Referring to fig. 1 to 6, an embodiment of the present invention provides a packaging bag folding apparatus 10, where the packaging bag folding apparatus 10 includes a worktable 11, a first fold positioning member 12, a fold forming member 13, and a folding member 14; the first fold location member 12, the fold forming member 13 and the folding member 14 are all movably connected to the table 11. The table 11 has a working face 1101; a first passage 1102 is arranged on the workbench 11, and the first folding positioning piece 12 can move to be close to the first passage 1102 and abut against the packaging bag on the working face 1101; the crease former 13 is movable through the first passage 1102 for lifting one end of the package to form a crease; the fold forming member 13 is provided with a second passage 1301, and the folding member 14 can move to pass through the second passage 1301 for achieving folding of the one end of the packing bag to be lifted up toward the other end thereof.
The folding efficiency of the packaging bag can be effectively improved through the cooperation of the first crease positioning piece 12, the crease forming piece 13 and the folding piece 14 in the embodiment, and meanwhile, the consistency of the folded packaging bag can also be improved. Specifically, when the bag needs to be folded, the bag is placed on the work surface 1101, and the folded fold position is located on the bag by the first fold locator 12 abutting against the bag adjacent to the first passageway 1102. The crease former 13 then passes through the first passage 1102, lifting one end of the package to form a crease. After the crease is formed, the folding member 14 passes through the second passage 1301, and folds the lifted-up end of the packaging bag toward the other end of the packaging bag. Adopt packing bag folding device 10 in this embodiment can effectively improve the folding efficiency of wrapping bag, can accurately confirm the crease position simultaneously at folding in-process, and then the distance between the one end of accurate control wrapping bag and the crease, can effectively improve the uniformity of wrapping bag after folding like this.
When the package contains a product, the package is divided into an open end and an end containing the product. At this time, by using the packaging bag folding device 10 in this embodiment, the packaging bag is placed at a proper position on the table 11, so that the open end is close to the first passage 1102, and the fold position is positioned at the proper position of the open end of the packaging bag by the first fold positioning member 12; then the open end of the packaging bag is lifted up by the crease forming member 13, and a crease is formed at a suitable position away from the open end; the folding member then passes through the second passageway 1301 to fold the open end of the bag toward the end of the bag containing the product, thereby completing the folding of the open end of the bag. By adopting the packaging bag folding device 10 in the embodiment, the efficiency of folding the opening end of the packaging bag towards the end filled with the product can be effectively improved. Meanwhile, the position of the crease can be accurately determined in the folding process, and then the distance between the opening of the packaging bag and the crease can be accurately controlled, so that the consistency of the folded packaging bag can be effectively improved.
It will be appreciated that, as a specific example, the bag folding device 10 of the present embodiment is used for folding a bag, and in other examples, the folding device of the present embodiment may also be used for folding products such as a packing box, textiles, and the like.
In a specific example, the package folding apparatus 10 further includes a first driving mechanism (i.e., a first folding positioning member driving mechanism 1201 in the figure), and the first driving mechanism is connected to the first folding positioning member 12 for driving the first folding positioning member 12 to move. More specifically, the first driving mechanism drives the first fold locator 12 to move in the first direction.
In one specific example, the package folding apparatus 10 further includes a second driving mechanism (i.e., the first crease forming member driving mechanism 1302 and the second crease forming member driving mechanism 1303), which is connected to the crease forming member 13 for driving the movement of the crease forming member 13. More specifically, the second driving mechanism drives the fold forming member 13 to move in the second direction.
In one particular example, the bag folding apparatus 10 further includes a third drive mechanism (i.e., a first folder drive mechanism 1402 and a second folder drive mechanism 1403), which is coupled to the folder 14 for driving the folder 14. Specifically, movement of the folder 14 in two mutually perpendicular directions is achieved by a folder first drive mechanism 1402 and a folder second drive mechanism 1403. More specifically, the folder first drive mechanism 1402 drives the folder 14 to move in the third direction.
