Description

User distribution method, device, server and storage medium
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of internet finance, in particular to a user distribution method, a user distribution device, a server and a storage medium.
Background
The business developed by financial companies typically has a variety of policies, such as a lending business with a profit maximization policy and a risk minimization policy. Different strategies are suitable for different user groups, and business strategies are reasonably distributed to users, so that the funds of the company can flow, and good benefits are brought to the company.
Currently, user splitting is mainly performed based on user numbers, for example, two tail numbers of the user numbers are used as division basis, that is, the two tail numbers 00-99 of the user numbers represent 100% of user traffic. If a lending service is to distribute 60% of users to the profit maximization strategy model and 40% of users to the risk minimization strategy, the users with two tail numbers of the user numbers within the range of 00-59 are directly distributed to the profit maximization strategy model, and the users with two tail numbers of the user numbers within the range of 60-99 are distributed to the risk minimization strategy model. The shunt mode is simple, actual consumption behaviors of users are not considered, if the consumption capability of the users with two tail numbers of the user numbers within the range of 00-59 is strong, the fund amount of the profit maximization strategy model is quickly consumed, the fund amount of the risk minimization strategy model is difficult to consume, so that the fund of the risk minimization strategy model cannot be utilized, and the income of a company is reduced.

Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a user distribution method according to a first embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment is applicable to user distribution of financial services. As shown in fig. 1, a user splitting method provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s110, determining a user group and a transaction limit to which the current transaction user belongs.
Specifically, when user distribution is performed, firstly, the whole users are divided into different subgroups, each subgroup is matched into different service models, and one subgroup is a user group. Generally, the user group to which the current transaction user belongs may be determined according to a user group manner, for example, the user group uses the two-digit tail number of the user number as a group basis, and then the user group to which the current transaction user belongs is determined according to the two-digit tail number of the user number of the current transaction user. Optionally, the user group may also embody the serial number of the service according to the service serial number, the transaction order number, the user asset number, etc., which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
For example, when grouping users, users with two tail numbers of user numbers in the range of 00-49 are used as a first user group, users with two tail numbers of user numbers in the range of 50-64 are used as a second user group, users with two tail numbers of user numbers in the range of 65-99 are used as a third user group, and if the two tail numbers of the user numbers of the current transaction users are 10, the current transaction users belong to the first user group.
The transaction amount of the current transaction user is the fund amount of the transaction performed by the user, for example, the user applies for loan of 10 ten thousand yuan, and the transaction amount of the current transaction user is 10 ten thousand yuan.
S120, determining a current business model corresponding to the user group and a current transaction limit of the current business model.
Specifically, the service models refer to policy models used by services, and each service model corresponds to a service policy. For example, a lending service includes a profit maximum policy, a risk minimum policy, and a overdue rate minimum policy, where each policy corresponds to a service model, and may be recorded as a profit maximum policy corresponds to a service model a, a risk minimum policy corresponds to a service model B, and an overdue rate minimum policy corresponds to a service model C. Each group of service models corresponds to users with certain flow, namely, the service models correspond to user groups one by one. For example, if the user group, the first user group corresponds to the service model a, the second user group corresponds to the service model B, and the third user group corresponds to the service model C, it indicates that the user with the two-digit tail number of the user number in the range of 00-49 uses the profit maximum policy when performing the loan transaction, the user with the two-digit tail number of the user number in the range of 50-64 uses the risk minimum policy when performing the loan transaction, and the user with the two-digit tail number of the user number in the range of 65-99 uses the expiration rate minimum policy when performing the loan transaction.
The corresponding current business model can be determined according to the user group to which the current transaction user belongs, for example, if the current transaction user belongs to the first user group, the current business model is the business model a. The current transaction amount of the business model is the total transaction amount that occurs in the business model before the current transaction user makes a transaction. For example, if the transaction amount of 400 ten thousand yuan has occurred before the current transaction user performs the transaction, the current transaction amount of the transaction model a is 400 ten thousand yuan.
S130, determining a target service model according to the transaction limit and the current transaction limit.
Specifically, according to the transaction amount of the current transaction user and the current transaction amount of the current service model, whether the current transaction user can conduct normal transaction with the transaction amount in the current service model is determined, that is, whether the current service model can bear the transaction of the current transaction user is determined. If the current business model can bear the transaction of the current transaction user, taking the current business model as a target business model; if the current business model cannot bear the transaction of the current transaction user, other business models are required to be used as target business models.
For example, if the sum of the transaction amount of the current transaction user and the current transaction amount of the current service model exceeds the available fund limit of the current service model, it is indicated that the current service model cannot bear the transaction of the current transaction user, at this time, the service model with the smaller transaction amount of the rest may be used as the target service model, or a default service model may be preset, and the default service model may be used as the service model.
