Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above technical problem, the present application provides a processing method and apparatus for distributing digital asset packs including various right combinations to a blockchain network according to the categories of assets, so as to increase the possibility of trading, and convert assets transacted at low frequency into digital assets transacted at high frequency.

From an economic and technical point of view, the organization and utilization efficiency of natural resources in human society depends on the needs of human beings. From the perspective of assets, if the assets in the general sense of having use value and generating economic benefit can be converted into public demand and high-frequency transaction from meeting the demands of the masses and low-frequency transaction, the method is favorable for accelerating the circulation of the assets and enables the organization and utilization efficiency of natural resources to reach a higher level. The method is a key link for converting various assets like fixed assets and intellectual property assets into digital assets capable of online transaction.
Digital assets are typically non-monetary assets in the form of electronic data, which can only be made highly fluid by converting assets in a general sense to digital assets. Assets can be economically profitable through trading, the key being that they have a use value, and therefore each category or each particular asset has its own objectively available attributes that can be used.
At the heart of the new form of trading resulting from the digitization of assets is the right standardized trading of digital assets. Compared with the conventional property ownership transaction, partial ownership (permission) and right-of-return transaction are increased, and in addition, new transaction content can be added according to different types of properties. For example, for copyright, a disposal right transaction, such as an exercise right transaction, or the like, may be added.
The method provided by the application is characterized in that the digital asset data packets with higher frequent transaction effects are respectively and correspondingly generated for different types of assets by utilizing different types of assets, namely, the number of commodities which can be formed is increased so as to be more easily transacted. The above rights are only examples and rights specific to them may also be established based on a particular digital asset.

forming a digital asset package from the tradable right and asset description document, the ownership statement document, and the digital carrier of the asset;
giving a unique code to the digital asset package, and generating a hash value of the digital asset package comprising the unique code;
publishing the digital asset pack to a blockchain network via the hash value, and,
receiving block information fed back by a block chain network;
and recording the block information.

determining the corresponding tradable right of the asset to form a tradable right set; the set of tradable rights includes at least one of a right to earning, a right to ownership, and a right to dispose; determining the tradable right for the asset includes determining a number of terms of the tradable right for trading and determining a share of each tradable right;
forming a digital asset package by the tradable right in the tradable right set and the asset description document, the ownership declaration document and the digital carrier of the asset;
giving a unique code to the digital asset package, and generating a hash value of the digital asset package comprising the unique code;
publishing the digital asset pack to a blockchain network via the hash value, and,
receiving block information fed back by a block chain network;
and recording the block information.
5. An apparatus for generating a digital asset package, the apparatus comprising:
the collection generating unit is configured to generate a tradable right collection consisting of right items corresponding to the digital assets according to the types of the digital assets; the set of tradable rights includes at least one of a right to earning, a right to ownership, and a right to dispose;
the selection unit is configured to select at least one tradeable right from a tradeable right set corresponding to a given asset according to the type of the given asset; the selection unit includes: a first determination unit configured to determine a number of items of tradable rights for trading; a second determining unit configured to determine a share of each tradable right;
a packaging unit configured to form a digital asset package from the tradable right and the asset description document, the ownership declaration document, the digital carrier of the asset;
a hash calculation unit configured to give a unique code to the digital asset package, and generate a hash value of the digital asset package including the unique code;
an information receiving and sending unit configured to distribute the digital resource packet to a blockchain network through the hash value and receive blockchain information fed back by the blockchain network;
a recording unit configured to record the tile information.
6. A digital asset data package generation apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the digital carrier of said asset is an entity data package of a digital asset or an address link storing said entity data package;
the device further comprises:
an acquisition unit configured to acquire an entity data amount of an entity data packet of a digital asset;
a comparison unit configured to compare the entity data amount with a first threshold;
the packing unit is further configured to: if the entity data volume is smaller than a first threshold value, forming a digital asset package by the entity data packages of the tradable right, the asset description document, the ownership declaration document and the asset; and if the entity data amount is greater than or equal to a first threshold value, forming a digital asset package by the trading right, the asset description document, the ownership declaration document and the address link for storing the entity data package.
