Detailed Description
The invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following specific examples. It should be understood that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art. In addition, any methods and materials similar or equivalent to those described herein can be used in the methods of the present invention. The preferred embodiments and materials described herein are intended to be exemplary only.
Herein, the vaginal speculum and the vaginal dilator have the same meaning. The buckle self-destruction type can also be called a hook self-destruction type.
Example 1
Middle buckle self-destruction disposable vaginal speculum
Referring to the attached drawings 1 and 4, the middle buckle self-destruction disposable vaginal speculum comprises an upper expansion sheet and a lower expansion sheet, wherein the upper expansion sheet comprises an upper wing 1 and a pressing handle 5 which is integrated with the upper wing 1, extends from the rear end of the upper wing in a left-right arc shape, and continues to extend downwards after being connected into a whole at the middle position; the lower expansion piece comprises a lower wing 2 and a grip 6 integral with the lower wing 2 and extending downward in the central position. The two sides of the rear ends of the upper wing 1 and the lower wing 2 are respectively connected with the shaft pin 4 through the shaft hole 3 and form a visual field opening 19 between the upper wing and the lower wing, so that the upper wing and the lower wing can be opened and closed through the control press handle 5. As shown in fig. 4, the handle 5 is provided with a handle hole 9 and a positioning buckle 18, and the positioning buckle 18 is arranged at the tail end of the handle hole 9. The handle 6 is provided with a handle hole 10 and an inclined pad 11, and the inclined pad 11 is arranged at the tail end of the handle hole 10.
Referring to fig. 2-3 and 5, the vaginal speculum of the present embodiment includes a dilation positioning destruction device, which is a hook-and-loop positioning self-destruction device, and skillfully combines the dilation positioning function of fixing the opened state of the upper wing 1 and the lower wing 2 with the self-destruction function of self-destruction immediately after use. The expansion positioning destroying device comprises an expansion positioning device which comprises a positioning seat 12 arranged in a handle hole 10 and an inclined pad 11 and an arc positioning rod 13 extending upwards, wherein the upper end of the rod is provided with a push handle 15, the back of the rod is provided with a positioning hook 14 which can be meshed with a positioning buckle 18 at the tail end of a handle hole 9, and a doctor can adjust and fix the expansion positioning destroying device according to the size of an observed field or an operation range. The expanding positioning destroying device further comprises a self-destroying strip 16 which is arranged on the positioning seat 12 and is positioned in front of the positioning rod 13. The locating rod 13 and the self-destruction strip 16 are penetrated through the handle hole 10, the locating seat 12 is arranged in the handle hole 10 and the cushion 11, and at least one of the self-destruction strip 16 and the locating rod 13 has elasticity.
When the doctor finishes using, the doctor pushes the push handle 15 down at the same time, the self-destruction strip 16 can be broken, the positioning seat 12 can be slipped off, the positioning rod 13 loses the function of being matched and fixed with the positioning buckle 18, and the vaginal speculum can be immediately self-destroyed.
According to a preferred embodiment, with continued reference to figures 1-3 and 5, self-destructive strip 16 is a short, small, overall slightly forward-inclined strip, located above positioning socket 12, which is also an extension of positioning socket 12, with the front face abutting against the front wall of grip hole 10 and with positioning rod 13 behind self-destructive strip 16. On one hand, the positioning seat 12 is more firmly fixed in the handle hole 10 due to the front and back tension of the self-destruction strip 16 and the positioning rod 13; on the other hand, when the self-destruction strip 16 is applied with force by the push handle 15 and the positioning rod 13, the belly of the self-destruction strip is extruded by the front wall of the handle hole 10, and the impact when the positioning rod 13 slides off the positioning seat 12 under the lever action of the positioning seat 12 and the inclined pad 11 causes the root of the self-destruction strip 16 to be immediately broken, so that the breakage of the self-destruction strip 16 is almost performed simultaneously with the sliding off of the positioning seat 12 from the handle hole 10 and the inclined pad 11, the positioning rod 13 is dislocated due to the sliding off of the positioning seat 12, the positioning rod 13 and the positioning buckle 18 cannot be meshed, expanded and positioned, all of which are generated and completed in a moment, and the root of the self-destruction strip is broken, so that the self-destruction strip is still connected with the; the positioning rod is always connected with the positioning seat after being out of position and cannot fall down independently, so that a doctor still can use the whole expander when taking out the positioning rod, and the operation is time-saving and labor-saving, simple, practical, safe and effective.
According to a preferred embodiment, the head end of the self-destructive strip 16 extends forward to form a crown 17, so that the self-destructive strip 16 with the crown 17 looks like a "7" in the transverse direction. According to a preferred embodiment, the handle 6 is optionally provided with a convex protrusion 20, the convex protrusion 20 is arranged in front of the handle hole 10, the crown 17 is buckled with the convex protrusion 20 in front of the handle hole 10 in the middle of the handle 6, and the self-destruction strip 16 with the crown 17 is more easily broken and self-destroyed when being pressed by the front wall of the handle hole 10. And when the self-destruction strip with the crown is extruded and broken, the self-destruction strip still breaks at the root, so that the operation is time-saving and labor-saving, simple and convenient, safe and effective.
With continued reference to FIG. 1, according to a preferred embodiment, prior to clinical use, the upper and lower wings 1, 2 are in a closed position; when the self-destruction strip 16 is used clinically, a doctor puts the vaginal speculum into the vagina, the upper wing 1 and the lower wing 2 are still in a closed state, and the self-destruction strip can be seen to be intact.
With continued reference to fig. 2, when the physician is in clinical use, the pressing handle 5 is pressed down by the physician, the upper wing 1 and the lower wing 2 are expanded to the required visual field, the positioning hook 14 enters the positioning buckle 18 to be engaged with each other to fix the upper wing 1 and the lower wing 2, the physician starts to examine, diagnose or perform an operation, and the self-destruction strip 16 is still intact.
With continued reference to FIG. 3, according to a preferred embodiment, when the clinical examination or surgery is completed, the physician pushes the push handle 15 forward slightly, and due to the pushing force and the elastic action of the positioning rod, the positioning rod advances to press the self-destruction strip 16 against the front wall of the handle hole 10, and the root thereof is immediately broken and cannot be restored.