In a preferred embodiment, the first direction is the same as the second direction; the third direction is perpendicular to the second direction. In this case, the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to the working plane 1101, and the third direction is parallel to the working plane 1101. When the packaging bag is placed on the working surface 1101, the first fold positioning member driving mechanism 1201 drives the first fold positioning member 12 to move in a direction perpendicular to the working surface 1101, and the fold position is positioned on the packaging bag by the abutment of the first fold positioning member 12 and the packaging bag. The adjustment directions of the first driving mechanism 1302 and the second driving mechanism 1303 are the same, and the position of the fold forming member 13 is adjusted together, so that the fold is formed in the packaging bag by vertically passing the fold forming member 13 through the first passage 1102 and lifting up one end of the packaging bag. Meanwhile, the first folder driving mechanism 1402 and the second folder driving mechanism 1403 cooperate to adjust the folder 14 to a proper position, and the first folder driving mechanism 1402 drives the folder 14 to pass the folder 14 through the second passage 1301 of the crease forming member 13, thereby folding the lifted end of the packaging bag toward the other end of the packaging bag. This can save the installation space of the bag folding device 10 and facilitate the arrangement of the apparatus. Meanwhile, the folding efficiency of the packing bag folding apparatus 10 can be further improved by relatively single direction adjustment.
Referring further to fig. 2 and 4, the bag folding device 10 further includes a second folding positioning member 16; the second folding positioning element 16 is movably connected to the working table 11, the second folding positioning element 16 can move to be close to the first passage 1102, and the second folding positioning element 16 and the first folding positioning element 12 can move relatively to abut against the first passage 1102. The position of the crease can be more accurately positioned by the abutment of the second crease positioning piece 16 and the first crease positioning piece 12, so that the crease forming piece 13 can accurately form the crease. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the second fold positioning member 16 and the fold forming member 13 are mounted on the same mounting frame and driven by respective corresponding driving mechanisms. Thus, the installation space can be further saved, the positions of the second fold positioning piece 16 and the fold forming piece 13 can be adjusted more conveniently, and the folding efficiency of the packaging bag is improved. Specifically, when the fold is located, the second fold location member 16 in this embodiment extends from the first passage 1102 and abuts against the packaging bag, and at this time, the first fold location member 12 also abuts against the packaging bag, as the first fold location member 12 and the second fold location member 16 hold the packaging bag in the middle, and the fold location on the packaging bag is located by the combined action of the first fold location member 12 and the second fold location member 16, so as to prepare for the fold forming member 13 to form the fold on the packaging bag.
Further, the second folding location member 16 and the first folding location member 12 are respectively located on two opposite sides of the working surface 1101. The second folding positioning member 16 and the first folding positioning member 12 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the working surface 1101, and when a folding needs to be positioned on the packaging bag, the first folding positioning member 12 and the second folding positioning member 16 move towards each other to position the folding on the packaging bag. Further, the first folding positioning element 12 and the second folding positioning element 16 are respectively located on the upper side and the lower side of the working surface 1101. In particular, the first creasing position 12 is located above the work plane 1101 and the second creasing position 16 is located below the work plane 1101.
In a specific example, the bag folding apparatus 10 further includes a fourth driving mechanism (i.e., a second folding positioning member driving mechanism 1601) connected to the second folding positioning member 16 for driving the second folding positioning member 16 to move. Specifically, the second folding positioning member driving mechanism 1601 drives the second folding positioning member 16 to move in the fourth direction. More specifically, the fourth direction is the same as the second direction. In this example, the movement of the second creasing-positioning element 16 and the crease-forming element 13 in the same direction is represented by the movement of both the second creasing-positioning element 16 and the crease-forming element 13 in a direction perpendicular to the working plane 1101.
