Optionally, when the first intermediate threshold is a first deviation threshold and the second intermediate threshold is a second deviation threshold, the intermediate compensation duration is a second compensation duration;
when the first intermediate threshold is a second deviation threshold and the second intermediate threshold is a third deviation threshold, the intermediate compensation duration is a third compensation duration;
when the first intermediate threshold is a third deviation threshold and the second intermediate threshold is a fourth deviation threshold, the intermediate compensation duration is a fourth compensation duration;
the first deviation threshold is smaller than the second deviation threshold, the second deviation threshold is smaller than the third deviation threshold, the third deviation threshold is smaller than the fourth deviation threshold, the first compensation duration is smaller than the second compensation duration, the second compensation duration is smaller than the third compensation duration, and the third compensation duration is smaller than the fourth compensation duration.
The oil return time is controlled according to different frequency difference values by comparing the operating frequency during oil return with the oil return frequency threshold value in real time, wherein the first intermediate threshold value and the second intermediate threshold value have different values and correspond to different operating frequency ranges, and different intermediate compensation time lengths are set when the frequency difference values are in different operating frequency ranges, so that the oil return time length is effectively controlled according to the system frequency operating condition. Meanwhile, according to different values of the first intermediate threshold and the second intermediate threshold, low-frequency operation, intermediate-frequency operation and high-frequency operation ranges are divided, the time length of the frequency difference value falling into different ranges corresponding to different intermediate compensation is long, the larger the frequency difference value is, the longer the oil return time is, the better oil return effect can be achieved while the high-pressure protection of the system is avoided, the service life of the compressor is prolonged, and the refrigerating and heating effects of the air conditioner are improved.
The first deviation threshold is preferably 5HZ, the first compensation period is preferably 30s, the second deviation threshold is preferably 10HZ, the second compensation period is preferably 60s, the third deviation threshold is preferably 15HZ, the third compensation period is preferably 90s, the fourth deviation threshold is preferably 20HZ, and the fourth compensation period is preferably 120 s. Therefore, according to the principle that the larger the frequency difference value is, the longer the oil return time is, different reasonable deviation threshold values and compensation time lengths are set in different difference value ranges, and the effectiveness of system oil return operation is guaranteed.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the oil return frequency threshold is 50HZ, the preset oil return time period is 1min, the first deviation threshold is 5HZ, the first compensation time period is 30s, the second deviation threshold is 10HZ, the second compensation time period is 60s, the third deviation threshold is 15HZ, the third compensation time period is 90s, the fourth deviation threshold is 20HZ, and the fourth compensation time period is 120s, where:
when the operation frequency during oil return is greater than or equal to an oil return frequency threshold (50HZ), the oil return time length is a preset oil return time length (1 min);
when the operation frequency during oil return is smaller than the oil return frequency threshold (50HZ), controlling the oil return duration of the air conditioner according to the difference between the operation frequency during oil return and the oil return frequency threshold (50HZ), namely the frequency difference, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the frequency difference is smaller than a first deviation threshold (5HZ), the oil return time length is the sum of the preset oil return time length (1min) and the first compensation time length (30s), namely 90 s;
when the frequency difference value is between the first deviation threshold value (5HZ) and the second deviation threshold value (10HZ), the oil return time length is the sum of the preset oil return time length (1min) and the second compensation time length (60s), namely 120 s;
when the frequency difference value is between the second deviation threshold value (10HZ) and the third deviation threshold value (15HZ), the oil return time length is the sum of the preset oil return time length (1min) and the third compensation time length (90s), namely 150 s;
when the frequency difference is between the third deviation threshold (15HZ) and the fourth deviation threshold (20HZ), the oil return time period is the sum of the preset oil return time period (1min) and the fourth compensation time period (120s), namely 180 s.
