Claims (5)

1. The PC/ABS alloy material for the antiviral vehicle-mounted entertainment panel is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 57-74 parts of PC resin, 20-30 parts of ABS resin, 5-10 parts of UHMWPE, 0.4-0.8 part of antiviral agent, 1-3 parts of compatilizer, 0.1-0.3 part of lubricant and 0.1-0.3 part of antioxidant; the compatilizer is at least one of polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride and polyethylene grafted glycidyl methacrylate; the antiviral agent is at least one of a silver ion antibacterial agent, a zinc ion antibacterial agent and nano zinc oxide;
the weight average molecular weight of the UHMWPE is not less than 300 ten thousand g/mol;
the PC resin is bisphenol A polycarbonate, and the weight average molecular weight of the PC resin is 17000-35000 g/mol;
the ABS resin is a graft copolymer consisting of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene; the weight average molecular weight of the ABS resin is 200000-800000 g/mol;
the silver ion antibacterial agent is at least one of a glass carrier silver ion antibacterial agent and a zirconium phosphate carrier silver ion antibacterial agent; the zinc ion antibacterial agent is at least one of a glass carrier zinc ion antibacterial agent and a zirconium phosphate carrier zinc ion antibacterial agent.
2. The antiviral PC/ABS alloy material for vehicle entertainment panels as claimed in claim 1, wherein said lubricant is a stearate-based lubricant.
3. The antiviral PC/ABS alloy material for vehicle-mounted entertainment panels as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is a combination of hindered phenol antioxidant and phosphite antioxidant.
4. A preparation method of the antiviral PC/ABS alloy material for the vehicle-mounted entertainment panel as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
adding the components into a high-speed mixer, mixing for 3-5 minutes to obtain a mixture, adding the mixture into a co-rotating double-screw extruder, and performing melt extrusion, granulation, drying, cooling and packaging to obtain the antiviral vehicle-mounted entertainment panel PC/ABS alloy material; wherein the rotating speed of the high-speed mixer is 500-700 r/min, and the temperature of the double-screw extruder is 240 ℃, 260 ℃, 270 ℃, 275 ℃, 270 ℃ and 270 ℃ from the feeding section to the machine head in sequence.
5. The process for preparing the PC/ABS alloy material for antiviral vehicle-mounted entertainment panels as claimed in claim 4, wherein the double vacuum adsorption is adopted to remove the volatile components, and the vacuum degree is not more than-0.08 MPa.