In a specific example, a third channel is provided on the table 11, through which the folder 14 can move for defining the movement trajectory of the folder 14. The third channel further defines the movement path of the folding member 14, which is advantageous for making the package folding apparatus 10 more compact to install.
In a preferred embodiment, the first channel 1102 is integral with the third channel. The first channel 1102 and the third channel are connected into a whole, so that synchronous adjustment of the crease forming piece 13 and the folding piece 14 is more convenient to realize, and the folding efficiency of the packaging bag is improved.
In this embodiment, the direction of movement of the folder 14 is limited by the third passageway in a direction perpendicular to the working surface 1101, and the folder 14 passes through the second passageway 1301 to fold the bag in a direction parallel to the working surface 1101. The crease forming member 13 lifts one end of the packing bag, and then the folding member 14 folds the lifted one end of the packing bag toward the other end of the packing bag through the second passage 1301.
Referring again to fig. 5, in one specific example, the number of folding members 14 is 3. Correspondingly, the number of the second channels 1301 is 3. In the folding process of wrapping bag, 3 folding pieces 14 are folded the one end that the wrapping bag was jack-up simultaneously, can effectively improve folding stability. It is understood that the number of folds 14 can also be, but is not limited to, 1, 2, 3, or 4, etc.
Further, in this embodiment, 3 folding members 14 are each mounted at one end thereof on the folding member mounting member 1401, and at the other end thereof, are adapted to be brought into contact with the lifted-up end of the packing bag through the second passage 1301 to complete the folding. Further, 3 folds 14 are located on the same side of the working surface 1101. In this embodiment, when folding is not required, 3 folding members 14 are located below the work surface 1101; when folded, 3 folds 14 are located above the work surface 1101. This facilitates the neat installation of the folding members 14 and also saves installation space for the bag folding device 10. Further, the 3 folds 14 are equidistant from the working surface 1101. When folding is desired or not desired, the 3 folding members 14 are located at the same height from the work surface 1101 to facilitate improved uniformity of the bag folding apparatus 10.
In one particular example, the package folding apparatus 10 further includes a stopper 50; the blocking member 50 is disposed on the table and is further away from the fold forming member 13 than the first passage 1102. The blocking member 50 is provided to the table 11 for blocking the movement of the packing bag. Specifically, the blocking member 50 is a stopper for blocking the movement of the packing bag to prevent the unnecessary movement of the packing bag on the work surface.
Referring to fig. 6, another embodiment of the present invention provides a bag collating device 15, where the bag collating device 15 includes a collating device mounting base 1506, a limiting member 1503, an elastic connecting member 1504, a pushing plate 1502 and a pushing rod 1501; the push rod 1501 is movably connected to the organizing device mounting base 1506 and used for pushing out or resetting the push plate 1502; the push plate 1502 is hinged to one end of the push rod 1501 to enable the push plate 1502 to rotate along the end; the push rod 1501 has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, and the push rod 1501 is connected to a middle portion of the push plate 1502 to divide the push plate 1502 into a first end and a second end; the first end and the first surface are positioned on the same side of the push rod 1501, and the second end and the second surface are positioned on the same side of the push rod 1501; the first end and the first surface are respectively connected to two ends of the elastic connector 1504; the limiting member 1503 is disposed on the first surface for limiting the rotation of the first end toward the first surface.