By way of a specific numerical example, when the operating frequency during oil return is 32HZ, the oil return control method is as follows:
when the air conditioner is detected to enter the oil return running state to run, obtaining the running frequency (32HZ) during oil return;
judging the condition that the operation frequency (32HZ) during oil return is smaller than the oil return frequency threshold (50HZ) according to the operation frequency (32HZ) during oil return and the oil return frequency threshold (50HZ), and controlling the oil return time length of the air conditioner according to the difference between the operation frequency (32HZ) during oil return and the oil return frequency threshold (50HZ), namely the frequency difference;
at this time, the difference between the operating frequency (32HZ) and the oil return frequency threshold (50HZ) during oil return is 18HZ, that is, the frequency difference is 18HZ, and is between the third deviation threshold (15HZ) and the fourth deviation threshold (20HZ), so that the oil return time length is the sum of the preset oil return time length (1min) and the fourth compensation time length (120s), that is, 180 s.
By way of another specific numerical example, when the operation frequency during oil return is 42HZ, the oil return control method is as follows:
when the air conditioner is detected to enter the oil return running state to run, obtaining the running frequency (42HZ) during oil return;
judging the condition that the operation frequency (42HZ) during oil return is smaller than the oil return frequency threshold (50HZ) according to the operation frequency (42HZ) during oil return and the oil return frequency threshold (50HZ), and controlling the oil return time length of the air conditioner according to the difference between the operation frequency (42HZ) during oil return and the oil return frequency threshold (50HZ), namely the frequency difference;
at this time, the difference between the operation frequency (42HZ) and the oil return frequency threshold (50HZ) during oil return is 8HZ, that is, the frequency difference is 8HZ, and is between the first deviation threshold (5HZ) and the second deviation threshold (10HZ), so that the oil return time length is the sum of the preset oil return time length (1min) and the first compensation time length (30s), that is, 90 s.
According to the oil return control method provided by the invention, the condition of running oil return of the air conditioner is judged by utilizing the running frequency during oil return and the preset oil return frequency threshold, so that the running time of the oil return running state is effectively controlled, the normal recovery of engine oil of a compressor is ensured, the air conditioner can timely exit the oil return running state, the excessive pressure of a system is avoided, the effective running of the air conditioner is promoted, and the use of a user is facilitated.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an oil return control device 400 according to an embodiment of the present invention, including a detecting unit 401, an obtaining unit 402, and a control unit 403, where:
a detection unit 401 for detecting whether the air conditioner enters an oil return operation state, wherein in the oil return operation state, the air conditioner operates in a cooling mode or a heating mode, and returns the accumulated lubricating oil to the compressor;
an obtaining unit 402, configured to obtain an operation frequency of the air conditioner during oil return if the air conditioner enters an oil return operation state;
the control unit 403 is configured to control an oil return time length of the air conditioner according to the operation frequency during oil return and a preset oil return frequency threshold, where the oil return time length is an operation time length of the air conditioner in an oil return operation state.
According to the oil return control device provided by the invention, the condition of running oil return of the air conditioner is judged by utilizing the running frequency during oil return and the preset oil return frequency threshold value, so that the running time of the oil return running state is effectively controlled, the normal recovery of engine oil of a compressor is ensured, the air conditioner can timely exit the oil return running state, the excessive system pressure is avoided, the effective running of the air conditioner is promoted, and the use of a user is facilitated.
In another embodiment of the present invention, an air conditioner includes a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program and a processor, and when the computer program is read by the processor and executed, the oil return control method is implemented, and the condition of the air conditioner that the air conditioner operates to return oil is determined by using the operating frequency during oil return and a preset oil return frequency threshold, so as to effectively control the operation duration of the oil return operation state, thereby ensuring normal recovery of engine oil of the compressor, ensuring that the air conditioner can timely exit from the oil return operation state, avoiding excessive system pressure, promoting the air conditioner to maintain effective operation, and facilitating use of a user.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, and when the computer program is read and executed by a processor, the oil return control method as described above is implemented, and the operating frequency during oil return and a preset oil return frequency threshold are used to determine the condition of oil return during operation of the air conditioner, so as to effectively control the operation duration of the oil return operation state, thereby ensuring normal recovery of engine oil from the compressor, ensuring that the air conditioner can exit the oil return operation state in time, avoiding an excessive system pressure, promoting the air conditioner to maintain effective operation, and facilitating use of a user.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. An oil return control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
detecting whether the air conditioner enters an oil return operation state, wherein in the oil return operation state, the air conditioner operates in a cooling mode or a heating mode, and accumulated lubricating oil is returned to the compressor;
if the air conditioner enters the oil return running state, the running frequency of the air conditioner during oil return is obtained;
and controlling the oil return time of the air conditioner according to the running frequency during oil return and a preset oil return frequency threshold value, wherein the oil return time is the running time of the air conditioner in the oil return running state.
