the light blocking mechanism comprises a light sensor (4), an air cylinder (3), shielding cloth (6), a moving rod (5) and two limiting assemblies, wherein a cylinder body of the air cylinder (3) is fixed above the main body (1), one side of the shielding cloth (6) is fixedly connected with the main body (1), the other side of the shielding cloth (6) is fixedly connected with the moving rod (5), the moving rod (5) is U-shaped, two ends of the moving rod (5) are respectively connected with the two limiting assemblies, the two limiting assemblies are respectively arranged on two sides of the main body (1) adjacent to the display screen (2), the moving rod (5) is connected with a heat dissipation mechanism, the light sensor (4) is fixed above the main body (1), and the air cylinder (3) and the light sensor (4) are both electrically connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller);
the heat dissipation mechanism comprises a filter screen (15), a rotating shaft (13), two first bearings, a lubricating component, two rotating components and a plurality of heat dissipation components, wherein an opening is formed in one side, far away from the display screen (2), of the main body (1), the filter screen (15) is matched with the opening, the filter screen (15) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the opening, the two first bearings are respectively fixed on the inner walls of the two sides of the main body (1), the two ends of the rotating shaft (13) are respectively fixedly connected with inner rings of the two first bearings, the two rotating components are respectively connected with the two ends of the rotating shaft (13), the lubricating component is arranged at the top in the main body (1), the lubricating component is connected with the moving rod (5), the heat dissipation components are uniformly arranged between the two rotating components, and the heat dissipation components are connected with the rotating shaft (13);
the heat dissipation assembly comprises a plurality of heat dissipation plates (14), and the heat dissipation plates (14) are circumferentially and uniformly fixed on the rotating shaft (13) by taking the axis of the rotating shaft (13) as a center;
the rotating assembly comprises a gear (12), a rack (10) and two first springs (11), the gear (12) is fixed on a rotating shaft (13), the rack (10) is meshed with the rack (10), the two first springs (11) are respectively arranged above and below the rack (10), and two ends of each first spring (11) are respectively connected with the inner wall of the main body (1) and the rack (10);
the lubricating component comprises a material box (16) and two lubricating units, the material box (16) is fixed at the top of the main body (1), lubricating oil is arranged in the material box (16), the lubricating units correspond to the rotating components one by one, each lubricating unit comprises an air cylinder (18), a piston (21), a second spring (22), a nozzle (20), a connecting line (23), a first connecting pipe (17) and a second connecting pipe (19), the air cylinder (18) is fixed at the top of the main body (1), the piston (21) is arranged inside the air cylinder (18), the piston (21) is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the air cylinder (18), two ends of the second spring (22) are respectively connected with the top of the air cylinder (18) and the upper part of the piston (21), the air cylinder (18) is communicated with the material box (16) through the first connecting pipe (17), two ends of the second connecting pipe (19) are respectively and fixedly connected with the air cylinder (18) and the nozzle (20), nozzle (20) are through second connecting pipe (19) and inflator (18) intercommunication, nozzle (20) set up towards the meshing department of gear (12) and rack (10), the top fixed connection of the one end of line (23) and piston (21), the top of inflator (18) is equipped with first round hole, the top of main part (1) is equipped with two second round holes, first round hole and second round hole one-to-one, the other end of line (23) passes first round hole and second round hole and carriage release lever (5) fixed connection in proper order.
