And the tracking module 505 is used for submitting the transaction information which is verified to be correct to the centralized processing center and generating the two-dimensional code, so that the customer can inquire the transaction progress and result through the two-dimensional code and supplement materials through the two-dimensional code when the materials are missing.
When the transaction information is verified to be correct, the transaction information verified to be correct is submitted to a centralized processing center, so that different post tellers can conduct centralized processing on the transaction information, meanwhile, a two-dimensional code is generated and provided for a client, the processing progress and results of the different post tellers of the centralized operation center can be uploaded to a background corresponding to the two-dimensional code, the client can inquire the transaction progress and results in real time through the two-dimensional code, when materials need to be supplemented in the service processing process, the client can also clearly lack the materials through scanning the two-dimensional code and supplement and submit, and the centralized operation center tellers complete the transaction after receiving the materials supplemented by the client.

In summary, in this embodiment, on the basis of the above embodiment, when the image of the bank transaction certificate is identified to generate the transaction information, the image of the bank transaction certificate may be specifically identified as characters, and the transaction information may be generated based on the characters obtained by identification.

Claims (10)

1. A front-end data self-help processing method for bank transaction is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a bank transaction certificate submitted by a client, scanning the bank transaction certificate, and generating a bank transaction certificate image corresponding to the bank transaction certificate;
performing initial examination on the bank transaction business based on the bank transaction business voucher image;
after the bank transaction business is qualified in initial examination, identifying the bank transaction business voucher image to generate transaction information, and displaying the transaction information to a client for confirmation;
after the customer confirms the transaction information, verifying the transaction information;
and submitting the transaction information which is verified to be correct to a centralized processing center, and generating a two-dimension code so that a customer can inquire transaction progress and results through the two-dimension code and supplement materials through the two-dimension code when materials are missing.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said conducting an initial review of the banking transaction based on the banking transaction voucher image comprises:
and performing initial examination on the bank transaction business according to the historical transaction information and the business rule based on the bank transaction business voucher image.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the identifying the image of the bank transaction voucher to generate transaction information comprises:
and identifying the image of the bank transaction certificate into characters, and generating transaction information based on the characters obtained by identification.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein said identifying said image of a banking transaction voucher as text comprises:
and identifying the image of the bank transaction certificate into characters by an optical character identification technology.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein said identifying said image of a banking transaction voucher as text comprises:
and identifying the image of the bank transaction certificate into characters through a natural voice processing technology.
6. A front end data self-service processing system for bank transactions, comprising:
the scanning module is used for acquiring a bank transaction business certificate submitted by a client, scanning the bank transaction business certificate and generating a bank transaction business certificate image corresponding to the bank transaction business certificate;
the initial examination module is used for carrying out initial examination on the bank transaction business based on the bank transaction business certificate image;
the identification module is used for identifying the bank transaction voucher image after the bank transaction business is qualified in initial approval, generating transaction information and displaying the transaction information to a client for confirmation;
the verification module is used for verifying the transaction information after the customer confirms the transaction information;
and the tracking module is used for submitting the transaction information which is verified to be correct to a centralized processing center, generating a two-dimensional code, so that a customer can inquire transaction progress and results through the two-dimensional code, and supplementing materials through the two-dimensional code when materials are missing.
