Description

Online psychological assessment method and device based on continuous operation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field related to psychological assessment, in particular to an online psychological assessment method and device based on a continuous operation method.
Background
In the recruitment of enterprises nowadays, psychological tests become a common means for enterprises to select and screen candidates, cognitive competence tests, character tests and the like are widely used, so that accurate and effective characteristics and prompts of the candidates are provided, and recruitment and screening efficiency is improved. On one hand, because the psychological test is mostly in a question-answer form, the test length is long due to the requirement of the credibility of the psychological test, if the comprehensive quality of a candidate is measured, at least more than 2 tests are needed, the answering time is prolonged to more than 1 hour, and the fatigue and the tiredness of the candidate are easily caused; on the other hand, psychological tests are mostly in a self-evaluation form, and candidates are likely to be filled up intentionally due to strong job hunting motivation, so that the evaluation accuracy is influenced.
In the field of psychometric measurements, the continuous operation method is a method that has been proven to reflect individual psychographic characteristics. Different from common self-evaluation type psychological tests, the continuous operation method enables a testee to complete simple operation tasks, and the internal characteristics of the tested cognitive ability, personality characteristics and the like are presumed through operation completion indexes.
The continuous method is typically called the Neda-Klepelin test (hereinafter referred to as UK test). The test result is to analyze the curve formed by the connection of the workload of each line, thereby reflecting the process and the result of information processing of human brain. The method has the advantages that objective indexes of answering can be obtained through simple and rapid operation, and the intrinsic psychological characteristics of the answering person can be conjectured; but the defects are that the implementation means of the test is backward, and resources such as manpower, fields and the like are occupied; because the reaction of the test respondents is recorded on the answering paper, the analysis of the test results needs manual scoring, the time consumption is long, the artificial errors are easy to generate, and the results are difficult to obtain in batches.

It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
Firstly, an application scenario of the embodiment of the invention is explained, and in the recruitment of the enterprise, psychological tests become a common means for the enterprise to select and screen candidates, cognitive competence tests, character tests and the like are widely used, so that the characteristics and prompts of accurate and effective candidates are provided, and the recruitment and screening efficiency is improved.
Examples
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an online psychological assessment method based on a continuous operation method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 1, the method may specifically include the following steps:
s11, generating and displaying test contents through a preset terminal; wherein the test content is generated based on a continuous operation method;
the continuous operation method is typically referred to as a "Netian-Crapelin test" (hereinafter referred to as "UK test"). The standard UK test task is to make the testee do 10 or less digital addition on the answering paper according to the recording guidance, write the added single digit between two digits, and then trade the password and make the next line.
Furthermore, the operation principle of the title presentation system is based on a continuous operation method in psychological tests, and dynamic presentation and management are performed on the basis. The typical continuous operation method is a series of fixed stimulus presentations, wherein the questions are composed of stimuli according to a certain rule, and respondents need to respond to the stimuli according to requirements. In the UK test, one digit of 3-7 is stimulated, and the responder needs to add two adjacent digits and write the added one digit on paper. Problems that may exist are topic exposure and responder training effects, which may cause different responders to challenge the fairness of the test.
Based on the above principle, the topics in this step have different generation, storage and presentation forms: specifically, with reference to the following 3 types,
the first method comprises the following steps: the test is taken as a unit, the fixed combination patterns of all the stimuli are stored, and the fixed sequence is directly displayed when the stimuli are presented.
And the second method comprises the following steps: and storing the questions by taking a certain specific time interval as a unit, namely storing a plurality of sections of fixed combined patterns to form a question library. The segments appear in a certain order when presented, either randomly or in a fixed order. The combination modes of each section are equivalent in reaction index.
And the third is that: storing the stimulus and the combination rule, activating the rule when the theme is presented, and presenting the stimulus in real time.
The first mode is the simplest operation, namely the most classical continuous operation method; the third mode is most dynamic, and realizes dynamic random of stimulus presentation.
