The process is reversible and can be repeated. The molecular chains of the resin in the thermoplastic plastic are all in a linear or branched structure, no chemical bonds are generated among the molecular chains, and the process of softening, flowing and hardening is physical change when being heated and cooled.
In a preferred embodiment, the thermoplastic polymer material of the present invention is a polyolefin material.
In a more preferred embodiment, the thermoplastic polymer material of the present invention is commercially available, including but not limited to degussa, with a trade mark selected from one or more of the amorphous polyolefin vetoproast 308, the amorphous polyolefin vetoproast 408, the amorphous polyolefin vetoproast 508, the amorphous polyolefin vetoproast 608, and the amorphous polyolefin vetoproast 828.
In a most preferred embodiment, the thermoplastic polymer material of the present invention is the amorphous polyolefin VESTOPLAST 828.
Tackifier
The tackifier is used for being added into polyolefin materials, and wetting and bonding surfaces through surface diffusion or internal diffusion, so that the bonding force between materials is increased.
In a preferred embodiment, the tackifier of the present invention is selected from one or more of rosin resin, C5 hydrogenated petroleum resin, C9 petroleum resin, terpene resin.
Petroleum resins are thermoplastic polymers obtained by polymerizing by-products generated in olefin production in the petroleum industry under the action of a catalyst, are tackifying resins with the largest application amount in the hot melt adhesive industry at present, and can be divided into three main categories: aliphatic hydrocarbon petroleum resin (C5) and its hydrogenated derivative (HC5), aromatic hydrocarbon petroleum resin (C9) and its hydrogenated derivative (HC9), and copolymerized petroleum resin (C5-C9) and its hydrogenated derivative (HC 5-C9).
In a preferred embodiment, the tackifier of the present invention is C5 hydrogenated petroleum resin.
The aliphatic petroleum resin (C5) is a fraction with a boiling point in the range of 30-70 ℃ in the petroleum cracking process, has higher yield and wider application compared with C9 petroleum resin, has a softening point temperature of 60-150 ℃, a relative density of about 1.00 and is a yellow-brown solid at room temperature. The C5 resin has higher thermal stability, corrosion resistance and tackifying property, the compatibility is better than natural tackifying resins such as C9 petroleum resin, rosin, terpene and the like, and the HC5 resin obtained by hydrotreating has lower unsaturated double bond content, increased melt viscosity, enhanced oxidation stability and greatly improved compatibility with polymers such as styrene, ethylene-vinyl acetate, rubber and the like compared with the C5 resin.

The wax is an indispensable modification auxiliary agent for the hot melt adhesive formula, can reduce the melt viscosity of the hot melt adhesive and improve the melt viscosity
The wettability of the hot melt adhesive is improved, so that the bonding strength is improved, meanwhile, the introduction of the wax can improve the thermal property, the hardness and the mechanical property of the hot melt adhesive, and the mass ratio of the wax in the formula of the hot melt adhesive is generally not more than 25%. Although many types of waxes are available, not all waxes are suitable for the field of hot melt adhesives, and esters and unsaturated bonds existing in animal and vegetable waxes affect the aging resistance and the thermal stability of the hot melt adhesives.
In a more preferred embodiment, the viscosity modifier of the present invention is a polyethylene wax.
The polyethylene wax is also called high molecular wax. It is widely used because of its excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance. In normal production, this wax can be added directly to the polyolefin process as an additive, which can increase the gloss and processability of the product.
The polyethylene wax has stable chemical property and good electrical property. The polyethylene wax has good compatibility with polyolefin materials. Polyethylene wax has a stronger internal lubricating effect than other external lubricants.