The bag collating device 15 in this embodiment mounts the bag collating device 15 to a proper position through the collating device mounting base 1506, and the pushing plate 1502 extends into the bag and is taken out of the pushing plate 1502 under the condition that the bag opening of the bag is reduced through the action of the limiting piece 1503, the elastic connecting piece 1504, the pushing plate 1502 and the pushing rod 1501. In particular, in the production process, a plurality of products are often required to be packed in the packaging bag to complete the integral packaging of the plurality of products, or the packaging bag needs to be opened first. In this process, for example, when a plurality of products are required to be packed in the packing bag to complete the integral packing of the plurality of products, since the stacking shapes of the plurality of products are difficult to fix, when the packing is performed by using the conventional method, when the open end of the packing bag is required to be folded or sealed, it is difficult to ensure the regularity of the plurality of products in the packing bag. With the bag collating device 15 of this embodiment, after a single product is placed in the bag, the push bar 1502 is pushed out by the push rod 1501, so that the push bar 1502 extends into the bag and contacts the product in the bag, and applies a force to the product in the bag to push the product in the bag flush and keep the product in the bag neat. Meanwhile, the push plate 1502 can give a stable force to the product under the action of the elastic connecting piece 1504 and the limiting piece 1503. The opening of the bag is then reduced when the bag is folded or sealed at the open end. At this time, the folded or sealed position is close to the push plate 1502, when the push rod 1501 drives the push plate 1502 to reset, the second end of the push plate 1502 rotates towards the second surface of the push rod 1501, the second end of the push plate 1502 is close to the second surface of the push rod 1501, the push plate 1502 tends to be parallel to the push rod 1501, and at this time, the push plate 1502 can be drawn out from the reduced bag mouth to keep the uniformity of the products in the bag. That is, the neatness of the products in the packaging bag can be effectively improved by the packaging bag arranging device 15 in this embodiment. When the bag needs to be opened, the bag can be kept in an opened state through the action of the push rod 1501 and the push plate 1502. When the push plate 1502 is reset, after the push plate 1502 is pulled out of the packaging bag, the second end of the push plate 1502 is reset away from the second surface push plate 1502 of the push rod 1501 under the action of the elastic connecting piece 1504; in addition, under the action of the limiting member 1503, the movement of the first end of the push plate 1502 towards the first surface of the push rod 1501 is limited, and the first end of the push plate 1502 does not abut against the first surface of the push rod 1501, so that the push plate 1502 can be reset to a state that the push plate 1502 extends out to act on the product in the packaging bag. Through packing bag finishing device 15 in this embodiment, can give the stable effort of a plurality of products in the wrapping bag, guarantee the regularity of a plurality of products in the wrapping bag when push pedal 1502 resets to can the push pedal can take out from the packing mouth that reduces and do not influence the regularity of product in the wrapping bag.
In one specific example, the push rod 1501 is coupled to a middle portion of the push plate 1502 to divide the push plate 1502 into a first end and a second end, which can be embodied as: the push rod 1501 can be attached to the push plate 1502 at any position intermediate its ends to divide the baffle into a first end and a second end. Preferably, the push rod 1501 is attached to the push plate 1502 at a location 1/2, i.e., the position at which the push rod 1501 is attached to the push plate 1502 is the midpoint of the push plate 1502.
In a specific example, the limiting member 1503 abuts against the first end. The stopper 1503 abuts against the first end of the push plate 1502, and when the push plate 1502 does not extend into the package, the stopper 1503 abuts against the first end of the push plate 1502 by the elastic connecting member 1504 and the stopper 1503, so that the first end of the push plate 1502 does not have a tendency to move toward the first surface of the push rod 1501. When the push plate 1502 stretches into the wrapping bag and carries out work, the locating part 1503 can keep the supporting effect to the first end of push plate 1502, guarantees that push plate 1502 can the stabilizing effect. Preferably, the limiting member 1503 is fixed to the first surface of the push rod 1501 and abuts against the first end of the push plate 1502.
In a specific example, the push plate 1502 is hinged to the push rod 1501. The hinge articulation allows selection of the appropriate hinge to control the rotational angle and rotational travel of the pusher plate 1502 along the end of the pusher 1501.
In a specific example, one end of the elastic connecting piece 1504 is connected to a first position of the push plate 1502, and the limiting piece 1503 abuts against a second position of the push plate 1502; the first position is further away from the connection of the push rod 1501 to the push plate 1502 than the second position. Shown on the push plate 1502, a stop 1503 is located between the resilient connector 1504 and the push rod 1501. Further, the other end of the elastic connecting piece 1504 is connected to a third position on the first surface, and the limiting piece 1503 is arranged at a fourth position on the first surface; the third position is further away from the connection of the push rod 1501 to the push plate 1502 than the fourth position. Shown on the push rod 1501, a stop 1503 is located between the resilient connector 1504 and the push plate 1502.