According to a preferred embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 4, the grip 6 is provided with a double grip hole 10 in the middle, the bottom layer being larger than the upper layer, and with a cushion 11 at the rear end of the bottom of the hole, the design being emphasized in detail, on the one hand, allowing for a larger space for the bottom layer than for the upper layer. According to a preferred embodiment, the bottom layer of the handle hole is designed into a treasured gourd shape (two connected unequal-diameter round holes) and can also be designed into other polygonal shapes, the locating seat 12 in the treasured gourd shape or other shapes corresponding to the shape of the bottom layer of the handle hole is firmly installed in the handle hole 10, so that the clinical use safety and reliability are guaranteed, on the other hand, the overall thickness of the locating seat 12 can be reduced due to the design of the upper layer and the lower layer, and the locating seat 12 is enabled to be easily slipped from the handle hole 10 and the cushion 11 to be self-destroyed under the action of pushing force of the pushing handle by the aid of the thick front layer and the thin rear layer of the locating seat 12 and the lever action of the cushion 11, so that the locating seat cannot be used for the second time, and the purpose of avoiding cross infection of iatrogenic diseases is achieved.
With continued reference to fig. 4, according to a preferred embodiment, the shaft pin 4 has two large ends, a small middle part, a solid middle lower part, and a full elasticity in the middle upper part, and the diameter of the edge of the open piece is slightly larger than that of the open piece, and the whole body is dumbbell-like, so that the vaginal dilator with the dumbbell-like shaft pin 4 has the advantages of easy installation, easy and convenient rotation in clinical use, flexibility and freedom, and improved work efficiency of doctors.
Example 2
Middle spiral instantly-destroyed disposable vaginal dilator
Referring to fig. 6 and 9, the middle spiral disposable vaginal dilator comprises an upper dilator sheet and a lower dilator sheet, wherein the upper dilator sheet comprises an upper wing 31 and a press handle 35 which is integrated with the upper wing 31, extends from the rear end of the upper wing in a left-right arc shape, continues to extend downwards after being integrated at the middle position, and a press handle hole 39 is arranged on the press handle 35; the lower expansion piece comprises a lower wing 32 and a handle 36 which is integrated with the lower wing 32 and extends downwards in the middle, the handle 36 is provided with a handle hole 40 and an inclined pad 41, and the inclined pad 41 is arranged at the tail end of the handle hole 40. The two sides of the rear ends of the upper wing 31 and the lower wing 32 are respectively connected with the shaft pin 34 through the shaft hole 33 and form a visual field opening 49 between the upper wing and the lower wing, so that the upper wing and the lower wing can be opened and closed through the control press handle 35.
Referring to fig. 6-8 and 10, the vaginal dilator of this embodiment includes a dilation positioning and destroying device, which is a spiral positioning and destroying device, and skillfully combines the dilation positioning function for fixing the opened state of the upper wing 31 and the lower wing 32 and the destroying function of destroying after use. The expanding, positioning and destroying device comprises an expanding and positioning device which comprises a positioning seat 42 arranged in a handle hole 40 and an inclined pad 41 and an upward extending threaded screw rod 43, wherein the threaded screw rod 43 is matched with a nut 44, and a doctor can adjust and fix the expanding and positioning device according to the size of an observed field or an operation range. The expansion positioning destroying device further comprises a self-destroying strip 46, a screw rod front dome 48 for arranging the self-destroying strip 46 is arranged on the positioning seat 42 and is positioned in front of the screw rod 43, the root part of the screw rod 43 is provided with a screw rod front dome 48, the top part of the screw rod 43 is provided with a push handle 45, the screw rod 43 and the self-destroying strip 46 are penetrated through a handle hole 40, the screw rod 43 is continuously penetrated through a handle hole, the positioning seat 42 is arranged in the handle hole 40 and the inclined pad 41, and at least one of the self-destroying strip and the screw rod has elasticity.
Continuing to refer to fig. 8 and 10, the self-destruction strip 46 is a short, small and slightly forward inclined strip, is located above the positioning seat 42, is also an extension of the positioning seat 42, the front surface of the self-destruction strip clings to the front wall of the handle hole 40, the rear surface of the self-destruction strip is provided with a screw rod front dome 48, when the self-destruction strip is applied with the force of the push handle and the screw rod, the belly of the self-destruction strip is extruded by the front wall of the handle hole, and the screw rod is impacted when the positioning seat slips through the lever action of the positioning seat and the inclined pad, so that the root of the self-destruction strip is broken almost simultaneously with the slipping of the positioning seat from the handle hole and the inclined pad, and the self-destruction strip is broken simultaneously with the slipping of the positioning seat, the screw rod is dislocated, the screw rod and the screw cap cannot.
According to a preferred embodiment, the leading end of the self-destructing strip 46 extends forward to form a crown 47, such that the self-destructing strip 46 with the crown 47 looks like a "7" in the transverse direction. According to a preferred embodiment, the handle 36 is further provided with an optional protrusion 50, the protrusion 50 is arranged in front of the handle hole 40, the crown 47 is engaged with the protrusion 50 in front of the handle hole 40 in the middle of the handle 36, and the self-destruction strip 46 with the crown 47 is more easily broken and self-destroyed when being pressed by the front wall of the handle hole 40.
With continued reference to FIG. 6, according to a preferred embodiment, the upper and lower wings 31, 32 are in a closed position prior to clinical use, and when clinical use is initiated, the physician places the vaginal speculum in the vagina with the upper and lower wings 31, 32 still in the closed position, at which time the self-destructive strip 46 is seen intact.
With continued reference to fig. 7, when the doctor presses the pressing handle 35 in clinical use, the upper wing 31 and the lower wing 32 are expanded to the required visual field, the screw cap 44 is turned into the screw 43 for fixation, and the doctor starts to diagnose or perform an operation, wherein the self-destruction strip 46 is still intact.
With continued reference to fig. 8, and in accordance with a preferred embodiment, upon completion of the clinical examination or procedure, the physician removes the expander, withdraws the nut back to the closed position of the upper and lower wings and presses down (pushes it slightly forward) the push handle 45 or nut 44, whereupon the self-destruct strip 46 is pressed against the front wall of the handle aperture 40 by the pushing and resilient action of the screw 43 and its root is immediately broken and irreparable.
