Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given in the application without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the application.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The blockchain is a novel application mode of computer technologies such as distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, a consensus mechanism and an encryption algorithm, and is essentially a decentralized database.
In the embodiment of the present application, first, a blockchain network platform may be deployed based on a blockchain framework. The blockchain frame may be any blockchain frame capable of implementing the corresponding function of the embodiment of the present application, for example, bitcoin, etherhouse, Fabric, Corda, and the like.
The blockchain network comprises a plurality of nodes, such as member nodes, wherein the member nodes represent nodes represented by members joining the mutual aid platform.
And then, generating a corresponding intelligent contract according to the mutual correlation requirement, and writing the intelligent contract into each node of the block chain network.
Fig. 1 is an architectural schematic diagram of a block chain-based mutual assistance platform according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which specifically includes a first obtaining module 101, a second obtaining module 102, a calculating module 103, and a deduction module 104. The first obtaining module 101 is connected to the calculating module 103, and the deducting module 104 is connected to the second obtaining module 102 and the calculating module 103, respectively.
Specifically, each member node in the mutual-aid platform can broadcast payment information to other member nodes in the platform according to a preset time interval, and pay a certain fee at regular time to serve as mutual-aid funds in the platform.
Therefore, the first obtaining module 101 may be configured to obtain payment information of the member node according to a preset time interval, and write the obtained payment information into the block chain. The payment information can include node identification, time, amount of money and the like, and the preset time interval can be set as required, such as one month and the like.
The calculation module 103 may calculate the amount of money paid by each member node according to the payment information of all member nodes in the mutual-aid platform, and determine the total amount of the mutual-aid funds existing in the platform (hereinafter referred to as the total amount of the existing funds).
Under the conditions of illness, insufficient funds and the like, the member nodes can broadcast in the mutual-aid platform to initiate mutual-aid requests. Therefore, the second obtaining module 102 may be configured to obtain the ill information corresponding to the mutual aid request of the member node according to the mutual aid request of the member node, and write the obtained ill information and the mutual aid request into the block chain correspondingly. The mutual assistance request can comprise node identification, initiation time and the like, and the ill information can comprise disease information, required amount and the like.
The deduction module 104 may determine the total amount of the existing funds in the mutual aid platform according to the calculation result of the calculation module 103, deduct the required amount from the total amount of the existing funds according to the required amount in the illness information, and broadcast the deducted amount to all member nodes in the mutual aid platform. The deduction module can write deduction information into the block chain. The deduction information may include a help node identifier, deduction time, deduction amount, and the like.
Correspondingly, after deducting the corresponding amount from the total amount of the existing funds, the calculation module 103 is also used to recalculate the total amount of the existing funds in the platform based on the deducted amount.
In the embodiment of the application, the payment information, the illness information and the deduction information of each member node are written into the block chain, so that the payment process and the mutual help process of the mutual help fund can be published to all the member nodes in the block chain, the member nodes can know the use condition of the mutual help fund, and the member nodes supervise the use condition of the fund to realize transparent data disclosure.
Moreover, based on the characteristics of safety and tamper resistance of the block chain storage data, the payment information, deduction information and the like written into the block chain can be guaranteed not to be maliciously tampered, and the authenticity of the data is guaranteed, so that member nodes can be guaranteed to know the real fund use condition.
In one embodiment, the platform further includes an authentication module (not shown in the figure), and the authentication module is configured to authenticate the identity information of the member node requesting to join the platform, encrypt the identity information of the member node passing the authentication, and write the encrypted identity information into the blockchain. The identity information may be an identity card, a social security card, or other identity documents capable of proving identity.
By authenticating the identity of the member, the subsequent checking of the ill information of the member node can be facilitated, and the management of the member node can be enhanced. The identity information is encrypted, so that the safety and the confidentiality of the identity information of each member node can be protected, and other member nodes can not acquire the identity information of the member nodes at will through public data.
In one embodiment, the platform further comprises a verification module (not shown) for obtaining the attestation material provided by the member nodes for the ill-conditioned information when the member nodes initiate the mutual assistance request. The verification module may audit the authenticity of the diseased information based on the certification material to determine whether the member nodes are allowed to initiate the mutual aid request. The certification material may include a medical diagnostic, a critical notice, a drug document, a patient picture, etc.