2. The oil return control method of claim 1, wherein the detecting whether the air conditioner enters the oil return operation state comprises:
and if the air conditioner runs at the low-frequency within the preset detection duration, the air conditioner enters the oil return running state, wherein the low-frequency is smaller than the preset oil return frequency.
3. The oil return control method according to claim 1, wherein the controlling an oil return time period of the air conditioner according to the operation frequency during oil return and a preset oil return frequency threshold value comprises:
and if the running frequency during oil return is greater than or equal to the oil return frequency threshold, the oil return time is preset oil return time.
4. The oil return control method according to claim 1, wherein the controlling an oil return time period of the air conditioner according to the operation frequency during oil return and a preset oil return frequency threshold value comprises:
and if the running frequency during oil return is less than the oil return frequency threshold, controlling the oil return time length of the air conditioner according to a frequency difference value, wherein the frequency difference value is the difference between the running frequency during oil return and the oil return frequency threshold.
5. The oil return control method according to claim 4, wherein the controlling the oil return time period of the air conditioner according to the frequency difference includes:
and if the frequency difference is smaller than a first deviation threshold, the oil return time length is the sum of a preset oil return time length and a first compensation time length.
6. The oil return control method according to claim 5, wherein the controlling the oil return time period of the air conditioner according to the frequency difference includes:
if the frequency difference value is between a first intermediate threshold and a second intermediate threshold, the oil return duration is the sum of the preset oil return duration and the intermediate compensation duration, wherein the first intermediate threshold is smaller than the second intermediate threshold, the first intermediate threshold is larger than or equal to the first deviation threshold, and the first compensation duration is smaller than the intermediate compensation duration.
7. The oil return control method of claim 6, wherein when the first intermediate threshold is the first deviation threshold and the second intermediate threshold is a second deviation threshold, the intermediate compensation duration is a second compensation duration;
when the first intermediate threshold is the second deviation threshold and the second intermediate threshold is a third deviation threshold, the intermediate compensation duration is a third compensation duration;
when the first intermediate threshold is the third deviation threshold and the second intermediate threshold is a fourth deviation threshold, the intermediate compensation duration is a fourth compensation duration;
wherein the first deviation threshold is smaller than the second deviation threshold, the second deviation threshold is smaller than the third deviation threshold, the third deviation threshold is smaller than the fourth deviation threshold, the first compensation duration is smaller than the second compensation duration, the second compensation duration is smaller than the third compensation duration, and the third compensation duration is smaller than the fourth compensation duration.
8. An oil return control device, characterized by comprising:
the air conditioner comprises a detection unit, a control unit and a control unit, wherein the detection unit is used for detecting whether the air conditioner enters an oil return operation state or not, wherein in the oil return operation state, the air conditioner operates in a cooling mode or a heating mode, and accumulated lubricating oil is returned to a compressor;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the operating frequency of the air conditioner during oil return if the air conditioner enters the oil return operating state;
and the control unit is used for controlling the oil return time of the air conditioner according to the running frequency during oil return and a preset oil return frequency threshold value, wherein the oil return time is the running time of the air conditioner in the oil return running state.
9. An air conditioner comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program and a processor, wherein the computer program is read by the processor and executed to implement the oil return control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program which, when read and executed by a processor, implements the oil return control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
