Ω resistance disc D, the resistance box is a high voltage resistance box, the four resistance discs D are sequentially connected in series and placed in a box body a, and the box body a is preferably a metal box. The display panel 7 is provided with three terminals including an output high terminal 14, i.e., an HI terminal; the output low side 3, namely the LO side; and a ground terminal 15, also referred to as a ground shield terminal (GND). Each resistance disc D is formed by connecting 10 standard resistors 1 in series, and the output ends of the series are respectively connected with two wiring terminals 13 to output the resistance value at the moment. The first contact 21 of the two-contact switch 2 is a static contact, is connected with the second rotating shaft 4, and drives the second rotating shaft 4 and the second contact 20 to rotate along with the rotation of the first rotating shaft 8; the second contact 20 is a movable contact, and when the resistor disc D rotates, the position of the second contact 20 changes and is connected to the connecting contact 16 of the next resistor 1 after rotation, so that the resistance value between the two connection terminals 13 changes. When the rotary switch B rotates, the first rotating shaft 8 drives the character disc 10 and the resistor disc D to synchronously rotate; due to the shielding effect of the display panel 7 of the box body A, a single resistance value on the word disc 10 can be observed through the indicating window 6, the numerical value of the word disc 10 is consistent with the resistance value of the resistance disc D after the movement, the single resistance value displayed on the word disc 10 is just the current output resistance value of the resistance disc D, the reading is simple and direct, and the working efficiency of operators is improved.
Illustratively, the resistor of each resistor disc D is composed of 10 standard resistors connected in series, and the specific connection is as follows:
the resistor of the T omega resistor disc D is formed by connecting 10 standard resistors 1 with the resistance value of 1T omega in series;
the resistor of the G omega resistor disc D is formed by connecting standard resistors 1 with the resistance values of 1G omega, 3G omega, 5G omega, 10G omega, 30G omega, 50G omega, 100G omega, 300G omega and 500G omega in series;
the resistor of the M omega resistor disc D is formed by connecting standard resistors 1 with the resistance values of 1M omega, 3M omega, 5M omega, 10M omega, 30M omega, 50M omega, 100M omega, 300M omega and 500M omega in series;
the resistors of the k Ω resistor pad D are formed by connecting standard resistors 1 having resistances of 1k Ω, 3k Ω, 5k Ω, 10k Ω, 30k Ω, 50k Ω, 100k Ω, 300k Ω, and 500k Ω in series.
For example, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the rotary switch B further includes a knob 5 and a fixing sleeve 9, one end of the first rotating shaft 8 passes through the display panel 7 and is fixed to the knob 5, the fixing sleeve 9 is fixed to the display panel 7, the other end of the first rotating shaft 8 passes through the fixing sleeve 9, the fixing sleeve 9 is fixed to a side of the display panel 7 away from the knob 5, and fixes the first rotating shaft 8, and the knob 5 is preferably an aluminum alloy knob. When the knob 5 is rotated, the first rotating shaft 8 is driven to rotate by the same angle in the same direction; the first rotating shaft 8 drives the second rotating shaft 4 and the second contact 20 of the resistor disc D to rotate by the same angle in the same direction through the coupler 12, so that the output resistance of the resistor disc D is changed.
Exemplarily, the rotary switch B further includes a base 11, the dial 10 is installed on the base 11, the first rotating shaft 8 passes through the fixing sleeve 9 and also passes through the base 11, the dial 10 is installed on the base 11, and the first rotating shaft 8 drives the dial 10 to coaxially rotate.
Illustratively, the numerical value scale on the word disk 10 is not identical, and is a mixed scale. The T omega-shaped disc adopts a decimal system, and the G omega-shaped disc, the M omega-shaped disc and the k omega-shaped disc adopt 1, 2 and 5 step systems, so that a mixed stepping rotating disc type structure is formed, the volume and the weight of the resistance box are reduced, and the resistance box is convenient to transport and use on site.
Illustratively, one end of the coupler 12 is connected to the first rotating shaft 8, the other end of the coupler 12 is connected to the second rotating shaft 4, and when the first rotating shaft 8 rotates, the coupler 12 drives the second rotating shaft 4 to rotate coaxially by the same angle, so that the corresponding dial 10 rotates with the second contact 20 of the resistor disc D.