S12, acquiring the response data of the responder;
namely: and recording the operation of the responder at the intelligent terminal in real time so as to obtain some data. Specifically, the reaction of the respondent in the answering process can be transmitted and recorded in real time, and the recorded data includes but is not limited to: response time, accuracy, completion quantity, screen click times, midway skip times, interruption response completion quantity and times and the like.
S13, analyzing the reaction data based on a preset data analysis algorithm system to obtain a responder capacity parameter, a character parameter and a response curve fitting index;
specifically, the capability parameter: the basic capability index of the responder for completing the job task can be reflected by the total amount of the job M, the average job amount M in unit time and the response error rate s.
Character parameters: some indexes in the continuous operation method are proved to reflect character characteristics of responders, such as speed of entering state, attention concentration degree, excitation activity degree and the like. We refer to the quotient of the work load of the responder on the X-th topic as the work quotient WQx compared with the average work load, and it can dynamically reflect the fluctuation of the responder in the whole answering process. Taking two-stage operation as an example, the whole operation task is divided into two sections by the middle rest time. Supposing that the job tasks have n subjects, the job quotient WQ1 and WQn/2+1 of the first subject of each half-segment task can be used as the starting index of the responder, namely the state speed of the job initialization period is reflected; similarly, the excitability parameter, represented by the job quotient WQn/2 and WQn for the last topic of each half-task, reflects the degree and persistence of the neural excitability of the responder in continuous operation. In the whole working process, the quotient of the difference value between the maximum and minimum operator numbers WQmax and WQmin and the average working amount m can reflect the fluctuation degree of the emotion and behavior of the responder, namely the concentration and dispersion degree of attention.
Curve fitting index to answer: the continuous operation method generally requires the responder to complete simple operation tasks within a limited time period, and the simple operation tasks repeatedly appear in multiple time periods, so that the responder's response curve can be obtained. The response curves of a certain specific population can be superposed through data accumulation to form a reference response curve of the population, and the reference response curve is used for benchmarking and eliminating abnormal populations. The response curve may be fitted with a function whereby the degree of deviation of the respondent may be calculated.
And S14, generating an evaluation report and a result table based on the capability parameters, the character parameters and the answering curve fitting indexes.
The online psychological assessment method based on the continuous operation method provided by the invention uses the principle of the continuous operation method, realizes online answering, data calculation and report generation, greatly improves the result output efficiency of the continuous operation method, and has the advantages of convenience in operation, dynamic answering process and objective and effective results.
Further, the online psychological assessment method based on the continuous operation method provided by the application further comprises the following steps:
setting an evaluation environment;
personal information of the respondent is obtained.
It should be noted that the solution provided by the present application mainly provides an online psychological assessment method, so that the assessment environment needs to be set on the network first to obtain the personal information of the responder, so as to facilitate the later testing.
Specifically, the setting of the evaluation environment includes:
creating an activity; wherein creating 11 activities comprises: setting an activity name, a response time limit, a response way and overtime processing;
after the activity is successfully established, the administrator can import the answer list through the system to generate an answer link or directly generate an open two-dimensional code;
the online psychological assessment method based on the continuous operation method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the responder logs in through the response link or the two-dimensional code within preset time;
if the login is carried out within the preset time, the following steps are executed: "test content is generated and displayed by a preset terminal";
otherwise, executing the preset overtime process.
In actual use, the administrator can create activities, set activity names, answering time limits, answering routes, timeout processing, and the like. After the activity is successfully created, the administrator can import the answering personnel list through the system to generate an answering link or directly generate an open two-dimensional code.
When the responder enters the process through linking or scanning the two-dimensional code in actual use, the system firstly judges the validity of the time limit of the linking or the two-dimensional code so as to ensure the efficiency of the performance of the evaluation activity. If the responder logs in within the specified time limit, entering a non-overtime path to start a formal answering process; if the responder does not log in the specified time limit range, the responder enters a timeout path, the system displays timeout information, and simultaneously transmits the timeout information into a system background, and an administrator performs manual management or batch automatic processing by using preset rules. Wherein the automatic processing may be re-evaluation or other predetermined manner.
