Full-degradable pot wiper structure and process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical product processes, in particular to a fully-degradable pot wiper structure and a process thereof.
Background
At present, most of pot brushes sold in supermarkets are sponges or steel wire balls, and the sponges are organic compounds and can pollute the environment after being discarded; the wire balls can scratch the surfaces of pots and other utensils.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present inventors have conducted intensive studies and have provided a fully degradable pan scrubber structure and a process thereof, thereby completing the present invention.
A fully degradable pot brush structure and a process thereof, which is characterized in that,
step (1) pretreatment: steaming and sterilizing the fiber plant, and pre-screening the fiber plant by a finishing machine to obtain the fiber plant with the length of 5-15 cm;
adding 3-5 percent of antibacterial agent into the fiber plants in the step (2);
and (3): heating and melting fiber plants by microwave;
and (4) strengthening treatment: uniformly adding white carbon black into the fiber plant liquid;
softening treatment in step (5): heating 3-5 percent of food grade wax into the fiber plant liquid;
step (6), airing treatment: pouring the fiber plant liquid onto a flat plate, wherein the thickness of the fiber plant liquid is 2-4 mm;
and (7) cutting treatment: cutting the dried fibrous plant liquid into strips of 2-10 mm;
and (8): weaving into a net structure by a weaving machine:
wherein, the step (4) heats the fiber plant to 200-350 degrees.
Wherein, the white carbon black is used for increasing the strength and hardness of the pot brush and the friction force.
Wherein the airing time in the step (6) is 2-10 s.
Wherein, the fiber plant with the reticular structure is rolled into a circular pan wiper.
Wherein, the fiber plant is added with one of PLA, PBS and PBAT, or two of the two are combined, or the three are combined together.
Through the fully-degradable pot wiper structure and the process thereof, the following technical effects can be achieved:
the pot wiper produced by the formula process not only can not cause environmental pollution after being discarded, but also can not cause scratches on ceramic appliances and non-stick pots.
Detailed Description
It should be noted that the terms "first", "second", and the like are used to define the components, and are only used for convenience of distinguishing the corresponding components, and the terms have no special meanings unless otherwise stated, and therefore, the scope of the present invention should not be construed as being limited.
The full degradation pot scrubber structure and the process thereof according to the invention are characterized in that,
step (1) pretreatment: steaming and sterilizing the fiber plant, and pre-screening the fiber plant by a finishing machine to obtain the fiber plant with the length of 5-15 cm;
adding 3-5 percent of antibacterial agent into the fiber plants in the step (2);

and (7) cutting treatment: cutting the dried fibrous plant liquid into strips of 2-10 mm;
and (8): weaving into a net structure by a weaving machine:
in a preferred embodiment, the step (4) heats the fiber plant to 200-350 ℃.
In a preferred embodiment, the white carbon black is used for increasing the strength and hardness of the pan brush, and the friction force.
In a preferred embodiment, the airing time in the step (6) is 2 to 10 seconds.
In a preferred embodiment, the fiber plant with the net-shaped structure is rolled into a circular-ring-shaped pot brush.
Wherein, the fiber plant is added with one of PLA, PBS and PBAT, or two of the two are combined, or the three are combined together.
Preferably, the content of the three components is 5-10%, 5-10% and 5-10% respectively.
Preferably, the content of the two combinations is 5-10%, 5-10%.
Preferably, one of them is present in an amount of 5 to 10%.
PLA is a novel biodegradable material, is prepared by using a starch raw material provided by a renewable plant resource (such as corn), is prepared into lactic acid through a fermentation process, is converted into polylactic acid through chemical synthesis, has good biodegradability, can be completely degraded by microorganisms in the nature after being used, finally generates carbon dioxide and water, does not pollute the environment, is very beneficial to protecting the environment, and is a well-known environment-friendly material.
PLA has excellent biodegradability, can be completely degraded by microorganisms in soil in two years after being discarded to generate CO2 and H20, and does not pollute the environment. Meanwhile, polylactic acid (PLA) has good machining performance and can be used for synthesizing most of plastics.
PBS is a novel biodegradable environment-friendly material.
In the field of high polymer materials, PBS is a chemically synthesized biodegradable material, and is called poly (butylene succinate) in Chinese. The materials belonging to the same class include polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), Polycaprolactone (PCL) and the like.
Can be used for manufacturing a degradable plastic product, comprising: compost bags, garbage bags, shopping bags, electronic packaging bags, mulching films, catering utensils, golf tee nails, foaming materials and the like.
PBAT belongs to thermoplastic biodegradable plastic, is a copolymer of butanediol adipate and butanediol terephthalate, has the characteristics of PBA and PBT, and has better ductility and elongation at break as well as better heat resistance and impact property; in addition, the biodegradable plastic has excellent biodegradability, and is one of the best degradable materials for active research and market application of biodegradable plastics.
The fully-degradable pot wiper is formed by a strip body which is made of fiber plants and has the thickness of 2-4mm and the width of 2-10mm, fiber materials of the strip body are woven in the process of continuous overturning, so that more vertical surfaces are guaranteed to be added to be in contact with a cleaned object, the cleaning and decontamination effects are improved, and the preferred mesh pot wiper is folded into a circular ring shape.