And S140, distributing the current transaction user to the target business model.
Specifically, the current transaction user is distributed to the target service model, namely, the current transaction user carries out transaction according to the service strategy of the target service model. For example, the current business model corresponding to the current transaction user is a business model a, and the target business model is a business model B, so that the transaction of the current transaction user is performed by converting the profit maximum policy into the risk minimum policy. Therefore, when the available funds of the profit maximum strategy are exhausted, the user transaction is completed through the risk minimum strategy, so that the funds of the risk minimum strategy are utilized, the user transaction is not stopped, and the user experience is improved.
Optionally, the user distribution method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be performed in actual business operation of a finance company, and can also be performed as a test method for exploring business strategies by the finance company. As an example, if the target business model is a test method for exploring a business strategy by a finance company, when the target business model is converted from the business model a to the business model B, a business person can know that the user consumption capability in the first user group corresponding to the business model a is strong, and in actual business operation, the available fund limit of the business model a can be increased, or the users in the first user group can be further divided, so that the users with strong consumption capability can be reasonably distributed to each business model.
The user distribution method provided by the embodiment of the invention determines the user group and the transaction limit to which the current transaction user belongs; determining a current business model corresponding to the user group and a current transaction limit of the current business model; determining a target service model according to the transaction amount and the current transaction amount; and distributing the current transaction user to the target service model. The user is split according to the actual transaction amount, the flexibility of user split is improved, and the utilization rate of business funds is also improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a user splitting method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and the present embodiment is further detailed in the foregoing embodiment. The user shunting method provided by the second embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s210, determining user groups and service model limits corresponding to each service model according to the service rules.
Specifically, the business rules are mainly user division rules of each business model and available fund limit division rules of the business model, namely, the business rules comprise a user range and a model limit ratio of the business model. The user range refers to the proportion of the number of users to be allocated by the service model to the total number of users, and different user groups are obtained by dividing the total number of users according to the user range. The model credit ratio refers to the ratio of the available fund limit of the business model to the total fund of the business.
Illustratively, there are three business strategies for a lending business with a total funds of 1000 ten thousand yuan: the profit maximum strategy (business model A), the risk minimum strategy (business model B) and the overdue rate minimum strategy (business model C), and the business rules are as follows: 50% of the users are put into business model a and at most only 50% of the funds are allowed to be used; 15% of the users are put into business model B and at most only 15% of the funds are allowed to be used; 35% of the users are put into business model C and at most only 35% of the funds are allowed to be used. That is, the user range of the service model a is 50%, and the model quota is 50%; the user range of the service model B is 15%, and the model limit accounts for 15%; the user range of the service model C is 35%, and the model quota is 35%.
Further, determining the user group corresponding to each service model according to the service rule includes: and dividing the users according to the user range and the target number information, and determining the user group corresponding to each service model. Specifically, the target number information is number information capable of representing service running water, such as a user number, a service number, a transaction order number, a user asset number and the like.
Illustratively, the present embodiment describes the division process of the user group with the user number as the target number information. The users are divided according to the user range and two tail numbers (00-99) of the user numbers. For the service model A, the user range is 50%, and the users with the two tail numbers of the user numbers of 00-49 are divided into first user groups corresponding to the service model A. For the service model B, the user range is 15%, and the users with the two tail numbers of 50-64 of the user numbers are divided into second user groups corresponding to the service model B. For the service model C, the user range is 35%, and the users with the two tail numbers of 65-99 are divided into third user groups corresponding to the service model C.
Further, determining the service model limit corresponding to each service model according to the service rule includes: determining the total service amount of all service models; and determining the service model quota corresponding to each service model according to the model quota ratio and the service total quota. Illustratively, according to the above example, the total service amount is 1000 ten thousand yuan, and the model amount of the service model a is 50%, and then the service model amount thereof is 500 ten thousand yuan (50% of 1000 ten thousand yuan). The model quota of the service model B is 15%, and the service model quota is 150 ten thousand yuan (15% of 1000 ten thousand yuan). The model quota of the service model C is 35%, and the service model quota is 350 ten thousand yuan (35% of 1000 ten thousand yuan).
S220, determining a user group and a transaction limit to which the current transaction user belongs.
S230, determining a current business model corresponding to the user group and a current transaction limit of the current business model.
S240, determining the current service model limit corresponding to the current service model.
S250, if the sum of the transaction amount and the current transaction amount is larger than the current service model amount, taking a preset substitution model as a target service model.
And S260, if the sum of the transaction amount and the current transaction amount is smaller than or equal to the current service model amount, taking the current service model as a target service model.