With reference to fig. 9, the middle of the handle 36 is provided with a double-layer handle hole 40, the bottom layer is larger than the upper layer, the rear end of the bottom of the hole is provided with a cushion 41, the design of the detail is emphasized, on one hand, the bottom layer has a larger space than the upper layer, according to a preferred embodiment, the bottom layer of the handle hole is designed into a treasured gourd shape, or other polygonal shapes, and the positioning seat 42 corresponding to the shape of the bottom layer of the handle hole is firmly installed in the handle hole 40, thereby ensuring the safety and reliability of clinical use. On the other hand, the design of the upper layer and the lower layer can reduce the whole thickness of the positioning seat 42, and the design of the positioning seat 42 with thick front and thin back enables the positioning seat 42 to be more easily slipped from the handle hole 40 and the inclined pad 41 to be self-destroyed under the action of forward pushing force of the pushing handle, the transmission of the screw rod 43 and the lever action of the inclined pad 41, so the positioning seat can be used only once, and the purpose of avoiding cross infection of iatrogenic diseases is achieved.
With continued reference to fig. 9, according to a preferred embodiment, the shaft pin 34 has two large ends, a small middle part, a solid middle lower part, and a full elasticity due to the split at the middle upper part, and the diameter of the edge of the split is slightly larger than that of the split, and the whole body is dumbbell-like, and the vaginal dilator with the dumbbell-like shaft pin 34 has the advantages of easy installation, easy and convenient rotation during clinical use, flexibility and freedom, and improved work efficiency of doctors.
Example 3
Operation type and examination type self-destruction vaginal dilator
Referring first to fig. 11, the vaginal dilator of this embodiment comprises an upper wing 51 and a handle 55 integrally formed with the upper wing 51 and extending rearward along one end of the upper wing, a lower wing 52 and a grip 56 integrally formed with the lower wing 52 and extending rearward, wherein both sides of the rear ends of the upper wing 51 and the lower wing 52 are respectively connected by a shaft hole (not shown) and a shaft pin 54 to form a viewing port 69 between the upper and lower wings, so that the upper wing 51 and the lower wing 52 can be opened and closed by controlling the handle 55. The handle 55 is provided with a handle hole 59 and a positioning buckle 68, and the positioning buckle 68 is arranged at the tail end of the handle hole 59. The handle 56 is provided with a handle hole 60 and an inclined pad 61, and is arranged at the same side position of the handle 55, and the inclined pad 61 is arranged at the tail end of the handle hole 60.
Referring to fig. 11-14, the vaginal dilator of this embodiment includes a dilation positioning and destroying device, which is a hook-and-loop positioning and self-destroying device, and combines the dilation fixing and positioning functions of the fixed upper wing 51 and the lower wing 52 in the open state and the self-destroying function of the self-destroying device immediately after use. The expansion positioning and destroying device comprises an expansion positioning device which comprises a positioning seat 62 arranged in a handle hole 60 and an inclined pad 61 and an arc-shaped positioning rod 63 extending upwards, wherein the upper end of the rod is provided with a push handle 65, the back of the rod is provided with a positioning hook 64 which is meshed with a positioning buckle 68 at the tail end of a handle hole 59, and a doctor can adjust and fix the expansion positioning and destroying device according to the size of an observed field or an operation range. Referring to fig. 13-14, the expanding positioning and destroying device further comprises a self-destroying strip 66 on the positioning seat 62 and in front of the positioning rod 63. The positioning rod 63 and the self-destruction strip 66 penetrate through the handle hole 60 beside the outer side of the middle of the handle, the positioning rod 63 continuously penetrates through the handle hole 59, the positioning seat 62 is installed in the handle hole 60 and the inclined pad 61, at least one of the self-destruction strip 66 and the positioning rod 63 has elasticity, a doctor pushes the push handle 65 down simultaneously after using, the self-destruction strip 66 can be broken, the positioning seat 62 can be slipped, and the positioning rod 63 loses the function of fixing with the positioning buckle 68.
Typically, the examination vaginal dilator, with the handle and dilation positioning and disrupting means disposed on the right, as shown in FIGS. 11-13; the operation type vaginal dilator, the pressing handle and the dilation positioning and destroying device are arranged on the left side (only the position difference of the left side and the right side exists between the structure shown in figures 11-13, and the structure is shown in figures 33-34). For the examination type and the operation type vaginal dilator, the upper wing and the lower wing with different shapes are designed according to the use requirement, for example, the examination type upper wing and the lower wing are long and narrow, the shape is like a duck bill, the operation type upper wing and the lower wing are short and wide, and the shape is like a bird's beak. Because the expansion positioning destroying device is designed on one side of the handle (the pressing handle 55 and the holding handle 56), the design ensures that the visual field and the space of the whole expander are enlarged, the opening angle of the upper wing and the lower wing can reach more than 40 degrees during expansion, thereby being very beneficial to various examinations and operations of obstetrics and gynecology, meeting the requirements of clinical examination and clinical operations, being beneficial to fully exposing the vagina and the cervix, simultaneously being beneficial to protecting the vaginal orifice from over-expansion, being more beneficial to diagnosis and treatment and operation in clinical use, and being safer and more effective.
According to a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 14, the self-destructive strip 66 is a short, small, overall slightly forward-inclined strip, which, like the positioning rod 63, is an upward extension of the positioning seat 62, and is located above the positioning seat 62, with the front side abutting against the front wall of the handle hole 60 and the rear side being the positioning rod 63.
On one hand, the positioning seat 62 is more firmly fixed in the handle hole 60 due to the front and back tension of the self-destruction strip 66 and the positioning rod 63; on the other hand, when the self-destruction strip 66 is applied with force by the push handle 65 and the positioning rod 63, the belly of the self-destruction strip is extruded by the front wall of the handle hole 60, and the impact when the positioning rod 63 slides off due to the lever action of the positioning seat 62 and the inclined pad 61 causes the root of the self-destruction strip 66 to be immediately broken, so that the breakage of the self-destruction strip 66 is almost carried out simultaneously with the sliding of the positioning seat 62 from the handle hole 60 and the inclined pad 61, the positioning rod 63 is dislocated due to the sliding of the positioning seat 62, the positioning rod 63 and the positioning buckle 68 cannot be meshed, expanded and positioned, which all happen and completed in a moment, and the root of the self-destruction strip 66 is broken, so that the self-destruction strip 66 is still connected with the positioning seat 62 and cannot fall; the positioning rod 63 is always connected with the positioning seat 62 after being out of position and cannot fall down independently, so that the whole dilator is still used when a doctor takes out the dilator, and the operation is time-saving and labor-saving, simple, practical, safe and effective.