And the verification module can also determine that the person in the ill information and the person in the identity information are the same person according to the identity information pre-authenticated by the member node so as to ensure that the service object of the member node initiating the mutual assistance request is the person.
By verifying the ill information, the authenticity of the ill information can be ensured, the mutual fund can be used rightly, and the lawless action that lawless persons cheat the mutual fund is prevented.
In one embodiment, the platform further includes a guarantee module (not shown in the figure) for determining guarantee information provided by the member node for guaranteeing timely payment of the fee, wherein the guarantee information may be a property, a real property, or a specific fund, a deposit, and the like with a certain value. Therefore, the member nodes joining the mutual-help platform can be ensured to have basic economic capacity, and the fee can be paid on time so as to be convenient for enjoying the support of mutual-help fund.
The guarantee module can also write the guarantee information provided by the member node into the block chain, so as to determine that the guarantee information cannot be maliciously tampered, and prevent the member node from repudiating.
In one embodiment, the amount paid per time by each member node may be different.
Therefore, the platform may further include an upper limit module (not shown in the figure), and the upper limit module may determine, according to the amount of money in the payment information of the member node, an amount of money upper limit of the mutual-help fund that the member node is allowed to obtain when initiating the mutual-help request. The number of the payment amount of the member node and the upper limit of the amount allowed to be obtained form a positive correlation relationship. Therefore, the peer-to-peer payment and harvest of the member nodes can be guaranteed, the equality among the member nodes is realized, and the good development of a mutual aid platform is facilitated.
In one embodiment, the platform further includes a credit module (not shown in the figure) for determining whether the member node can pay the fee in time according to the payment information of the member node, and determining the credit point of the member node according to a preset credit point system. The credit points represent the condition that the member nodes can pay funds on time.
Specifically, the predetermined credit system may include: if the member node pays the fee on time, credit points can be added to the member node; if the member nodes delay payment and even escape from non-payment, credit points with different quantities of the member nodes can be deducted according to specific conditions; and so on. The lower the credit score of the member node is, the poorer the condition of paying the fee by the member node is, the more the violation conditions are, and the higher the credit score of the member node is, the better the condition of paying the fee by the member node is.
Therefore, the credit module can determine that the credit module deducts the penalty amount from the upper limit of the amount allowed to be obtained when the member node initiates the mutual-help request according to the credit score of the member node, that is, the upper limit of the amount allowed to be obtained by the member node is reduced. Wherein, the amount of the punishment amount is in negative correlation with the credit point.
By the method, the member nodes can be supervised, and the member nodes can be ensured to pay fees on time, so that the mutual-aid platform can be ensured to run smoothly.
In one embodiment, the authentication module may be connected to the credit module, and the member node is removed from the mutual aid platform when the credit score of the member node is lower than a preset value according to the credit score of each member node determined by the credit module, so as to further form supervision on the member node.
In one embodiment, the platform further includes a sorting module (not shown in the figure), and the sorting module is configured to perform priority sorting on a plurality of mutual assistance requests initiated simultaneously according to a preset sorting factor and a weight corresponding to each sorting factor, so as to determine an order in which the plurality of mutual assistance requests obtain monetary assistance. The preset ranking factors may include a disease type, a disease degree, family conditions of member nodes, and the like, and the weight corresponding to each ranking factor may be set as required, which is not limited in the present application. Therefore, a plurality of mutual-aid requests initiated simultaneously can be reasonably allocated to preferentially meet the more urgent requests.
In one embodiment, when a member node initiates a mutual aid request, there may be instances where the total amount of funds existing in the platform is less than the desired amount. In this case, the platform may include a prepayment module (not shown), which may determine member nodes with punished money through the credit module, and determine prepayment fees of the member nodes when the set payment time is not reached, so as to replenish the existing funds in the platform and meet the requirement of the mutual help request. And then, the prepayment module can reward the member nodes according to the prepayment information of the member nodes, so that the punishment amount of the member nodes is reduced. By the prepayment method, the required amount of money of the mutual-help request can be supplemented under the condition that the total amount of the existing funds in the platform is insufficient so as to meet the requirement of the mutual-help request, and the enthusiasm of the member nodes for prepayment can be stimulated by giving rewards to the member nodes.
Based on the same idea, some embodiments of the present application further provide a device and a non-volatile computer storage medium corresponding to the above-described platform.
