Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of inflators, in particular to an inflator pump with a wireless charging function; the inflatable mechanical device comprises a shell and an inflatable machine core arranged in the shell; the shell is also internally provided with a main control unit, a wireless charging unit for wirelessly charging external equipment and a power supply part for supplying power to the inflator pump with the wireless charging function; the power supply part, the wireless charging unit and the inflating machine core are electrically connected with the main control unit. According to the invention, by adding the wireless charging unit, a user can use the inflator pump as a power supply device for supplying power to external devices such as a mobile phone and the like, the inflator pump is placed in a vehicle to charge the mobile phone, when the user needs to inflate an automobile tire, the inflator pump can be used as the inflator pump at once, and the functions of the inflator pump are enriched.

Background
The existing portable inflator pump comprises an inflator pump main body, wherein the inflator pump main body comprises a shell, an inflation machine core fixed inside the shell, a power line connected with an external power supply and other components. The prior art has two types of air pumps, one type of air pump can be used only when an external power supply is available, the volume of the air pump is small, but most of family scenes do not have a proper external power supply for the air pump, so the air pump is very inconvenient to use; in another type of inflator, a storage battery is arranged in a shell, but the battery of the inflator can only be used when the inflator inflates, the function of the inflator is very single, and the inflator has no wireless charging function, cannot be charged at any time, and is not frequently used by users.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide the inflator pump with the wireless charging function, and by adding the wireless charging unit, a user can use the inflator pump as charging equipment of portable wireless charging equipment of electronic equipment commonly used in life of people, such as mobile phones, wireless wearing and the like. On the one hand, the pump provides extra wireless function of charging for the user can charge in scenes such as field very conveniently, promotes user experience greatly, and on the other hand has wireless function of charging after concurrently, can solve the problem that the battery that causes because of the user uses the battery of pump does not have the electricity very often when the pump is used to the pump, avoids the user to have the condition that the battery does not have the electricity can't be used when urgently needing to use the pump. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following specific scheme: an inflator pump with a wireless charging function comprises a shell and an inflator core arranged in the shell; the shell is also internally provided with a main control unit, a wireless charging unit for wirelessly charging external equipment and a power supply part for supplying power to the inflator pump with the wireless charging function; the power supply part, the wireless charging unit and the inflating machine core are in communication connection with the main control unit.
The invention is further configured that the wireless charging unit comprises a wireless charging driving unit and a wireless charging coil; the main control unit is electrically connected with the wireless charging coil through a wireless charging driving unit.
The invention is further configured that the wireless charging coil comprises a magnetic substrate and a transmitting coil arranged on the magnetic substrate; the transmitting coil is installed inside the housing by passing through the magnetic base.
The invention is further provided that the power supply part comprises a storage battery, an input interface, an output interface and a charging and discharging management unit; the input interface and the output interface are respectively in communication connection with the main control unit through the charge and discharge management unit; the input interface and the output interface are respectively in communication connection with the storage battery through the charging and discharging management unit.
The invention is further provided that the housing comprises an upper shell and a lower shell; the upper shell is detachably connected with the lower shell.
The invention is further arranged that the inflating machine core is provided with an air outlet which is used for being connected with an external inflating pipe; and the shell is provided with an air outlet for accommodating the air outlet.
The invention is further set up in that the output interface is a USB interface or a power interface; the input interface is a type-C interface or a micro interface.
The invention is further provided that the inflatable movement is also provided with a heat dissipation component.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: by adding the wireless charging unit, the invention provides a wireless charging function for users and simultaneously provides another way for charging and discharging the internal storage battery, thereby improving the use frequency of the users and being incapable of using the storage battery due to power failure when the storage battery is charged and is in urgent need. The storage battery can solve the inconvenience of wired connection of external power supply, and the problem that a user of a conventional battery product is easy to forget to use the storage battery when charging is needed is further solved with wireless charging. The function of aerifing can only be realized to the pump before, can not charge for user's electronic equipment very conveniently moreover, through setting up wireless charging unit, can realize the function that wireless mode of charging charges for electronic equipment, adopts wireless mode of charging, need not to look for the charging wire of specific head that charges just can charge, and it is quick and convenient to charge. When the inflator pump is used outdoors, the inflator pump can be used for inflating inflatable products (such as a rubber dinghy, an automobile tire or a swimming ring) and charging electronic products (such as a mobile phone and an electronic watch) in a wired/wireless mode, and the inflator pump is used for ejecting three products, so that the use frequency of a user is high, and the use experience is good.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the inflator pump with wireless charging function according to this embodiment includes a housing and an inflator core 2 disposed in the housing; the shell is also internally provided with a main control unit 6, a wireless charging unit for wirelessly charging external equipment and a power supply part for supplying power to the inflator pump with the wireless charging function; the power supply part, the wireless charging unit and the inflating machine core 2 are in communication connection with the main control unit 6.
Specifically, the inflating machine core 2 can be a common inflating machine core 2 or an inflating pump in the market, the structure of the inflating machine core is not limited, and the inflating machine core can be used for inflating products such as external tires and rubber boats. The shell is provided with an air inlet (not shown in the figure) for the air inlet of the inflating machine core 2. The main control unit 6 can be a micro control unit such as a single chip microcomputer and a peripheral driving circuit thereof, and is used for receiving, transmitting and processing data and driving the inflating machine core 2 to work.
In actual use, except that part of customers often use the air pumps, the use frequency of the air pumps of most of customers is not high, and once the storage batteries in the air pumps are not used for a long time, the electricity shortage condition occurs, so that when the customers urgently need to use the air pumps, the customers can find that the electric quantity of the air pumps is insufficient, and the condition of poor air inflation effect or even incapability of use occurs; in addition, when the battery is not used for a long time, the activity of chemicals in the battery is reduced, and the service life of the battery is seriously influenced. Through increasing wireless charging unit, then the user can regard the pump as the power supply unit of external equipment power supplies such as cell-phone, places in the car and charges for the cell-phone, improves user's frequency of use, when the user regard the pump as the cell-phone microscope carrier, when carrying out wireless device and charging, can in time charge and discharge for the battery, when avoiding need using as the air pump, the battery does not have the electricity. When a user needs to inflate the automobile tires, the automobile tire inflation pump can be used as an inflation pump at once, and the functions of the inflation pump are enriched.