Specifically, if the sum of the transaction amount of the current transaction user and the current transaction amount is greater than the current transaction model amount, it is indicated that if the current transaction user continues to transact in the current transaction model, the current transaction model cannot provide the transaction amount required by the current transaction user, which may cause transaction failure of the current transaction user. Therefore, in order to prevent this, the preset substitution model is taken as the target service model at this time, that is, the current service model is replaced with the preset substitution model, so that the current transaction user completes the transaction in the preset substitution model. Of course, if the sum of the transaction amount of the current transaction user and the current transaction amount is less than or equal to the current service model amount, the current service model is taken as the target service model, and the current transaction user can continue to conduct transactions in the current service model.
The preset substitution model can be a default service model which is configured in advance, and can also be a service model which is determined according to the actual transaction condition of each service model and is except the current service model. For example, according to the actual transaction situation of each service model, a service model with a transaction amount less than half of the currently available amount of the service model is used as a substitute model. As described above, the current business model is a business model a (the business model credit is 500 ten thousand yuan), the transaction credit is 50 ten thousand yuan, the current transaction credit of the business model a is 460 ten thousand yuan, and obviously, the sum of the transaction credit and the current transaction credit is greater than the business model credit. If the transaction amount of the service model C (the service model amount is 350 ten thousand yuan) is 100 ten thousand yuan, the current available amount of the service model C is 250 ten thousand yuan (i.e. the service model amount minus the transaction amount). And if the transaction amount 50 ten thousand yuan is less than half of the currently available amount 250 ten thousand yuan of the service model C, taking the service model C as a target service model of the current transaction user.
Further, the target business model can also be determined by the size of the transaction amount and the current available amount of the current business model. And if the transaction limit exceeds the current available limit of the current service model, taking the preset substitution model as a target service model, otherwise, taking the current service model as the target service model.
S270, distributing the current transaction user to the target business model.
According to the user distribution method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the target service model is determined through the relation among the transaction amount, the current transaction amount and the current service model amount, so that the user can be distributed more accurately, the user transaction is ensured not to be interrupted, and the user experience and the fund utilization rate are improved.
Example III
Fig. 3 is a flow chart of a user splitting method according to a third embodiment of the present invention, which is a further optimization of the foregoing embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the user splitting method provided in the third embodiment of the present invention includes:
s301, acquiring original number information of a user.
Specifically, the original number information of the user refers to number information directly generated by the transaction platform, including a user number, a service number, a transaction order number, a user asset number, and the like.
S302, periodically updating the original number information according to a preset rule to obtain target number information.
Specifically, the target number information is number information obtained after the original number information is updated, and the preset rule is used for changing user groups where the number information of the user is located when the user is divided, so that the preset rule can be an updating rule of the number information bit number related to the user when the user is divided. For example, when the user divides the user number two-digit tail number as the dividing basis, the preset rule may be that the user number two-digit tail number is added with 1. Illustratively, the original user number 100049 and the original two-digit tail number 49, which in the example of the embodiment described above belongs to the first user group. And adding 1 to the original two-digit tail number 49 according to a preset rule to obtain a target two-digit tail number 50, wherein the target user number is 100050, and the user belongs to the second user group according to the target user number. It follows that the user grouping to which the user belongs can be changed by updating the original number information according to a preset rule.
The original number information is periodically updated according to a preset rule, so that the user group to which the user belongs can be periodically changed, and the user can conduct rotation transaction among different service models. Further, when the periodic update is performed, the preset rule may be fixed or may be changed along with the change period. For example, the original number information of the user is updated every 00:00 a day, and the preset rule is that the two-digit tail number of the user number is added with 1 on the basis of the previous update when the user is updated every time. For another example, the original number information of the user is updated every 00:00 a day, and the preset rule is that the two-digit tail number of the user number is increased by a set value on the basis of the previous update when the user number is updated every time.
S303, dividing users according to the user range and the target number information, and determining user groups corresponding to each service model.
S304, determining the total service amount of all service models.
S305, determining the service model quota corresponding to each service model according to the model quota ratio and the service total quota.
S306, determining a user group and a transaction limit to which the current transaction user belongs.
S307, determining a current business model corresponding to the user group and a current transaction limit of the current business model.
S308, determining the current service model limit corresponding to the current service model.
S309, if the sum of the transaction amount and the current transaction amount is greater than the current business model amount, taking a preset substitution model as a target business model.
And S310, if the sum of the transaction amount and the current transaction amount is smaller than or equal to the current service model amount, taking the current service model as a target service model.
S311, distributing the current transaction user to the target business model.
According to the user distribution method provided by the third embodiment of the invention, the original number information is periodically updated according to the preset rule, so that the user grouping of the user can be periodically changed, the user can conduct rotation transaction among different service models, and the user distribution in each service model is more uniform.