According to a preferred embodiment, the head end of the self-destructive strip 66 extends forward to form a crown 67, such that the self-destructive strip 66 with the crown 67 resembles a transverse "7". According to a preferred embodiment, the handle 56 is optionally provided with a protrusion 70, the protrusion 70 is arranged in front of the handle hole 60, the crown 67 is engaged with the protrusion 70 in front of the handle hole 60 in the middle of the side edge of the handle 56, and the self-destruction strip 66 with the crown 67 is more easily broken and self-destroyed by being pressed by the front wall of the handle hole 60. And when the self-destruction strip 66 with the crown 67 is extruded and broken, the self-destruction strip still breaks at the root, so that the operation is time-saving and labor-saving, simple and convenient, safe and effective.
Although the surgical dilator and the examination dilator are arranged at different positions (specifically, the surgical dilator is arranged at the left side, and the examination dilator is arranged at the right side), the operation process of the surgical dilator and the examination dilator is basically the same as that of the examination dilator, and the operation process is described below with reference to fig. 11-13. With continued reference to FIG. 11, according to a preferred embodiment, the upper and lower wings 51, 52 are in a closed position prior to clinical use, and when clinical use is initiated, the physician places the vaginal dilator into the vagina with the upper and lower wings 51, 52 still in a closed position, at which time the self-destructive strip 66 is seen intact. With continued reference to fig. 11-12, in clinical use, the physician presses down on the handle 55, the upper and lower wings 51, 52 are expanded to the desired field of view, the positioning fastener 68 is engaged and secured in the positioning hook 64, and the physician begins examination, diagnosis or operation while the self-destructive strip 66 is intact. Referring to fig. 13, according to a preferred embodiment, when the clinical examination or operation is completed, the doctor presses down the push handle 65, and the positioning rod advances to press the self-destruction strip 66 against the front wall of the handle hole 60 due to the pushing force and the elastic effect of the positioning rod, and the root of the self-destruction strip is immediately broken and cannot be restored.
In accordance with a preferred embodiment, and with continued reference to FIG. 11, the handle 56 has a double-layered handle aperture 60 in the side of the middle portion, the bottom layer being larger than the top layer, and a beveled pad 61 at the rear end of the bottom of the aperture, all of which are designed with particular emphasis on the design, so that the bottom layer has more space than the top layer. According to a preferred embodiment, the bottom layer of the handle hole 60 is designed to be in a treasured gourd shape, and the locating seat 62 in the treasured gourd shape corresponding to the shape of the bottom layer is firmly installed in the handle hole 60, so that the safety and the reliability of clinical use are guaranteed. Referring first to fig. 15 and 17, the vaginal dilator of this embodiment comprises an upper wing 71 and a handle 75 integrally formed with the upper wing 71 and extending rearward along one end of the upper wing, a lower wing 72 and a grip 76 integrally formed with the lower wing 72 and extending rearward, both sides of the rear ends of the upper wing 71 and the lower wing 72 are respectively connected to a shaft pin 74 through shaft holes (not shown) and form a viewing port 89 between the upper and lower wings, so that the upper and lower wings can be opened and closed by controlling the handle 75. The pressing handle 75 is provided with a pressing handle hole 79. The handle 76 is provided with a handle hole 80 and a tilting pad 81, the tilting pad 81 being at the end of the handle hole 80.
Referring to fig. 15-16 and 18, the vaginal dilator of this embodiment includes a dilation positioning and destroying device, which is a spiral positioning and destroying device, and combines the dilation positioning function for fixing the opened state of the upper wing 71 and the lower wing 72 and the destroying function that can be destroyed after use. Referring to fig. 17, the expanding, positioning and destroying device further includes a self-destroying strip 86, a screw front dome 88 for placing the self-destroying strip 86 is arranged on the positioning seat 82 in front of the screw 83, a push handle 85 is arranged on the top of the screw, the screw 83 and the self-destroying strip 86 are inserted into the handle hole 80, the screw 83 is further inserted into the handle hole 79, the positioning seat 82 is arranged in the handle hole 80 and the inclined pad 81, at least one of the self-destroying strip 86 and the screw 83 should have elasticity, after the dilator is taken out after use, the doctor pushes the push handle 85 or the nut 84, the self-destroying strip 86 can be broken, the positioning seat 82 can be slipped, the screw 83 loses the positioning function of the positioning seat 82 and loses the function of being tightly matched with the nut 84 and can not be fixed.
Typically, the examination vaginal dilator, with the handle and dilation positioning and disrupting means disposed on the right, as shown in FIGS. 15-17; the surgical vaginal dilator, the handle and the dilation positioning and destroying device are arranged on the left side (only the left and right positions are different from the structure shown in fig. 15-17, as shown in fig. 35). According to a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 18, the self-destruct strip 86 is a short, small, generally slightly forward-inclined strip, which, like the screw 83, is an upward extension of the positioning socket 82, above the positioning socket 82, with the front abutting the front wall of the handle bore 80 and the rear being a screw forward dome 88. When the self-destruction strip is broken, the self-destruction strip and the nut can not be twisted, expanded and positioned inevitably due to the slippage of the positioning seat and the dislocation of the screw rod, all the self-destruction strip and the nut are generated and completed in a moment, so the operation is very time-saving and labor-saving, simple, practical, safe and effective.

According to a preferred embodiment, the leading end of the self-destructing strip 86 extends forward to form a crown 87, such that the self-destructing strip 86 with the crown 87 resembles a transverse "7". According to a preferred embodiment, the handle 76 is further optionally provided with a convex protrusion 90, the convex protrusion 90 is arranged in front of the handle hole 80, the crown 87 is buckled with the convex protrusion 90 in front of the handle hole 80 in the middle of the side edge of the handle 76, the self-destruction strip 86 with the crown 87 is more easily broken and self-destroyed when being pressed by the front wall of the handle hole 80, and when the self-destruction strip 86 with the crown 87 is broken by pressing, the self-destruction strip is still broken at the root, so that the operation is also time-saving, labor-saving, simple, convenient, safe and effective.

