FIG. 1 is a schematic flow diagram of an Internet notarization method; referring to FIG. 1, the method includes the following steps S10-S30:
s10, customizing a special product database for the service provider according to the client type and the client requirement of the service provider who is resident in the notary platform, and opening a corresponding interface.
The interface is provided to the user through any one or more of the following client forms: the special application program APP of the client, the WeChat public number of the client and the WeChat applet.
In a specific embodiment of the present application, the product database is constructed according to the following elements: a knowledge base and an inference engine; and in the early stage, a platform management user formulates a relevant knowledge rule for supporting the initial operation of the system, and in the later stage, the relevant knowledge is acquired through a server, wherein the knowledge refers to various problems and solutions faced by a certain notarization business process.
The knowledge base stores expert knowledge and experience which can not be represented by data and described by a model method, namely decision knowledge and experience knowledge of decision experts, and also comprises special knowledge of a plurality of specific problem fields.
The inference engine is a set of programs which process the knowledge base (rules and facts) for the user's question and call the knowledge base to know the end to process the question. Such as conditional decisions, suite matching, and task prioritization, among others.
In addition, a comprehensive database is arranged to store all data of the system and provide data support for the knowledge base and the inference engine.
The knowledge base is divided into a business docking knowledge base and a notarization application knowledge base, and is uniformly divided into a case base and a rule base on the content. In the embodiment, in the operation process of the platform, the knowledge base is updated regularly according to the accumulation of historical data, and then the exercise big data updates the knowledge base, so that the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the knowledge base are improved.
Optionally, the business docking knowledge base stores the types of internet service providers, such as an online shopping mall, a traveling facility for abroad, a bank, and the like; the rule base stores the results of the program interfaces generated according to different internet service provider users combining notarization products and document templates.
Storing different official certificate items in the fact library of the official certificate applying knowledge base; the rule base stores different business handling processes matched according to different official certificate items.
The inference machine selects corresponding rules from the rule base according to the contents of the fact base in the knowledge base to execute subsequent operations, when no corresponding execution item exists in the rule base, management end personnel are reminded to process, and the management end personnel add corresponding contents to the fact base and the rule base according to actual conditions.
The notarization institution and the internet service provider who reside in the platform need to sign a contract for use, and the platform opens different use interfaces for the notarization institution and the internet service provider.
The platform can match the combination result of the program interface generated by the corresponding product and the corresponding document template in the service docking knowledge base according to different internet service provider types, and the combination result is embedded into the existing APP, public numbers and applets of a merchant mechanism, so that a user of the internet service provider can seamlessly use the internet service rapid public certificate platform to apply for the public certificate service for handling.
In the using process, a common user enters an internet business rapid notarization platform in an APP, a public number and a small program provided by an internet service provider to submit a notarization application, the platform matches corresponding business operation flows in a notarization application knowledge base according to different conditions of each party, and prompts and guides the user to lead the party to submit a self notarization order smoothly according to matching results.
For example, the notarization platform extracts the elements in the notarization order to generate notarization documents such as "application form" and "written record" and then transmits the notarization documents back to the corresponding internet service provider. The Internet service provider displays the document to a corresponding common user, and after the common user confirms the document, the common user carries out electronic signature to complete submission.
And S20, after receiving the notarization applying request of the user through the interface, responding to the notarization applying request to obtain the solution matched with the notarization applying request from the product database.
And S30, prompting the user to execute corresponding operation according to the solution to generate a notarization order, and sending the notarization order generated according to the corresponding operation of the user to a notarization institution client so that a notarization office worker can perform processing operation of the notarization order at the notarization institution client.
A scene architecture schematic diagram of the notarization method provided by the above embodiment is shown in fig. 2, and the architecture includes a notarization platform 20, a service provider client 10, a management client 40, and a notarization authority client 30, which are connected to each other by the platform. The notarization platform 20 may be a cloud server or a cluster of cloud servers.
The internet notarization method provided by the embodiment of the application can be compatible with various notarization processing scenes, such as online shopping, traveling abroad, financial loan and other specific fine scenes, enables a user to conveniently and flexibly select and use internet notarization products under various scenes, does not need to submit to extra APP for processing, and does not need to process on the field of notarization processing.
In the embodiment of the application, the notarization platform automatically prompts guidance according to different conditions of each user, automatically eliminates invalid information submitted in a webpage technology, checks whether the information is completely submitted or not, and the like, so that the user can completely and smoothly submit the notarization order.
The notarization platform can be connected with legal software service providers on the market, and the application program interface opened by the platform is used for making the client acceptance front end, so that a standardized and unified order is formed and transmitted to the notarization background of the notarization department. Furthermore, the legal software service providers only need to concentrate on providing services for the parties and various merchants, and the legal software service providers do not need to repeatedly manufacture some underlying supports, such as: registration login, certificate OCR recognition, identity card verification, business license verification, electronic invoice, small payment authentication, bank card four-element authentication, block chain support, short message, voice recognition, notarization document template, electronic invoice, electronic notarization, signature board and the like.
Referring to the embodiment shown in fig. 2, in the step S30, the prompting the user to execute the corresponding operation according to the solution to generate a notarization order includes the following steps S301 to S302:
s301, generating a notarization document according to a notarization applying request of a user and rules in the solution, and providing the notarization document for the user through the service provider client.
S302, receiving a notarization document which is returned by the service provider client and in which the user fills the relevant information, and generating a notarization order based on the notarization document.
In another possible embodiment of the present application, after the step S30, sending the notarization order generated according to the corresponding operation of the user to the notarization institution client, the following steps a10-a20 are further included:
and A10, after the personnel at the notarization department fill in the specified information through the notarization institution client, providing the notarization order to the service provider client, and prompting the user to pay.
And step A20, after the payment is finished, feeding back prompt information to the notarization institution client and prompting notarization department personnel to perform notarization processing operation.
In this embodiment, the official certificate can use the standardized certificate handling system in the certificate industry provided by this system, or the certificate handling system that this system has docked, just receive the standardized certificate orders across the country in the department of the own certificate, can directly accomplish in the certificate handling system and handle, need not additionally carry out loaded down with trivial details handling work under on-line, and the electronic certificate that generates possesses legal effect equally. The system is characterized in that a policeman does not need to use various certificate handling systems in order to handle the certificate orders of all channels, and only needs to use the standardized certificate handling systems. The system converts notarization orders from various channel sources into unified notarization orders.
In another possible embodiment of the present application, after the notary staff completes the work operation in step S30, the method further includes the following steps B10-B20:
step B10, generating an electronic public certificate, and sending the electronic public certificate to the service provider client;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
step B20, triggering a printing device in a connected state to print the public certificate in response to the user-triggered paper public certificate application request at the facilitator client.
And the notarization institution personnel check notarization orders submitted to the platform by common users through the notarization institution client and accept the notarization orders.
The notarization institution accepts the notarization order and fills in the specific amount of each notarization item in the notarization order, and the platform sends the notarization order to the internet service provider to prompt the internet service provider to urge to receive the money. The notarization institution can continue to process the notarization, but if the common user does not pay the amount, the notarization department can be automatically prompted by the notarization system, and the certification making link cannot be completed. The internet service provider prompts the user to complete the online payment, and then the notarization is in all links of the platform to complete the notarization transaction. The platform generates an electronic public certificate and sends the electronic public certificate to a corresponding common user who applies for the public certificate, and the user can additionally apply for a paper public certificate.