Preferably, the resilient coupling 1504 is a spring. The action between the first end of the push plate 1502 and the stop 1503 is facilitated to be adjusted by the elastic action of the spring. When the push rod 1501 drives the push plate 1502 to be pulled out of the packaging bag, the first end of the push plate 1502 is convenient to adjust to reset.
In one particular example, the bag collating device 15 further includes a push rod drive mechanism 1505, the push rod drive mechanism 1505 being coupled to the push rod 1501 for driving the push rod 1501 in a motion to push or reposition the push plate 1502. Specifically, the push rod driving mechanism 1505 is a telescopic cylinder.
Further, the number of the push rods 1501 is 2, and one end of each push rod 1501 is provided with a push plate 1502; the number of resilient connectors 1504 between the first end of each pusher plate 1502 and its corresponding first surface of the pusher 1501 is 2. Referring again to fig. 6, 2 push rods 1501 are integrally formed. The 2 push rods 1501 are driven to move synchronously by the action of the push rod driving mechanism 1505. The first end of each pusher plate 1502 corresponds to 2 resilient connectors 1504 to provide more stable control of the movement of the first end of the pusher plate 1502.
A further embodiment of the present invention provides a packaging apparatus 60, wherein the packaging apparatus 60 comprises a workbench 11 and the above packaging bag arranging device 15; the collating device mounting base 1506 is mounted to the table 11 for collating the packing bags on the table 11. The bags on the table 11 are collated by the bag collating device 15, such as by opening the bags and/or maintaining the uniformity of the product within the bags.
In one particular example, the packaging apparatus 60 further includes a barrier 50; the blocking member 50 is provided to the table 11 for blocking the movement of the packing bag. The movement of the package can be blocked by the blocking member 50. Further, through stopping piece 50 cooperation packing finishing device, when push pedal 1502 stretches into the wrapping bag and acts on, stop piece 50 provides and stop the effect, prevents that the wrapping bag from taking place unnecessary displacement, improves packing finishing device's arrangement effect.
Referring to fig. 7, in accordance with still another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an adhesive tape clamping device 20, wherein the adhesive tape clamping device 20 includes a base, a first clamping mechanism 21, a second clamping mechanism 22, and a pressing member 23; the first clamping mechanism 21, the second clamping mechanism 22 and the pressing part 23 are movably connected to the base; the first clamping mechanism 21 and the second clamping mechanism 22 can cooperate with each other to clamp both ends of the adhesive tape 3201; the pressing member 23 can move between the first clamping mechanism 21 and the second clamping mechanism 22 and can abut on the middle portion of the adhesive tape 3201.
In this embodiment, the first clamping mechanism 21, the second clamping mechanism 22 and the pressing member 23 are mutually matched, so that the automatic taking of the adhesive tape can be realized, and the working efficiency is improved. Through the mutual cooperation of the first clamping mechanism 21 and the second clamping mechanism 22 to clamp the two ends of the adhesive tape 3201, the adhesive tape 3201 can be stably attached to the packaging bag by the pressing piece 23 moving to the position between the first clamping mechanism 21 and the second clamping mechanism 22 and abutting against the middle of the adhesive tape 3201. Specifically, in the conventional adhering method, it is difficult to stably adhere the middle portion of the tape 3201, and since the tape 3201 has a certain viscosity, when the tape 3201 is completely adhered, the member holding the tape 3201 tends to pull up the adhered tape 3201 in the process of detaching the tape 3201, which affects the adhering effect of the tape 3201. By adopting the adhesive tape clamping device 20 in the embodiment, when materials such as packaging bags need to be adhered by the adhesive tape 3201, the two ends of the adhesive tape 3201 are clamped by the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism 22, and the middle part of the adhesive tape 3201 is adhered to the surfaces of the materials such as the packaging bags by abutting the pressing piece 23 on the middle part of the adhesive tape 3201, so that the stable adhesion of the middle part of the adhesive tape 3201 is realized. Then, the first clamping mechanism 21 and the second clamping mechanism 22 release the two ends of the adhesive tape 3201, and since the middle of the adhesive tape 3201 is stably attached, when the first clamping mechanism 21 and the second clamping mechanism 22 are separated from the adhesive tape 3201, the adhesive tape 3201 is not easily pulled up, and the attaching effect of the adhesive tape 3201 can be effectively improved.
