the edge contour of the first through hole is oval, and when the first through hole is contacted with the outer wall of the oil suction pipe, the projection of the edge contour of the first through hole is circular along the axial visual angle of the oil suction pipe;
when the elastic sheet mechanism is not in contact with the pump body and the oil suction pipe and is not subjected to other external forces except gravity, the elastic sheet mechanism only comprises a first elastic sheet, a second elastic sheet and a bolt which are assembled with each other, and the axis of the bolt is parallel to the axis of the jack, the included angle between the tilting section and the plane of the port of the jack is larger than the included angle between the tilting section and the plane of the port of the jack when the elastic sheet mechanism is in contact with the pump body and the oil suction pipe; meanwhile, the plane of the second elastic sheet and the plane of the jack port form an included angle, and the vertical distance between the part of the second elastic sheet and the plane of the jack port is gradually reduced along the direction departing from the bolt;
the edge contour of the second through hole is circular, the axis of the second through hole is coincident with the axis of the jack, and the inner diameter of the second through hole is smaller than that of the jack port;
when the first through hole is contacted with the outer wall of the oil suction pipe, the included angle between the tilting section and the second elastic sheet ranges from 15 degrees to 21 degrees;
the jack is sequentially provided with a first hole section, a second hole section and a third hole section with gradually increased inner diameters from the bottom of the jack to the direction of a port, the respective axes of the first hole section, the second hole section and the third hole section are overlapped, a second step surface is arranged at the junction of the first hole section and the second hole section, a first step surface is arranged at the junction of the second hole section and the third hole section, and the clamping ring and the O-shaped ring are respectively contacted with the first step surface and the second step surface;
