Abstract
A project management system belongs to the technical field of project management. The system is realized based on a business process management BPM platform; the system comprises: the project establishing module is used for initiating a project establishing request to the business process management BPM platform so as to establish a project according to the project establishing process of the business process management BPM platform; the project information input module is used for inputting project information and sending the project information to different user management modules in the project management process; wherein, the project management process is formed according to the business process management BPM platform; and the user management module is used for performing different project management in the project management process and transmitting the real-time information of the project management from the previous management link to the next management link according to the project management process. The system has short development period, can be quickly customized and formed according to the enterprise management requirements, effectively improves the project management efficiency of enterprises, combines the business process management with the project management, and optimizes enterprise management resources.

The system is realized based on a BPM platform, and project management contents required by enterprises are quickly established through a BPM process. An enterprise can input an establishment request to a project management system, a project establishment module sends the establishment request to a BPM (business process management) when the establishment request is obtained from an enterprise user, and based on the BPM, the project information entry module and a user management module are triggered to work after establishment. The project information entry module may obtain project-related information from enterprise users, which may then be distributed to the user management module. The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, a project management system is implemented based on a business process management BPM platform; the system comprises a project establishing module, a project information entry module and a user management module. When the project establishment module initiates a project establishment request, the Business Process Management (BPM) platform responds to the request and establishes a project according to the project establishment process of BPM. Once the project is successfully established, the project information is input by the project information input module and is sent to the user management module in the project management process. Wherein, the project management process is formed according to the business process management BPM platform; specifically, the project management process is provided with a plurality of management links, each management link corresponds to different project management, enterprises set different management links according to needs, and finally the whole project management process is based on BPM to process the plurality of management links. The user management module can perform subsequent project management after receiving the project information.
The project establishment module is provided with a project input interface when facing the enterprise user, and the enterprise user can send a project establishment request through the project input interface and is generally initiated by the enterprise user at a sales end. Once the enterprise user sends the project establishment request, the project establishment module initiates the project establishment request to the Business Process Management (BPM) platform. The business process management BPM platform enters an item establishment process, and once the business process management BPM platform passes through the item establishment process of the BMP, the project is successfully established.
And the project information input module is used for inputting project information and sending the project information to the user management module in the project management process. Project information includes project name, customer name, project manager, required completion time, sales force, project engineer, project planner, project implementation, etc. The project information entry module is provided with a project entry interface when facing enterprise users, and the enterprise users can input project information through the project entry interface and are generally initiated by enterprise users at a sales end.
The user management module is used for carrying out different project management in the project management process and transmitting the real-time information of the project management from the previous management link to the next management link according to the project management process. The project management process is composed of a plurality of management links (refer to fig. 2), each management link completes project management of different contents, and the project management real-time information is also specific information generated aiming at different management links. When the project management flow sequentially comprises project planning, project delivery, project installation and debugging and project acceptance, the user management module comprises a project planning unit, a project delivery unit, a project installation and debugging unit and a project acceptance unit.
The project planning unit is used for establishing a project plan based on the received project information and triggering the project delivery unit. The project planning unit has a project plan entry interface when facing the enterprise user, and the enterprise user can send a project plan through the project plan entry interface, wherein the project plan comprises items required by a project, project construction arrangement, project acceptance arrangement and the like.
The item delivery unit is used for sending an item delivery notice based on the item plan content, so that the item delivery end sends items required by the item. The item delivery unit is provided with an item delivery initiating interface when facing an enterprise user, the enterprise user can send delivery information of items required by items in a project plan to the item delivery unit through the item delivery initiating interface, the item delivery unit then sends the delivery information to an item delivery end in a notification mode, and the item delivery end is an item sender with a mobile terminal or an intelligent terminal. The shipper of the item, upon receiving the shipping information, ships as requested. The user management module can also comprise a project demand purchase examination and approval unit, after the project delivery unit sends a project delivery notice, the project demand purchase examination and approval unit initiates a purchase request according to the delivery notice, and after the purchase examination and approval are obtained, the project delivery end side carries out the delivery process of the articles required by the project.
And the project installation and debugging unit is used for monitoring and recording project installation and debugging progress and installation and debugging results after receiving the articles required by the project. The project installation and debugging unit is provided with a project process input interface when facing enterprise users, and the project process input interface can be provided with a plurality of project responsible persons according to different project responsible persons, such as line responsible persons, and inputs a line construction process through the project process interface 1; a structure building responsible person inputs a structure building construction process through the project process interface 2; or, the project process input interface may be provided in plurality according to a plurality of links of the project process, for example, a line-stage link, and inputs a line-stage construction process through the project process interface 1; a line two-stage link, which inputs a line two-stage construction process through a project process interface 2; or, a plurality of project process input interfaces are set according to the two situations.
And the project acceptance sheet unit is used for recording the project acceptance condition after the project installation and debugging are finished. In the downward direction of the implementation mode, the condition of item acceptance check can be recorded after the installation and debugging of part of links in the item are completed, for example, the item acceptance check is carried out after the line construction is completed, the structure acceptance check is carried out after the structure construction is completed, and the like; in another embodiment, the project acceptance may be recorded after the entire project installation and debugging is complete.
The user management module further comprises an item exception unit, and the item exception unit is used for re-triggering the item delivery unit to send the item delivery notice of the related items when receiving a signal that the items required by the items cannot be installed, which is fed back by the item installation and debugging unit; the project installation and debugging unit is also used for re-triggering the project installation and debugging unit to carry out installation and debugging on the abnormal condition when receiving the project acceptance abnormal signal, and the project installation and debugging unit also detects and records the project installation and debugging progress and the installation and debugging result of the abnormal condition. In the first case, the signal that the item required by the project cannot be installed refers to the condition that the item required by the project is absent, or the model, the size and the damage of the item required by the project are generated, or the item required by the project is not received. Once the above situation exists, the item delivery unit is required to resend the item delivery notice, and if the item is lacked, the item delivery notice of the lacked item is sent; and if the article model is wrong, sending a delivery notice that the article model is not matched and the article with the matched model is replaced, and the like. In a second case, the item acceptance exception signal includes the following: the project installation and debugging are wrong, the project installation and debugging are incomplete, articles are lacked in the project installation, and the like. Once the above situation exists, the project installation and debugging unit needs to be restarted, and after the user at the installation and debugging end completes installation and debugging on site, the installation and debugging progress and the installation and debugging result of the abnormal situation are input through the project process input interface.
The user management module also comprises a project changing unit which is used for receiving the project plan changing information and updating the project plan of the project planning unit. The project plan change information may include change information for items required for the project (including model, quantity, size, etc.), change information for project construction schedule (including construction period, construction sequence, constructors, etc.), change information for project acceptance schedule (including acceptance mode, acceptance period, acceptance personnel, etc.). The project change unit is provided with a project change input interface when facing enterprise users, the enterprise users input project change information to the project change unit through the project change input interface, and the common enterprise users are users of the project management end.
The user management module further comprises a production management unit for producing the items required for assembling the project based on the project plan content. The production management unit is provided with a production management input interface when facing enterprise users, and the enterprise users input production management information based on project plans, such as articles required by production assembly projects, through the production management input interface. And the user at the production management end feeds back the production assembly process and the production assembly result to the project management system through the production management input interface.
The system also comprises a project approval module which is used for approving the established projects and allowing the project information input module to send the project information to the user management module after the projects are approved and approved.
