Claims (11)

1. A bogie is characterized by comprising a framework and a traction device;
the framework comprises two side beams arranged side by side along the transverse direction, two cross beams arranged side by side along the longitudinal direction and a limiting device fixedly arranged on the two cross beams;
the cross beam is arranged on the two side beams;
the traction device is of a box body structure with a downward opening and is bridged on the two cross beams;
the limiting device is used for limiting the traction device on the two cross beams along the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction;
the traction device comprises two baffles which are oppositely arranged along the longitudinal direction, two side plates which are oppositely arranged along the transverse direction and an upper end plate which is arranged along the horizontal direction;
the baffle and the side plates are arranged in the vertical direction, and the height of each side plate is smaller than that of the baffle;
the bottom surface of the upper end plate is fixedly connected with the top surfaces of the baffle plate and the side plates, and the upper end plate is provided with a connecting structure for connecting a vehicle body;
one side plate is fixedly connected to one end part of each of the two baffle plates, and the other side plate is fixedly connected to the other end part of each of the two baffle plates; the bottom of the side plate is provided with a positioning groove matched with the two cross beams in shape, and the side plate is clamped at the tops of the two cross beams through the positioning groove;
along the longitudinal direction, the two cross beams are positioned between the two baffles, and the cross beams are abutted with the baffles on the corresponding sides.
2. The bogie of claim 1, wherein the traction device further comprises a crash pad fixedly mounted to the bottom of the inner side of each of the fenders, the crash pads being disposed opposite each other.
3. The bogie according to claim 2, wherein the draft gear further comprises a transverse rib and a longitudinal rib disposed criss-cross between the two fenders;
the top of the transverse rib plate is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the upper end plate, and two end parts of the transverse rib plate are fixedly connected to the two side plates;
the top of the longitudinal rib plate is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the upper end plate, and two end parts of the longitudinal rib plate are fixedly connected to the two baffle plates.
4. A bogie as claimed in claim 3 in which the longitudinal ribs are provided with arcuate recesses corresponding one to one with the locating slots and form-fitting with the cross beam through the arcuate recesses.
5. The bogie according to claim 4, wherein the traction device further comprises a reinforcing rib plate fixedly connected to an outer side surface of each baffle plate, and a top portion of the reinforcing rib plate is fixedly connected to a bottom surface of the upper end plate.
6. The truck of claim 4 wherein the detent and the arcuate groove are each semi-circular grooves;
the thickness of the upper end plate is 40 mm-50 mm.
7. The bogie of claim 1, wherein the side plates are each provided at both ends with a flange fixedly attached to an outer side of the stop plate.
8. The bogie according to claim 1, wherein the connecting structure is two rows of mounting holes symmetrically arranged along the longitudinal direction, and each row of mounting holes comprises a plurality of mounting holes uniformly distributed along the transverse direction.
9. The bogie according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the limiting device comprises two limiting seats which are oppositely arranged in the transverse direction and a limiting plate which corresponds to each baffle one by one;
the traction device is positioned between the two limiting seats;
the limiting seats are fixedly arranged at the tops of the two cross beams and are abutted with the corresponding side plates;
the limiting plates are fixedly connected to the cross beam and are abutted with the corresponding baffles;
and a plurality of supporting plates are fixedly connected between the limiting plate and the cross beam.
10. The bogie of claim 9, wherein the limit seat comprises a limit bracket and a limit block;
the bottom of the limiting bracket is fixedly arranged between the two cross beams;
the limiting block is fixedly arranged on one side, facing the traction device, of the limiting support and is abutted to the side plate.
11. A rail vehicle, characterized in that it comprises a bogie according to any one of claims 1-10.