According to a preferred embodiment, and with continued reference to FIG. 15, the handle 76 has a double-layered handle aperture 80 in the side of the middle, the bottom layer being larger than the top layer, and a tapered pad 81 at the rear end of the bottom of the aperture, with details being emphasized, on the one hand, to allow more space for the bottom layer than the top layer. According to an embodiment of the invention, the bottom layer of the handle hole 80 is designed to be in a treasured gourd shape, and the locating seat 82 in the treasured gourd shape corresponding to the shape of the bottom layer is firmly installed in the handle hole 80, so that the safety and the reliability of clinical use are guaranteed. Self-destruction disposable vaginal dilator
Referring to fig. 19 and 22, the self-destructive disposable vaginal dilator of the present embodiment has a structure substantially the same as the vaginal speculum of embodiment 1, and also includes an upper dilator plate and a lower dilator plate, the upper dilator plate includes an upper wing 1 and a handle 5 which is integrated with the upper wing 1, extends from the rear end of the upper wing in the left and right circular arc shapes, and continues to extend downward after being integrated at the midpoint; the lower expansion piece comprises a lower wing 2 and a grip 6 integral with the lower wing 2 and extending downward in the central position. The two sides of the rear ends of the upper wing 1 and the lower wing 2 are respectively connected with the shaft pin 4 through the shaft hole 3 and form a visual field opening 19 between the upper wing and the lower wing, so that the upper wing and the lower wing can be opened and closed through the control press handle 5. The press handle 5 is provided with a press handle hole 9 and a positioning buckle 18, and the positioning buckle 18 is arranged at the tail end of the press handle hole 9. The handle 6 is provided with a handle hole 10 and an inclined pad 11, and the inclined pad 11 is arranged at the tail end of the handle hole 10.
Referring to fig. 20-21 and 5, the vaginal dilator comprises a dilation positioning destroying device, which is a hook-and-loop positioning self-destroying device, and skillfully combines the dilation positioning function for fixing the open state of the upper wing 1 and the lower wing 2 and the self-destroying function which can be self-destroyed immediately after use. The expansion positioning destroying device comprises an expansion positioning device which comprises a positioning seat 12 arranged in a handle hole 10 and an inclined pad 11 and an arc positioning rod 13 extending upwards, wherein the upper end of the rod is provided with a push handle 15, the back of the rod is provided with a positioning hook 14 which can be meshed with a positioning buckle 18 at the tail end of a handle hole 9, and a doctor can quickly adjust and fix the expansion positioning destroying device according to the size of an observed field or an operation range. The expanding positioning destroying device further comprises a self-destroying strip 16 which is arranged on the positioning seat 12 and is positioned in front of the positioning rod 13. The locating rod 13 and the self-destruction strip 16 are penetrated through the handle hole 10, the locating seat 12 is arranged in the handle hole 10 and the cushion 11, and at least one of the self-destruction strip 16 and the locating rod 13 has elasticity.
The self-destruction disposable vaginal dilator of the embodiment has a structure different from that of the vaginal speculum of the embodiment 1 in that the vaginal dilator of the embodiment further comprises a self-destruction expansion device which comprises a sheet 7 arranged on the press handle 5 and a poking strip 8 arranged on the grab handle 6, has a self-destruction expansion function which can be destroyed during expansion, and can automatically puncture the sheet to achieve the self-destruction purpose in the operation process.
According to a preferred embodiment, with continued reference to figures 19-21 and 5, the self-destructive strip 16 is a short, small, overall slightly forward-inclined strip, located above the positioning socket 12, which is also an extension of the positioning socket 12, with the front face abutting against the front wall of the grip hole 10 and the rear face being the positioning stem 13. According to a preferred embodiment, the head end of the self-destructive strip 16 extends forward to form a crown 17, so that the self-destructive strip 16 with the crown 17 looks like a "7" in the transverse direction. According to a preferred embodiment, the handle 6 is optionally provided with a convex protrusion 20, the convex protrusion 20 is arranged in front of the handle hole 10, the crown 17 is buckled with the convex protrusion 20 in front of the handle hole 10 in the middle of the handle 6, and the self-destruction strip 16 with the crown 17 is more easily broken and self-destroyed when being pressed by the front wall of the handle hole 10. With continued reference to FIG. 19, according to a preferred embodiment, prior to clinical use, the upper and lower wings 1, 2 are in a closed position, and at the beginning of clinical use, the physician places the vaginal speculum into the vagina, with the upper and lower wings 1, 2 still in a closed position, where the self-destructive strip 16 is seen intact, and the sheet 7 of the expandable self-destructive device on the handle 5 is also intact, both in their normal position.
With continued reference to fig. 20, when in clinical use, the doctor presses down the press handle 5, the upper wing 1 and the lower wing 2 are expanded to the required visual field, the positioning hook 14 enters the positioning buckle 18 and is engaged with the positioning buckle to fix the upper wing 1 and the lower wing 2, the doctor starts to inspect, diagnose or perform an operation, and the self-destruction strip 16 is still intact; the poking strip 8 on the grab handle 6 can simultaneously puncture the sheet 7 on the press handle 5 corresponding to the position of the poking strip 8, and the self-destruction device is expanded to realize automatic destruction and can not be restored.
With continued reference to FIG. 21, in accordance with a preferred embodiment, when the clinical examination or surgery is completed, the physician pushes the push handle 15 forward slightly, and due to the pushing force and the elastic action of the positioning rod, the positioning rod advances to press the self-destruction strip 16 against the front wall of the handle hole 10, and the root thereof is immediately broken and cannot be restored.
According to a preferred embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 22, the grip 6 is provided with a double grip hole 10 in the middle, the bottom layer being larger than the upper layer, and with a cushion 11 at the rear end of the bottom of the hole, the design being emphasized in detail, on the one hand, allowing more space for the bottom layer than the upper layer.

Referring to fig. 23 and 26, the instant disposable vaginal dilator of the present embodiment has a structure substantially the same as the vaginal speculum of embodiment 2, i.e., the instant disposable vaginal dilator also includes an upper dilator sheet and a lower dilator sheet, the upper dilator sheet includes an upper wing 31 and a pressing handle 35 which is integrated with the upper wing 31, extends from the rear end of the upper wing in the left and right circular arc shapes, and continues to extend downward after being integrated at the center; the lower expansion flap includes a lower wing 32 and a handle 36 integral with the lower wing 32 and extending downwardly in a central position. The two sides of the rear ends of the upper wing 31 and the lower wing 32 are respectively connected with the shaft pin 34 through the shaft hole 33 and form a visual field opening 49 between the upper wing and the lower wing, so that the upper wing and the lower wing can be opened and closed through the control press handle 35. As shown in fig. 26, the press handle 35 is provided with a press handle hole 39. The grip 36 has a grip hole 40 and a tapered pad 41, the tapered pad 41 being located at the end of the grip hole 40.
