Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating congenital muscular torticollis, a traditional Chinese medicine packet for wax therapy and a wax therapy device.
Background
Congenital muscular torticollis is commonly called as "crooked neck". Congenital myogenic torticollis is caused by fibromatosis in the sternocleidomastoid muscle, and a lump can be palpated at birth or within the first two weeks after birth. Lesions may involve all muscles, but more lesions only involve the proximal clavicular attachment point of the sternocleidomastoid muscle, more commonly on the right side than on the left side. The mass is maximal within 1-2 months after the onset, and its volume remains unchanged or slightly decreases, usually becoming smaller or disappearing within 1 year. If the mass does not disappear, the muscle will develop permanent fibrosis and contracture, which if left untreated will result in a permanent torticollis.
In the related art, the congenital muscular torticollis is generally treated by conservative treatment first, and if the conservative treatment cannot achieve the expected effect, the operation treatment is required. At present, a commonly adopted conservative treatment method is massage and traction physiotherapy, and although the massage and traction physiotherapy has a certain treatment effect, the inventor finds that if the traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and softening and resolving hard mass is matched, the penetration and absorption of the medicine can be promoted under the action of wax therapy hot compress, so that the curative effect of conservative treatment is improved. In this embodiment, the inner bladder 302 is disposed in the outer bag 301, the outer bag 301 can protect the inner bladder 302, and the inner bladder 302 can be ensured to expand freely to achieve a good compression effect, and in addition, an accommodating space H30 is conveniently formed on the outer bag 301, so that the wax-therapy traditional Chinese medicine bag 10 can be conveniently placed in the accommodating space H30, and the wax-therapy traditional Chinese medicine bag 10 is ensured to be attached to the neck of a patient, thereby achieving a good medicine permeation and absorption effect.
Optionally, the outer bag 301 can be made of cloth, the arrangement material has good flexibility, the airbag can be freely expanded, the inner airbag 302 can be well protected, in addition, the cloth material is in contact with the neck of a patient, comfort is better, and permeability of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is also better.
Advantageously, the cloth material of the outer bag 301 has a certain elasticity, so that after the inner air bag 302 expands, when the outer bag 301 is expanded, the outer bag 301 also has a certain expansion effect, and can keep a full state, so that the compression effect on the wax therapy traditional Chinese medicine bag 10 is better.
Illustratively, the outer bag 301 is provided at its application surface with a second sheet material 304, the second sheet material 304 can be sewn to the outer bag 301, and a receiving space H30 is defined between the second sheet material 304 and the outer bag 301, thus facilitating the loading or unloading of the packet 10 for wax therapy.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the inner bladder 302 comprises a support bladder 3021, an inflation connector 3024 and a compression bladder 3022, wherein the support bladder 3021 is of a flat structure and is curved along the circumference of the neck of the patient to support and straighten the neck of the patient when inflated, and a hollow area is formed in the center of the support bladder 3021. When inflation bag 30 constraint is at patient's neck, curved supporting part can with patient's neck adaptation, can ensure that inflation bag 30 is more firm in patient's neck position, and then right more reliably to the support of patient's neck.
An inflation fitting 3024 is located on the exterior of the outer bag 301 and communicates with the support bladder 3021 via an air tube 3025 to inflate the support bladder 3021. The inflation fitting 3024 may be connected to an inflator, and when inflated by the inflator, gas may be inflated through the inflation fitting 3024 into the support bladder 3021 to inflate the support bladder 3021.
A compression capsule 3022 is disposed in the hollow area, and the compression capsule 3022 is communicated with the support capsule 3021 through a communication part 3023, so that the gas in the support capsule 3021 flows into the compression capsule 3022 through the communication part 3023. The receiving space H30 is adjacent to the compression balloon 3022, so that when the compression balloon 3022 is inflated, the wax therapy traditional Chinese medicine bag 10 in the receiving space H30 is pressed against the neck of the patient by the compression balloon 3022.
That is, the compression balloon 3022 is embedded in the center of the support balloon 3021, and the compression balloon 3022 communicates with the support balloon 3021 through the communication member 3023, and further, the compression balloon 3022 faces the accommodation space H30. When the inflator inflates the support bladder 3021, the support bladder 3021 expands and the expanded support bladder 3021 may support and centralize the neck of the patient. The air in the supporting bag body 3021 enters the pressing bag body 3022 through the communicating member 3023, the pressing bag body 3022 expands, and the wax therapy traditional Chinese medicine bag 10 in the accommodating space H30 can be pressed and attached to the neck of the patient by the expanded pressing bag body 3022.
