Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a sputum suction device for medical clinic.
Background
The sputum suction after the operation is a necessary operation for all general anesthesia trachea cannula operations, and besides, some patients with weak physical strength and weak expectoration also need to suck the sputum; the shape of the human body trachea and bronchus has particularity, namely the angle between the right main bronchus and the main bronchus is small (the right main bronchus and the extension line of the longitudinal axis of the bronchus form an included angle of 20-30 degrees), and the angle between the left main bronchus and the main bronchus is large (the left main bronchus and the extension line of the longitudinal axis of the bronchus form an included angle of 40-55 degrees); the existing sputum suction tube is generally of a flexible tube structure with openings at two ends, and when the sputum suction tube is used, one end of the sputum suction tube is connected with a negative pressure generator, and the other end of the sputum suction tube is used for being inserted into a trachea of a patient; when a medical worker inserts a sputum suction tube into the trachea of a patient, the sputum suction tube easily enters the right main bronchus and is difficult to enter the left main bronchus due to the morphological particularity of the bronchus of the human body, so that the left sputum suction effect is very poor; although the existing bronchofiberscope sputum suction method is adopted, the cost of use is too high, a small-scale medical institution is difficult to be equipped, the economic burden of a patient is increased, and the popularization and the application are difficult.
Therefore, a medical clinical sputum aspirator is needed, which is beneficial to reducing the difficulty of inserting the sputum aspirating tube into the left main bronchus and improving the sputum aspirating effect.

As a further improvement to the above technical solution, the first joint and/or the fixed pipe are integrally formed with the housing; the shell is internally provided with a communicating hole, and the first pore passage is communicated with the second pore passage through the communicating hole.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the inner end of the sputum suction pipe is closed to form a closed end, a plurality of sputum suction holes are distributed on the closed end, and the sputum suction holes are communicated with the inner cavity of the sputum suction pipe.
As a further improvement to the technical proposal, a developing piece is arranged on the sputum suction pipe close to the closed end.
As a further improvement to the technical proposal, the sputum suction tube is of an arc-shaped tube structure, and the radian of the arc-shaped tube structure is 5-15 degrees.
As a further improvement to the technical proposal, the outer surface of the outer end of the sputum suction tube is provided with an indication mark layer.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
according to the medical clinical sputum suction device, the sputum suction tube is a flexible tube, when the sputum suction tube is stressed to rotate, the inner end of the sputum suction tube deflects, and the deflection position of the inner end of the sputum suction tube can be informed by controlling the rotation state of the sputum suction tube, so that the difficulty of inserting the sputum suction tube into the left main bronchus is reduced, and the sputum suction effect is improved; the invention has simple structure, convenient use and low use cost, is convenient to popularize and apply in small-scale medical institutions, effectively reduces the treatment burden of patients, generally meets the social requirement and has stronger practicability.