Referring to fig. 23-26 and 10, the vaginal dilator of this embodiment includes a dilation positioning destroying device, which is a spiral positioning instant destroying device, and skillfully combines the dilation positioning function for fixing the opened state of the upper wing 31 and the lower wing 32 and the destroying function that can be destroyed after use. The expansion positioning destroying device further comprises a self-destroying strip 46, a screw rod front dome 48 for arranging the self-destroying strip 46 is arranged on the positioning seat 42 and is positioned in front of the screw rod 43, the root part of the screw rod 43 is provided with a screw rod front dome 48, the top part of the screw rod 43 is provided with a push handle 45, the screw rod 43 and the self-destroying strip 46 are penetrated through a handle hole 40, the screw rod 43 is continuously penetrated through a handle hole, the positioning seat 42 is arranged in the handle hole 40 and the inclined pad 41, and at least one of the self-destroying strip 46 and the screw rod 43 has elasticity.
The structure of the vaginal dilator of the present embodiment is different from that of the vaginal dilator of embodiment 2 in that the vaginal dilator of the present embodiment further includes a dilation self-destruction device, which includes a thin sheet 37 arranged on the press handle 35 and a poking strip 38 arranged on the grip 36, and has a dilation self-destruction function that can be destroyed when dilating, and in the operation process, the poking strip can automatically puncture the thin sheet to achieve the self-destruction purpose.

With continued reference to fig. 24, when the doctor presses the handle 35 in clinical use, the upper wing 31 and the lower wing 32 are expanded to the required visual field, the screw cap 44 is turned into the screw 43 for fixation, and the doctor starts to examine, diagnose or perform an operation, and the self-destruction strip 46 is still intact. The seal 38 on the handle 36 will simultaneously puncture the thin sheet 37 on the handle 35 corresponding to the position of the seal 38, and the self-destruction device will expand to achieve self-destruction and non-recovery.
With continued reference to FIG. 25, and in accordance with a preferred embodiment, upon completion of the clinical examination or procedure, the physician removes the expander, withdraws the nut back to the closed upper and lower wing positions and depresses the push handle 45 or nut 44, with the thrust and resiliency of the screw 43, the screw 43 and forward dome 48 causing the self-destruct strip 46 to be pressed against the forward wall of the handle aperture 40, with the root portion of the strip immediately broken and irreparable.
According to a preferred embodiment, and with continued reference to fig. 26, the handle 36 has a double-layered handle hole 40 in the middle, the bottom layer being larger than the top layer, and a tapered pad 41 at the rear end of the bottom of the hole, which is designed with particular emphasis on the space available on the bottom layer being larger than the top layer.

The handle 55 is provided with a handle hole 59 and a positioning buckle 68, and the positioning buckle 68 is arranged at the tail end of the handle hole 59. The handle 56 is provided with a handle hole 60 and an inclined pad 61, and is arranged at the same side position of the handle 55, and the inclined pad 61 is arranged at the tail end of the handle hole 60.
Referring to fig. 27-29 and 14, the vaginal dilator of this embodiment includes a dilation positioning and destroying device, which is a hook-and-loop positioning and self-destroying device, and combines the dilation positioning function for fixing the opened state of the upper wing 51 and the lower wing 52 and the self-destroying function of self-destroying after use. The expansion positioning and destroying device comprises a positioning seat 62 arranged in a handle hole 60 and an inclined pad 61, and an arc positioning rod 63 extending upwards, wherein the upper end of the rod is provided with a push handle 65, the back of the rod is provided with a positioning hook 64 which is meshed with a positioning buckle 68 at the tail end of a handle hole 59, and a doctor can expand, adjust and fix according to the size of the examined field or the operation range.
The structure of the vaginal dilator of the present embodiment is different from that of the vaginal dilator of embodiment 3 in that the vaginal dilator of the present embodiment further includes a dilation self-destruction device, which includes a thin sheet 57 disposed on the handle 55 and a poking strip 58 disposed on the grip 56, and has a dilation self-destruction function that can be destroyed when dilating, and the poking strip 58 on the grip 56 punctures the thin sheet 57 on the handle 55 immediately to destroy itself during dilation.
Referring to fig. 29 and 14, the expanding positioning and destroying device further comprises a self-destroying strip 66 on the positioning seat 62 and in front of the positioning rod 63. The self-destruction strip 66 is a strip which is short, small and slightly inclined forwards as a whole, is also an upward extending body of the positioning seat 62 like the positioning rod 63, is positioned above the positioning seat 62, is close to the front wall of the handle hole 60 in front, is provided with the positioning rod 63 at the back, is provided with a positioning hook 64 which can be meshed with a positioning buckle 68 at the tail end of the handle hole 59 at the back, penetrates the handle hole 60 beside the middle part of the handle on the positioning rod 63 and the self-destruction strip 66, continuously penetrates the handle hole 59 on the positioning rod 63, and installs the positioning seat 62 in the handle hole 60 and the inclined pad 61, at least one of the self-destruction strip 66 and the positioning rod 63 has elasticity, and the positioning seat 62 is more firmly fixed in the bottom layer of the handle hole 60 due to the front and back tension of the self-destruction strip 66.
When the doctor pushes down the push handle 65 after using, the self-destruction strip 66 is applied with force by the push handle 65 and the positioning rod 63, the root of the abdomen is instantly fractured by the extrusion of the front wall of the handle hole 60, and the root of the self-destruction strip 66 is instantly fractured by the impact force when the positioning seat 62 slides off caused by the lever action of the positioning rod 63 through the positioning seat 62 and the inclined pad 61, the fracture of the self-destruction strip 66 is almost simultaneously performed with the sliding of the positioning seat 62 from the handle hole 60 and the inclined pad 61, due to the slipping of the positioning seat 62 and the dislocation of the positioning rod 63, the positioning hook 64 can not be engaged with the positioning buckle 68 to expand and be positioned any more, which all happen and finished in a moment, moreover, the first broken part of the self-destruction strip 66 is at the root part and is shaped like a 'fracture', so that even if the self-destruction strip 66 is broken, the self-destruction strip still is connected with the positioning seat 62 and cannot fall down independently; the positioning rod 63 is still connected with the positioning seat 62 after being out of position and cannot fall down independently, so that the dilator is still a whole dilator when a doctor takes out the dilator just like a disposable vaginal dilator without a dilation positioning and shape destroying device, and the dilator is simple and labor-saving in operation, convenient, practical, safe and effective.
