Abstract

本发明的名称为往复运动单向旋转装置拔转器,涉及机械领域往复运动旋转装置,利用机械振动、机动车、飞机、火车、轮船和海水波浪振动往复运动进行旋转,解决往复运动变为朝着一个方向旋转产生动力新型技术。主要技术方案是在一个轴上安装1个单向旋转装置,在单向旋转装置外围安装齿轮,用齿条连接振动源并对齿轮做往复运动,齿条拔动单向旋转装置带动轴旋转。在一个轴安装多组,形成合力。在同一个轴上安装2组,另1组在齿轮相反方向连接同一振动源并对齿轮做往复运动皆可用能,使轴朝着一个方向不断的转动。主要用途是在机械振动、机动车、飞机、火车运行和轮船利用海水波浪振动,介质之间存在周期性变化的驱动力做功,利用机械振动发电。

往复运动单向旋转装置拔转器
1、技术领域:本发明涉及机械领域一种往复运动旋转装置,特别是利用机械振动进行的旋转的装置。
2、背景技术:由于绝大多数能源都是不可再生的,石油的枯竭和能源危机,造成世界动荡不安,寻找新能源已成为当前和未来的发展趋势。能源的需求量越来越大,因此,需要寻找新的能源。在机械振动、机动车、飞机、火车运行和轮船利用海水的波浪振动是没有完全开发的新能源,振动是波动,是振动这种运动形式在传播,介质之间存在周期性变化的驱动力,驱动力会做功,做功的结果是能量在传播。振动当然是一种能量,振动有巨大的能量!人们把振动作为一种污染公害。它和噪声一样属于物理性污染,具有暂时性。振动是一种很普遍的运动形式,几乎任何物体都在振动,几乎任何物体又离不开振动,但是振动能没有充分的应用,某些机械运动能量被振动消耗或者产生振动污染公害。本发明涉及机械领域一种往复运动旋转装置,就是充分利用振动进行旋转的装置。利用振动形式的机械往复运动,带动发电机运动或者产生动力。
3、发明内容:用螺丝固定支架在一个轴上安装1个单向旋转装置,在单向旋转装置外围安装齿轮,用齿条连接振动源并对齿轮做往复运动,齿条拔动单向旋转装置带动轴旋转,使轴朝着一个方向不断的转动。在一个轴安装多组,形成合力。在同一个轴上安装2组,在另1组齿轮相反方向也用齿条连接同一振动源并对齿轮做往复运动,当往复运动时1组单向旋转装置空转,另1组单向旋转装置带动轴转,往复运动总有1组单向旋转装置带动轴旋转,往复运动皆可用能,使轴朝着一个方向不断的转动,不受振动幅度的影响,可以加长齿条(链条)的长度、利用杠杆原理调节振动幅度。
4、附图说明:图1为往复运动单向旋转装置拔转器的正面、俯视图,由①轴、②单向旋转装置、③齿轮、④齿条、⑤振动源、⑥螺丝、⑦支架组成。用齿条连接振动源并对齿轮做往复运动,齿条拔动单向旋转装置带动轴旋转,使轴朝着一个方向不断的转动。
5、具体实施方式:利用机械振动、机动车、飞机、火车运行和轮船利用海水的波浪振动往复运动进行旋转,不受振动幅度的影响,可以加长齿条(链条)的长度、利用杠杆原理调节振动幅度,带动发电机转动或者产生动力。本发明涉及机械领域一种往复运动旋转装置,简单易行,因此能量的利用率高,便于推广使用。

Claims (5)

1.在一个轴上安装1个单向旋转装置,在单向旋转装置外围安装齿轮技术。
2.用齿条连接振动源并对齿轮做往复运动,齿条拔动单向旋转装置带动轴旋转,使轴朝着一个方向不断的转动技术。
3.在一个轴安装多组,形成合力技术。
4.在同一个轴上安装2组,在另1组齿轮相反方向用齿条连接同一振动源并对齿轮做往复运动,当往复运动时1组单向旋转装置空转,另1组单向旋转装置带动轴转,往复运动总有1组单向旋转装置带动轴旋转,往复运动皆可用能,使轴朝着一个方向不断的转动的转动技术。
5.不受振动幅度的影响,可以加长齿条的长度、利用杠杆原理调节振动幅度技术。