It is understood that the tape 3201 in this embodiment is an adhesive member having an adhesive surface, such as a scotch tape 3201, an opaque tape 3201, an adhesive label, and the like. The pressing member 23 abuts against the non-adhesive surface of the tape 3201 when it is operated.
Further, the middle of the tape 3201 corresponds to two ends of the tape 3201, for example, the tape 3201 has two ends, and any position in the middle of the two ends can be understood as the middle of the tape 3201. In the working process, the two ends of the adhesive tape 3201 are respectively clamped by the first clamping mechanism 21 and the second clamping mechanism 22, and the pressing piece 23 can move to abut against the middle of the adhesive tape 3201, that is, the pressing piece 23 can move to abut against any position in the middle of the two ends of the adhesive tape 3201.
In one specific example, the first clamping mechanism 21 includes a first clamping member 2101 and a second clamping member 2102, the relative position between the first clamping member 2101 and the second clamping member 2102 is adjustable, and the first clamping member 2101 and the second clamping member 2102 can cooperate with each other to clamp one end of the tape 3201; second clamping mechanism 22 includes third clamping device 2201 and fourth clamping device 2202, and the relative position between third clamping device 2201 and fourth clamping device 2202 is adjustable, and third clamping device 2201 and fourth clamping device 2202 can cooperate each other in order to centre gripping the other end of sticky tape 3201. By adjusting the relative position between the first and second clamping members 2101 and 2102 and the relative position between the third and fourth clamping members 2201 and 2202, stable clamping of both ends of the adhesive tape 3201 is facilitated.
In one particular example, the first clamping mechanism 21 further includes a first mount 2103; first mount 2103 is movably attached to the base, first clamp 2101 is movably attached to first mount 2103, and second clamp 2102 is secured to first mount 2103. Further, the first gripper mechanism 21 further includes a first gripper driving mechanism 2104, and the first gripper driving mechanism 2104 is connected with the first gripper 2101 for adjusting a relative position between the first gripper 2101 and the second gripper 2102. By fixing the second gripper 2102 and adjusting the first gripper 2101, it is more convenient to adjust the relative position between the first gripper 2101 and the second gripper 2102.
In one particular example, the second clamping mechanism 22 further includes a second mount 2203; second mounting element 2203 is movably attached to the base, third gripping element 2201 is movably attached to second mounting element 2203, and fourth gripping element 2202 is fixed to second mounting element 2203. Further, second gripper mechanism 22 further comprises a third gripper driving mechanism 2204, and third gripper driving mechanism 2204 is connected with third gripper 2201 for adjusting the relative position between third gripper 2201 and fourth gripper 2202. By fixing fourth clamping member 2202, adjusting third clamping member 2201, it is more convenient to adjust the relative position between third clamping member 2201 and fourth clamping member 2202.
In a particular example, the tape clamping device 20 further comprises a second mount drive mechanism 25, the second mount drive mechanism 25 being connected to the second mount 2203 for driving the second mount 2203 in rotation. By driving second mounting element 2203 to rotate, third clamping element 2201 and fourth clamping element 2202 are more stably disengaged from adhesive tape 3201. Further, normally, the adhesive side of the tape 3201 faces the fourth clamping member 2202. At this time, the tape 3201 may be stuck to the fourth holding member 2202, and the tape 3201 may be stably detached from the fourth holding member 2202 by driving the second mounting member 2203 to rotate. Preferably, the second mount driving mechanism 25 is a rotary cylinder.
