arranging a second sealing assembly at the second end of the cylinder assembly and connecting the second sealing assembly with the second end of the energy storage assembly;
disposing a light emitting assembly on an outer surface of the barrel assembly;
arranging a protective component on the outer surface of the barrel component and completely covering the light-emitting component;
arranging a control assembly on the outer surface of the second sealing assembly through the protection assembly, and respectively connecting the control assembly with the energy storage assembly and the light-emitting assembly;
and arranging a light-transmitting component on the outer surface of the protection component and corresponding to the light-emitting component.