Referring to fig. 27, 29 and 14, according to a preferred embodiment, the head end of the self-destructive strip 66 extends forward to form a crown 67, so that the self-destructive strip 66 with the crown 67 is shaped like a "7" in the transverse direction. According to a preferred embodiment, the handle 56 is optionally provided with a protrusion 70, the protrusion 70 is arranged in front of the handle hole 60, the crown 67 is just engaged with the protrusion 70 in front of the handle hole 60 at the middle of the side edge of the handle 56, and the self-destruction strip 66 with the crown 67 is more easily broken and self-destroyed by being pressed by the front wall of the handle hole 60. And when the self-destruction strip 66 with the crown 67 is extruded and broken, the fracture is still at the root, so the operation is time-saving and labor-saving, simple and convenient, safe and effective.
Generally, the examination type vaginal dilator is provided with a handle, a dilation self-destruction device and a dilation positioning destruction device on the right side, as shown in fig. 27-29; the operation type vaginal dilator is provided with a pressing handle, a dilation self-destruction device and a dilation positioning destruction device on the left side (not shown in the figure, only has left and right position difference compared with the structure shown in figures 27-29, and is similar to the structure shown in figures 33-34, except that the structure comprises a thin sheet and a poking strip). For the examination type and the operation type vaginal dilator, the upper wing and the lower wing with different shapes are designed according to the use requirement, for example, the examination type upper wing and the lower wing are long and narrow, the shape is like a duck bill, the operation type upper wing and the lower wing are short and wide, and the shape is like a bird's beak. Because the expansion positioning destroying device is designed on one side of the handle (the pressing handle 55 and the holding handle 56), as mentioned above, the operation type expansion positioning destroying device is designed on the left side of the handle, and the examination type is designed on the right side of the handle, the design enlarges the visual field and space of the whole dilator, and is more beneficial to the operation of doctors, the opening angle of the upper wing and the lower wing can reach more than 40 degrees during the expansion, thereby being very beneficial to various examinations and operations of obstetrics and gynecology department, fully exposing the vagina and the cervix, simultaneously being beneficial to protecting the vaginal orifice from over-expansion, being more beneficial to diagnosis and operation in clinical use, and being safer and more effective.
Although the surgical dilator and the examination dilator are arranged at different positions (specifically, the surgical dilator is arranged at the left side, and the examination dilator is arranged at the right side), the operation of the surgical dilator and the operation of the examination dilator are basically the same as the operation of the examination dilator, and the operation process is described below with reference to fig. 14, 27-29. With continued reference to fig. 27 and 14, according to a preferred embodiment, the upper and lower wings 51, 52 are in a closed position prior to clinical use, and when the physician places the vaginal dilator into the vagina at the beginning of clinical use, with the upper and lower wings 51, 52 still in a closed position, it can be seen that the self-destructive strip 66 is intact, and the tab 57 of the dilating self-destructive device on the handle 55 is also intact, and they are in their normal position. With continued reference to fig. 27-28 and 14, in clinical use, the physician presses down on the handle 55, the upper and lower wings 51, 52 are expanded to the desired field of view, the positioning fastener 68 is engaged and secured in the positioning hook 64, and the physician begins examination, diagnosis or operation with the self-destructive strip 66 intact. The seal 57 on the handle 55 is torn immediately by the seal 58 on the handle 56 during expansion and self-destructs. Referring to fig. 29, according to a preferred embodiment, when the clinical examination or operation is completed, the doctor presses down the push handle 65, and the positioning rod advances forward to press the self-destruction strip 66 against the front wall of the handle hole 60, which protrudes slightly backward from the middle of the upper layer thereof, and the root portion thereof is immediately broken and cannot be restored.
According to a preferred embodiment, a double-layer handle hole 60 is arranged at the position corresponding to the handle hole beside the outer side of the middle part of the handle 56, the bottom layer is larger than the upper layer, an inclined pad 61 is arranged at the rear end of the bottom of the hole, and the design emphasizes the connection details, so that on one hand, the bottom layer has larger space than the upper layer, according to one embodiment of the invention, the bottom layer of the handle hole 60 is designed into a jewel shape, and a positioning seat 62 of the jewel shape matched with the shape of the bottom layer can be firmly installed in the bottom layer of the handle hole 60, thereby being beautiful and practical, and ensuring safe and reliable clinical use.
On the other hand, the overall thickness of the positioning seat 62 can be reduced by the upper layer and the lower layer, and the positioning seat 62 is thick in the front and thin in the back, so that the positioning seat 62 is more easily slipped from the handle hole 60 and the inclined pad 61 under the action of pushing forward of the pushing handle, the positioning rod 63 is dislocated, the positioning rod 63 is separated from the positioning buckle 68 and cannot be tightly engaged with the positioning buckle, the expansion and positioning functions are lost, the three layers are self-destroyed and cannot be restored to realize one-time use, and the purpose of avoiding cross infection of iatrogenic diseases is achieved.

Operation type and examination type instant-destroyed vaginal dilator
Referring first to fig. 30-32, the structure of the vaginal dilator of this embodiment is substantially the same as that of the vaginal dilator of embodiment 4, and the lateral spiral disposable vaginal dilator also comprises an upper wing 71 and a pressing handle 75 which is integrated with the upper wing 71 and extends backwards along one lateral end of the upper wing, a lower wing 72 and a holding handle 76 which is integrated with the lower wing 72 and extends backwards, and both sides of the rear end of the upper wing 71 and the lower wing 72 are respectively connected by a pin 74 and form a visual port 89 between the upper wing and the lower wing, so that the upper wing 71 and the lower wing 72 can be opened and closed by controlling the pressing handle 75. The pressing handle 75 is provided with a pressing handle hole 79. The handle 76 is provided with a handle hole 80 and a tilting pad 81, the tilting pad 81 being at the end of the handle hole 80.
The vaginal dilator of the embodiment comprises a dilation positioning destroying device which is a spiral positioning destroying device and completely and skillfully combines the dilation positioning function for fixing the opening state of the upper wing 71 and the lower wing 72 and the destroying function which can be destroyed after use. The expanding, positioning and destroying device comprises an expanding and positioning device which comprises a positioning seat 82 arranged in a handle hole 80 and an inclined pad 81, wherein the positioning seat 82 extends upwards to form a screw 83, the screw 83 with threads is matched with a nut 84, and a doctor can expand, adjust and fix according to the size of an observed field or an operation range. Referring to fig. 32, the expanding positioning destroying device further comprises a self-destroying strip 86, a screw front dome 88 for placing the self-destroying strip 86 is arranged at the lower part of the screw on the positioning seat 82 and in front of the screw 83, and a push handle 85 is arranged at the top of the screw.