In one particular example, the clamping device further includes a first mount drive mechanism 24, the first mount drive mechanism 24 coupled with the first mount 2103 for driving the first mount 2103 in rotation. By driving the first mount 2103 to rotate, the first gripper 2101 and the second gripper 2102 are more stably detached from the adhesive tape 3201. Further, normally, the adhesive side of the tape 3201 faces the second holding member 2102. At this time, the tape 3201 may stick to the second holder 2102, and the tape 3201 may be stably detached from the second holder 2102 by driving the first attachment 2103 to rotate. Preferably, the first mount drive mechanism 24 is a rotary air cylinder.
In a preferred embodiment, the tape holding device 20 further includes a holding device driving mechanism 26; a gripping device drive mechanism 26 is connected to the base for driving movement of the base. The base is driven to move by the clamping device driving mechanism 26, so that the adhesive tape clamping device 20 is adjusted to a required position, and the adhesive tape 3201 is clamped and attached conveniently.
In one particular example, the direction of movement of first gripper 2101 is the same as the direction of movement of third gripper 2201; the rotational axis of the first mount 2103 is parallel to the rotational axis of the second mount 2203; the moving direction of the first gripper 2101, the moving direction of the base, and the rotation axis of the first mount 2103 are perpendicular to each other two by two. By adjusting the moving directions of the first clamping piece 2101, the third clamping piece 2201, the first mounting piece 2103 and the second mounting piece 2203, the first clamping mechanism 21 and the second clamping mechanism 22 can be quickly separated from the two ends of the adhesive tape 3201, and the working efficiency is improved.
A further embodiment of the present invention provides a packing apparatus 60, wherein the packing apparatus 60 comprises a worktable 11 and the above tape holding device 20; the tape holding device 20 is movably connected to the table 11 for transferring the tape 3201 to be adjacent to the packaging bag and taping the packaging bag 3201.

Yet another embodiment of the present invention provides a packaging apparatus 60. The packaging apparatus 60 includes the above-described tape holding device 20.
Yet another embodiment of the present invention provides a packaging apparatus 60. The packaging apparatus 60 includes the above-described adhesive tape supplying device 30.
Yet another embodiment of the present invention provides a packaging apparatus 60. The packaging device 60 comprises the above-described cutting means 40.
The packaging apparatus 60 of the present invention may include at least one of the above-described package folding device 10, package collating device 15, tape holding device 20, tape supplying device 30, and cutting device 40.
Referring to fig. 10, another embodiment of the present invention provides a packaging apparatus 60. The packaging apparatus 60 includes the above-described package folding device 10, package collating device 15, tape holding device 20, tape supplying device 30, and cutting device 40. A bag collating device 15 is attached to the table 11 for inserting the pusher into the bags on the work surface and collating and aligning the products in the bags. The tape holding device 20 is movably connected to the table 11 for transferring the tape 3201 to be adjacent to the package and taping the package 3201, while the tape holding device 20 can be moved to be adjacent to the tape supplying device 30 and take out the tape 3201 from the tape supplying device 30. The tape supplying device 30 is movably connected to the table 11, and the tape supplying device 30 can be moved to be close to the tape holding device 20. The cutting device 40 is movably connected to the table 11, and the cutting device 40 can be moved close to the tape supplying device 30 for cutting the tape 3201.