After the answering person begins answering, the operation of recording the answering person is implemented. In order to ensure the accuracy of the test, it is necessary to determine whether the responder is responding normally.
If the answer is judged to be abnormal, executing a preset instruction aiming at the abnormal answer. For example, the qualification and achievement of the current evaluation of the responder is cancelled. Of course, the instruction for the responder who has not responded normally may be another preset instruction.
Specifically, the step of determining whether the responder normally answers includes:
comparing whether the midway skip times or the interruption answering times exceed the preset times to obtain a first judgment result;
if the first judgment result is yes, determining that the responder does not answer normally;
otherwise, judging whether the completion quantity of the interrupt response is lower than a preset value or not to obtain a second judgment result;
and if the second judgment result is yes, determining that the responder does not answer normally.
It should be noted that the test principle requires the responder to concentrate on the process to obtain a reliable result, and to ensure the above conditions, the system will set the limiting conditions of the number of jumps in the middle, the completion amount and number of interrupted answers, etc., and if the conditions are not met, the responder is judged to be abnormal. The background of the system can collect abnormal answering conditions and set a processing mode for the responders.
After the answer is finished, the reaction data of the responder enters a data analysis algorithm system.
And the algorithm system calculates the collected responder response data, converts the responder response data into the capability parameters, the character parameters and the responder curve fitting indexes of the responders and prepares for the automatic generation of a next report.
The answering index of the responder has several aspects: capability parameters, character parameters and an index of fit to a response curve.
And (4) the parameters obtained by the calculation of the step enter a report generation system.
The module stores the report language and calling logic of the index. After the above-mentioned responder parameter value is generated, the report generation system can call the report language corresponding to the value according to the preset decision rule and display it on the report.
The report may be, but is not limited to: the method comprises the contents of prediction of the basic working ability of responders, prediction of character characteristics, potential risks, the degree of special attention in work, the degree of fluctuation, the duration of excitement maintenance, primary overall evaluation of working fitness and the like. The user can select the corresponding report content module in the system background according to the self requirement to generate a customized evaluation report and a score table.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an online psychological assessment system based on a continuous operation method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 2, the system may include:
the first generating module 21 is configured to generate and display test content through a preset terminal;
an obtaining module 22, configured to obtain response data of the responder;
the analysis module 23 is configured to analyze the response data based on a preset data analysis algorithm system to obtain a responder capacity parameter, a character parameter and a response curve fitting index;
and the second generation module 24 is used for generating an evaluation report and a result table based on the capability parameters, the character parameters and the answering curve fitting indexes.
Specifically, the online psychological assessment system based on the continuous operation method may be composed of an intelligent terminal and a preset server. The first generation module, the acquisition module, the analysis module and the second generation module are all part of a preset server. The method as described with reference to example one. In the scheme provided by the application, the specific execution process is as follows:
the administrator performs evaluation activity environment arrangement; and creating activities on a preset server, and setting activity names, answering time limits, answering ways, timeout processing and the like. After the activity is successfully created, the administrator can import the answering personnel list through the system to generate an answering link or directly generate an open two-dimensional code. And then. The responder connects the preset server to answer through the answering link or the two-dimension code. Presetting related programs in the server, and carrying out time efficiency judgment and processing on the answering path of the responder. The aging judgment and processing mainly refers to a specific timeout processing execution process.
And for the responders who can answer normally, the first generation module generates and displays the test content through the preset terminal. It should be noted that the process of generating the test content may be performed on a preset server or a preset terminal. Then the acquisition module acquires the response data of the responder; the analysis module analyzes the response data based on a preset data analysis algorithm system to obtain a responder capacity parameter, a character parameter and a response curve fitting index; the second generation module generates an assessment report and a performance table based on the capability parameter, the character parameter and the response curve fitting index.
When the obtaining module obtains the response data of the responder in the answering process of the responder, if the responder is found to answer normally. The preset instruction is executed. The preset instruction may be to cancel the evaluation result of the responder, and the like.