The structure of the vaginal dilator of the present embodiment is different from that of the vaginal dilator of embodiment 4 in that the vaginal dilator of the present embodiment further includes a dilation self-destruction device, which includes a thin sheet 77 disposed on the handle 75 and a stamp strip 78 disposed on the grip 76, and has a dilation self-destruction function that can be destroyed when dilating. While the dilator is expanded, the poking strip 78 arranged on the holding handle 76 will inevitably puncture the sheet 77 on the pressing handle 75, the self-destruction device is self-destroyed, and the dilator is known to be used clinically and not to be used for a second time at a glance.

When the doctor takes out the dilator after use and pushes down the push handle 85, the self-destruction strip 86 is applied with force by the push handle 85 and the screw 83, the root of the self-destruction strip 86 is fractured immediately when the abdomen of the self-destruction strip is extruded by the front wall of the grab handle hole 80, and the root of the self-destruction strip 86 is fractured immediately when the screw 83 is subjected to the lever action of the positioning seat 82 and the inclined pad 81 to cause the impact force when the positioning seat 82 slips, the fracture of the self-destruction strip 86 is almost simultaneously performed with the sliding of the positioning socket 82 from the handle hole 80 and the inclined pad 81, due to the slipping of the positioning seat 82 and the dislocation of the screw 83, the screw 83 can not be screwed with the nut 84 to expand and position, which all happen and finished in a moment, moreover, the fracture part of the self-destruction strip 86 is almost at the root part and is similar to the shape of fracture, so that the self-destruction strip 86 is still connected with the positioning seat 82 and cannot fall down independently even though the self-destruction strip 86 is fractured; the screw 83 is still connected with the positioning seat 82 after being out of position and cannot fall down independently, so that the operation is simple and labor-saving, and the device is convenient, practical, safe and effective.
Referring to fig. 32 and 18, according to a preferred embodiment, the head end of the self-destructive strip 86 extends forward to form a crown 87, so that the self-destructive strip 86 with the crown 87 looks like a "7" shape in the transverse direction. According to a preferred embodiment, the handle 76 is also optionally provided with a convex protrusion 90, the convex protrusion 90 is arranged in front of the handle hole 80, the crown 87 is just overlapped with the convex protrusion 90 in front of the handle hole 80 in the middle of the side edge of the handle 76, the self-destruction strip 86 with the crown 87 is more easily broken and self-destroyed when being pressed by the front wall of the handle hole 80, and when the self-destruction strip 86 with the crown 87 is broken by pressing, the fracture is still at the root, so the operation is also time-saving, labor-saving, simple, convenient, safe and effective.
Generally, the examination type vaginal dilator is provided with a handle, a dilation self-destruction device and a dilation positioning destruction device on the right side, as shown in fig. 30-32; the operation type vaginal dilator is provided with a pressing handle, a dilation self-destruction device and a dilation positioning destruction device on the left side (not shown, only has left and right position difference compared with the structure shown in figures 30-32, and is similar to the structure shown in figure 35, but the difference is that the structure comprises a thin sheet and a poking strip). Although the surgical dilator and the examination dilator are arranged at different positions (specifically, the surgical dilator is arranged at the left side, and the examination dilator is arranged at the right side), the operation process of the surgical dilator and the examination dilator is basically the same as that of the examination dilator, and the operation process is described below with reference to fig. 18 and 30-32. With continued reference to fig. 30 and 18, according to a preferred embodiment, prior to clinical use, the upper and lower wings 71, 72 are in a closed position, and at the beginning of clinical use, the physician places the dilator in the vagina, with the upper and lower wings 71, 72 still in a closed position, with the self-destructive strip 86 visible intact, and the thin section 77 of the dilating self-destructive device on the handle 75 also intact, all in their normal position. With continued reference to fig. 30-31 and 18, in clinical use, the physician presses down on the handle 75, the upper wing 71 and the lower wing 72 are expanded to the desired field of view, the nut 84 is rotated into the screw 83 and secured, and the physician begins examination, diagnosis or surgery while the self-destruction strip 86 is still intact. The poke strip 78 on the handle 76 will simultaneously puncture the thin sheet 77 on the handle 75 corresponding to the position of the poke strip 78, and the self-destruction device will expand to realize automatic destruction and no recovery. Referring to fig. 32, according to a preferred embodiment, after the clinical examination or operation is completed, the doctor takes out the dilator, withdraws the nut 84 back to close the upper and lower wings, and pushes down the push handle 85, and the self-destruction strip 86 is pressed by the front wall slightly protruding backwards from the middle of the upper layer of the handle hole 80 due to the pushing force and the elastic force of the screw 83, and the root of the self-destruction strip is immediately fractured and can not be restored.
According to a preferred embodiment, please continue to refer to fig. 30, a double-layer handle hole 80 is formed at a position corresponding to the handle hole 79 near the outer side of the middle portion of the handle 76, the bottom layer is larger than the upper layer, and a cushion 81 is formed at the rear end of the bottom of the hole, which is a design of paying attention to the details, so that the bottom layer has a larger space than the upper layer.
On the other hand, the overall thickness of the positioning seat 82 can be reduced by the upper layer and the lower layer, and the positioning seat 82 is thick in the front and thin in the back, so that the positioning seat 82 is easy to slip from the handle hole 80 and the inclined pad 81 and lose the position of the screw 83 under the action of the forward pushing force of the pushing handle 85 through the transmission of the screw 83 and the lever action of the inclined pad 81, and cannot be closely matched and screwed with the screw cap 84, so that the expansion and positioning functions are lost, the three layers are self-destroyed and cannot be restored at the same time, the use is only once realized, and the purpose of avoiding cross infection of iatrogenic diseases is achieved.

A disposable vaginal dilator comprising an upper dilator sheet and a lower dilator sheet, the upper dilator sheet comprising: the upper wing and a press handle connected with the upper wing; the vaginal dilator is characterized by further comprising a dilation, positioning and destroying device which is a hook-and-loop positioning self-destroying device or a spiral positioning instant-destroying device.

The disposable vaginal dilator of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the shaft pins are large at both ends, small in the middle, solid at the middle-lower part, and elastic at the middle-upper part by being provided with a piece, and the edge diameter of the piece is slightly larger than the diameter of the piece, so that the whole vaginal dilator looks like a dumbbell.
10. The disposable vaginal dilator of claim 1, wherein the dilation positioning and disrupting means is further adapted for use with other double, triple, quadruple or multi-winged vaginal dilators.
