Example 3
This example provides an apparatus for treating esophageal venous bleeding comprising a gastroscope and the device of example 1 or 2 for treating esophageal varices surgical bleeding. Wherein, the hemostatic sleeve 1 is sleeved on the front end of the probe of the gastroscope, and the inner diameter of the hemostatic sleeve 1 is smaller than the diameter of the probe so as to generate relative friction between the front end of the probe and the hemostatic sleeve 1. The limiting structure 2 is used for limiting the end face of the front end of the probe in the hemostatic sleeve 1, so that the end face of the front end of the probe and the end face of the hemostatic sleeve 1 are staggered. The connecting structure 3 is sleeved on the gastroscope. The varicose vein air sac 4 is sleeved on the gastroscope. Wherein, in the varicose vein operation, after the foam sclerosing agent enters from the injection hole, the operator can observe and determine the corresponding bleeding point through the light ray in the gastroscope passing through the transparent structure, and press the bleeding point through the outer side surface of the hemostatic sleeve 1 to stop bleeding. It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the gastroscope and the device for treating esophageal varices surgical bleeding may be a gastroscope system or a gastroscope with a blood stopping function.
Example 4
This example provides a method of using the device of example 1 or 2 to treat bleeding from esophageal varices surgery. Wherein the use method comprises the following steps.
(1) The device for treating esophageal varices bleeding in the operation is sleeved on the front end of the gastroscope.
(2) The gastroscope and the device for treating esophageal varices surgical bleeding are placed into the esophagus.
(3) The varicose vein balloon 4 is opened and the varicose vein balloon 4 is inflated to block the connection between the vein and the atrium, preventing sclerosing agent in varicose vein surgery from flowing in the direction of the atrium.
(4) Injecting a foam hardener into the injection hole, and recovering the corresponding needle tube after the injection is completed.
(5) The control gastroscope drives hemostasis cover 1 motion, sees through transparent structure and observes and confirm corresponding bleeding point through light among the gastroscope to press hemostasis to the bleeding point through the outside of hemostasis cover 1.

Claims (10)

1. A device for treating bleeding from esophageal varices surgery for stopping bleeding from an injection port of a vein in varices surgery, comprising:
the hemostatic sleeve is sleeved on the front end of the probe of the gastroscope in the varicose vein operation; the hemostatic sleeve is a transparent structure made of a polymer material, and the inner diameter of the hemostatic sleeve is smaller than the diameter of the probe so as to generate relative friction force between the front end of the probe and the hemostatic sleeve;
the limiting structure is embedded in the hemostatic sleeve and is provided with a limiting wire for limiting the advance of the gastroscope, so that the end surface of the front end of the probe is staggered with the end surface of the hemostatic sleeve;
the connecting structure is tubular, is sleeved on the gastroscope and is fixedly connected with the hemostatic sleeve;
the varicose vein air bag is fixedly connected with the other end of the connecting structure, is sleeved on the gastroscope, and blocks the connection between the vein and the atrium after being opened and inflated to prevent a hardening agent in the varicose vein operation from flowing towards the atrium direction;
wherein, in the varicose vein operation, after the foam sclerosing agent enters from the injection hole, the operator can observe and determine the corresponding bleeding point through the light in the gastroscope and penetrating the transparent structure, and press the bleeding point through the outer side surface of the hemostatic sleeve to stop bleeding.
2. The device of claim 1, wherein the hemostatic sleeve comprises a compression section and a sleeve section; the pressing section and the sleeving section are coaxially arranged and are connected through the limiting structure; the pressing section is used for pressing the bleeding point, and the sleeving section is sleeved on the front end of the probe.
3. The device of claim 2, wherein the stop structure is a stop collar; the inner ring of the limiting ring protrudes out of the inner wall of the hemostatic sleeve, and the outer ring of the limiting ring protrudes out of the outer wall of the hemostatic sleeve.
4. The device for treating esophageal varices surgical bleeding according to claim 2, wherein at least one through hole is formed in the side wall of the hemostatic sleeve, and the through hole is formed between the pressing section and the sleeving section.
5. The device of claim 1, wherein the connection structure comprises a connecting tube and a reinforcing mesh; the connecting pipe is sleeved on the gastroscope, and two ends of the connecting pipe are respectively connected with the hemostatic sleeve and the varicose vein air bag; the reinforcing net is laid in the pipe wall of the connecting pipe.
6. The device for treating esophageal varices surgical bleeding according to claim 5, wherein the reinforcing mesh is a nylon mesh and is uniformly wrapped on the outer wall of the connecting tube.
7. The device of claim 1, wherein the variceal cuff comprises a cuff structure and a trachea; the air bag structure is sleeved on the other end of the connecting structure, and the air pipe is used for inflating or discharging air in the air bag structure.
8. The device of claim 7, wherein the balloon structure is oblate spheroid and has a polar radial orientation parallel to the axial direction of the sleeve.
9. The device for treating esophageal varices surgical bleeding according to claim 1, wherein the device for treating esophageal varices surgical bleeding further comprises an elastic hemostatic layer; the elastic hemostatic layer is arranged on the outer wall of the hemostatic sleeve.
10. An apparatus for treating esophageal phlebotomy, comprising a gastroscope and a device for treating esophageal varices surgical bleeding according to any one of claims 1-9; wherein the hemostatic sleeve is sleeved on the front end of the probe of the gastroscope, and the inner diameter of the hemostatic sleeve is smaller than the diameter of the probe so as to generate relative friction force between the front end of the probe and the hemostatic sleeve; the limiting structure is used for limiting the end face of the front end of the probe in the hemostatic sleeve, so that the end face of the front end of the probe is staggered with the end face of the hemostatic sleeve; the connecting structure is sleeved on the gastroscope; the varicose vein air bag is sleeved on the gastroscope; wherein, in the varicose vein operation, after the foam sclerosing agent enters from the injection hole, the operator can observe and determine the corresponding bleeding point through the light in the gastroscope and penetrating the transparent structure, and press the bleeding point through the outer side surface of the hemostatic sleeve to stop bleeding.