Similar to the power bank with the wireless charging function, the wireless charging driving unit can be a common voltage boosting and reducing module for wireless charging of the electronic product for the wireless power bank; when the inflator wirelessly charges the external electronic device, the main control unit 6 sends a wireless charging starting signal to the wireless charging driving unit, and the wireless charging driving unit drives the wireless charging coil to emit energy outwards to charge the external electronic device; when the external device wirelessly charges the storage battery 31 in the inflator, the wireless charging coil converts the received wireless electromagnetic signal into an electric signal, and the electric signal needs to be converted into a feedback signal which can be identified by the main control unit 6 through the wireless charging driving unit, and charges the storage battery 31.
As shown in fig. 1-3, in the inflator pump with a wireless charging function according to the embodiment, the wireless charging coil includes a magnetic substrate 41 and a transmitting coil 42 disposed on the magnetic substrate 41; the transmitting coil 42 is mounted inside the housing by passing through the magnetic base.
The magnetic matrix is used for coupling with the transmitter coil 42.
As shown in fig. 1-3, in the inflator with a wireless charging function according to the embodiment, the power supply component includes a storage battery 31, an input interface 32, an output interface 33, and a charging and discharging management unit; the input interface 32 and the output interface 33 are respectively in communication connection with the main control unit 6 through the charge and discharge management unit; the input interface 32 and the output interface 33 are respectively connected to the battery 31 through the charge/discharge management unit.
The battery 31 can be charged by providing the input interface 32 and the charge/discharge management means. By arranging the output interface 33, a user can freely select a wired charging mode or a wireless charging mode, and the wired charging mode is very necessary for some electronic products without a wireless charging function. Specifically, the charge and discharge management unit may be a charge and discharge management unit used in a common charger with a wireless charging function, and may be configured to charge the storage battery 31 in a wired manner and perform a function of charging and discharging the storage battery simultaneously.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the inflator with wireless charging function according to the present embodiment, the housing includes an upper shell 11 and a lower shell 12; the upper case 11 is detachably coupled to the lower case 12.
The upper shell 11 and the lower shell 12 can be detachably connected in a screw and screw thread connection mode, or can be detachably connected in a clamping mode of a clamping block and a clamping groove; by making the upper case 11 and the lower case 12 detachably connected, the assembly in the early stage and the maintenance in the later stage can be facilitated.
As shown in fig. 1-3, in the inflator pump with a wireless charging function according to the present embodiment, an air outlet 51 for connecting with an external inflation tube is disposed on the inflator core 2; the housing is provided with an air outlet 52 for accommodating the air outlet 51.
The motor is arranged in the inflating machine core 2, when the motor runs, external air is pumped, the air enters the air cylinder in the inflating machine core 2 and reaches the external inflating tube through the air outlet 51, and then the air is inflated into the tire through the inflating street on the inflating tube, so that the air enters the tire.
As shown in fig. 1-3, in the inflator with wireless charging function according to this embodiment, the output interface 32 is a USB interface or a power interface; the input interface 33 is a type-C interface or a micro interface. The interface has strong universality and high compatibility.
In the inflator pump with the wireless charging function according to this embodiment, the inflator core 2 is further provided with a heat dissipation component (not shown in the figure).
The inflator pump core is provided with a heat dissipation part, so that heat dissipation of the wireless charging unit can be realized while the inflator pump is cooled.

the input interface (32) and the output interface (33) are respectively in communication connection with the main control unit (6) through the charging and discharging management unit;
the input interface (32) and the output interface (33) are respectively connected with the storage battery (31) through the charge and discharge management unit in a communication mode.
5. The inflator pump with the wireless charging function according to claim 1, wherein: the shell comprises an upper shell (11) and a lower shell (12); the upper shell (11) is detachably connected with the lower shell (12).

the shell is provided with an air outlet hole (52) used for accommodating the air outlet (51).