Specifically, when the packaging apparatus 60 in the present embodiment is used for packaging, the packaging bag is placed on the work surface 1101, and the opening of the packaging bag is close to the first passage 1102 on the table 11. Then, the push plate 1502 of the packaging bag arranging device 15 extends into the packaging bag to apply force to the products in the packaging bag, so that the products in the packaging bag are placed in order, and the uniformity of the products in the packaging bag is improved. After the push plate 1502 keeps the product in the package in order, the first fold locator 12 moves to abut against the package to locate the fold at the proper position at the open end of the package. At this time, the first folding positioning member 12 reduces the moving space of the product in the packaging bag, and the neatness of the product in the packaging bag can be further maintained. After the fold is located, the push plate 1502 is still within the package and the push plate 1502 needs to be withdrawn from the package. During the process of withdrawing the pushing plate 1502, the blocking effect of the first folding positioning element 12 can enable the second end of the pushing plate 1502 to rotate towards the second surface of the pushing rod 1501, so that the second end of the pushing plate 1502 is close to the second surface of the pushing rod 1501, and the pushing plate 1502 and the pushing rod 1501 tend to be parallel, so that the pushing plate 1502 can be withdrawn from the packaging bag to keep the neatness of the product in the packaging bag. After the push plate 1502 is withdrawn from the package, the first end of the push plate 1502 is reset by the elastic connection 1504 and the stopper 1503, and is further restricted from approaching the first surface of the push rod 1501 by the stopper 1503. I.e., under the action of the resilient connector 1504 and the stop 1503, the pusher plate 1502 is caused to return to an initial position, such as where the pusher plate 1502 is perpendicular to the pusher 1501. In this initial position, the push plate 1502 is extended to again finish the product within the package. Meanwhile, after the push plate 1502 is pulled out of the package, the fold forming member 13 pushes up the packaged open end through the first passage 1102, and forms a fold in cooperation with the first fold positioning member 12. After the crease is formed, the first crease retainer 12 is repositioned while the folding member 14 is passed through the second passageway 1301 to fold the lifted end of the bag toward the other end of the bag, i.e., the open end of the bag toward the end containing the product. After the folding is complete, the opening of the bag is at the end where the product is contained.
During the folding process, the tape holding device 20 approaches the tape supplying device 30, and both ends of the tape 3201 are held by the first and second holding mechanisms 21 and 22 and moved close to the folded package. Specifically, the first clamping mechanism 21 clamps one end of the tape 3201 and extends the take-up length of the tape 3201 by the relative movement of the tape clamping device 20 and the tape supply device 30. When the taken length of the tape 3201 reaches a desired length, the second clamping mechanism 22 clamps the other end of the tape 3201. And the tape 3201 is cut by the cutting device 40. After the cutting is completed, the tape 3201 is kept in the extended state by the guide 33 of the tape supply device 30, so that the tape 3201 can be taken out smoothly next time. More specifically, both ends of the adhesive tape 3201 are respectively gripped by the cooperation of the first gripper 2101 and the second gripper 2102, and the third gripper 2201 and the fourth gripper 2202.
After the tape 3201 is taken out, the tape clamping device 20 clamps the two ends of the tape 3201 and moves close to the folded packaging bag, and when the tape is moved to a proper position, the pressing piece 23 of the tape clamping device 20 presses the middle part of the tape 3201 at the opening of the packaging bag, so that the opening of the packaging bag is attached to one end of the packaging bag filled with a product. Then, the first and second clamping mechanisms 21 and 22 separate the two ends of the tape 3201, thereby completing the attachment of the tape 3201. Specifically, both ends of the adhesive tape 3201 can be stably disengaged from the first and second clamping mechanisms 21 and 22 by adjusting the relative position between the first and second clamps 2101 and 2102, the relative position between the third and fourth clamps 2201 and 2202, the rotation of the first mount 2103, and the rotation of the second mount 2203.
By adopting the packaging equipment 60 in the embodiment, the automatic operation of arranging the products in the packaging bags, folding the bag mouths of the packaging bags and sticking the adhesive tapes 3201 on the bag mouths of the packaging bags can be realized, and the working efficiency is effectively improved.
