The working principle is as follows: when in use, the plate is placed on the workbench 1 and is pushed to the saw disc 2 rotating at high speed for cutting. The electric conductivity of the saw disc 2 is detected by detecting the electric brush 21, when non-wood materials such as fingers contact the saw disc 2, the electric brush 21 detects that the electric conductivity of the saw disc 2 changes, the control disc immediately starts the elastic jacking mechanism to jack the crumple aluminum block 25 upwards after monitoring that the electric conductivity of the saw disc 2 changes by detecting the electric brush 21, because one end of the crumple aluminum block 25 is hinged with the bottom shell 24, the free end of the crumple aluminum block 25 jacks upwards until contacting the saw disc 2 in high-speed rotation, after the outer edge sawteeth of the saw disc 2 contact the crumple aluminum block 25 and are rigidly braked by the crumple aluminum block 25, the crumple aluminum block 25 can be subjected to strong impact force and is crumpled and deformed by the self-crumple hole 28 until abutting against the upper limit seat 23 to stop, in the process, the instant reverse torque received by the flexible connecting piece 7 exceeds the self-deformation limit, so that all the flexible strips 12 in the middle of the flexible connecting piece 7 are broken, thereby separating the saw disc 2 from the main shaft of the motor 3, leading the saw disc 2 to sink and fall off, and preventing the danger of finger breakage.

A safe sawing machine with double protection effects is characterized by comprising a workbench (1), a plate limiting mechanism, a saw disc (2), a motor (3), an active protection mechanism (4) and a passive protection mechanism, wherein the saw disc (2) and the motor (3) are arranged at the bottom of the workbench (1), an output shaft of the motor (3) is fixedly connected with the center of the saw disc (2) through the passive protection mechanism, the active protection mechanism (4) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the workbench (1) and positioned beside the saw disc (2), the plate limiting mechanism is arranged at the top of the workbench (1), and a strip-shaped through groove (5) which is used for upwards extending out of the saw disc (2) is formed in the workbench (1);
the plate limiting mechanism comprises a translation mechanism and a strip-shaped baffle (6) arranged on the translation mechanism, the strip-shaped baffle (6) is used for abutting and limiting one end of a plate on the workbench (1), and the length direction of the strip-shaped baffle (6) is consistent with the direction of the strip-shaped through groove (5);
the active protection mechanism (4) comprises a monitoring mechanism for detecting the conductivity of the saw disc (2) and a collapse brake mechanism for reversely braking the saw disc (2);
the passive protection mechanism is used for being matched with the collapse brake mechanism to separate the saw disc (2) from the motor (3).

The safety sawing machine with the dual protection effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein the passive protection mechanism comprises a flexible connecting member (7), a coupler (8) and a fastening bolt (9), a vertical supporting plate is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the workbench (1), the motor (3) is fixedly arranged at one side of the supporting plate in a horizontal state, the sawing disc (2) is arranged at the other side of the supporting plate, two ends of the coupler (8) are respectively connected with the flexible connecting member (7) and an output shaft of the motor (3), an axial positioning pin (10) is arranged in the coupler (8), the axial positioning pin (10) is embedded on the output shaft of the motor (3) and an inner wall of the coupler (8), and the fastening bolt (9) fixedly connects the sawing disc (2) at one end of the flexible connecting member (7) far away from the coupler (8).

The safety sawing machine with the dual protection effect according to claim 2 is characterized in that the flexible connecting piece (7) is of a perforated cylindrical structure, the flexible connecting piece (7) is composed of two circular end covers (11) and a plurality of flexible strips (12), all the flexible strips (12) are located between the two circular end covers (11), the two circular end covers (11) are parallel to each other, all the flexible strips (12) are perpendicular to the circular end covers (11), all the flexible strips (12) are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction, both ends of each flexible strip (12) are fixedly connected with the two circular end covers (11), a first connecting shaft (13) is fixedly arranged on the outer side of one circular end cover (11), the first connecting shaft (13) is connected with the coupler (8), a pin groove (14) for inserting the axial positioning pin (10) is formed in the outer wall of the first connecting shaft (13), a second connecting shaft (15) is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the other circular end cover (11), a positioning block (16) is arranged on the outer wall of the second connecting shaft (15), a jack matched with the cross section of the second connecting shaft (15) in shape is formed in the center of the saw disc (2), and a threaded hole (17) for connecting a fastening bolt (9) is formed in the end of the second connecting shaft (15).

The safety sawing machine with the dual protection effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein the detection mechanism is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the worktable (1) through a mounting bracket, the detection mechanism comprises an L-shaped bracket (18), a cylindrical shell (19), a first spring (20) and a detection brush (21), the L-shaped bracket (18) is fixedly arranged at the upper half part of the mounting bracket, a third connecting shaft (22) is fixedly connected to the outer side of the cylindrical shell (19), the third connecting shaft (22) is connected with the L-shaped bracket (18) through a bolt, the axial direction of the cylindrical shell (19) is perpendicular to the saw disc (2), one end of the cylindrical shell (19) facing the saw disc (2) is of an open structure, the detection brush (21) is movably arranged in the cylindrical shell (19), the first spring (20) is arranged in the cylindrical shell (19), and the two ends of the first spring (20) respectively abut against the cylindrical shell (19) and the detection brush (21), a gap is reserved between the cylindrical shell (19) and the saw disc (2).
