Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: when the product is used, the handle is held by hands, the product is placed on a horizontal plane, the extrusion roller is located at the highest point of the slope track, the sliding block is located at the lowest point of the second reset track, and the cleaning brush is located in the sliding groove under the limiting groove. And a proper amount of water is added into the barrel body, so that the floater moves upwards under the buoyancy of the water to drive the sliding block to slide to the highest point of the second reset rail along the second reset rail, the water level in the barrel body is positioned below the water squeezing frame at the moment, and the cleaning brush moves upwards into the limiting groove under the larger buoyancy of the floating part.
The mop rod is held by the hand, the mop head is immersed into the water right above the cleaning brush, the cleaning sponge is completely submerged by the water level, and the cleaning sponge is washed for many times. The mop head is lifted by holding the mop rod by hands, the cleaning sponge is completely abutted against the upper end face of the wringing frame, and the mop rod is pressed down forcibly to drive the wringing frame to move downwards to the limit position. The extrusion roller moves to the inside when the orbital guide effect in slope moves down for extrusion roller fully extrudees with the extrusion circular arc, and the interval of mop head and crowded water frame reduces, and clean sponge is compressed the dehydration, and first extension spring gets into tensile state simultaneously. And in the process that the extrusion roller slides to the lowest point of the slope track, the reset elastic sheet is extruded to move outwards so that the extrusion roller slides to the lowest point of the slope track, and the reset elastic sheet returns to the original position after the extrusion roller passes through. The mop rod is held by the hand to lift, the extrusion roller moves upwards to the limit position along the vertical track, and the cleaning sponge is always in a compressed state in the moving process, namely the cleaning sponge keeps in a squeezing state. When the extrusion roller moves to the highest point of the vertical track, the cleaning sponge completely dehydrates, and under the action of the elastic force of the first tension spring, the extrusion roller returns to the initial position along the first reset track, and the extrusion roller does not extrude the extrusion arc any more. The sponge mop is taken out for use by holding the mop rod by hands.
In the process of squeezing the sponge mop, the water squeezing frame moves downwards, so that the driving rod presses the sliding block downwards, the sliding block slides downwards along the compression track, and the air spring enters a compression state. The sliding block slides into the return track after moving to the lowest point, and the elastic force of the air spring enables the sliding block to abut against the driven baffle plate and the guide sliding head to abut against the end part of the side end of the limiting groove.
The cleaning sponge after using will adhere to more spot and hair, and is very inconvenient to wash, when adopting the staving to wash, immerse the mop head in the aquatic directly over the cleaning brush, the mop head of impressing downwards, cleaning sponge offsets and compresses tightly with the brush hair, and the cleaning brush enters into the sliding tray downwards, and the direction slippery fellow no longer offsets with spacing groove side end tip, and air spring elastic action makes the sliding block slide along replying the track and the cleaning brush slides along the sliding tray simultaneously. The elasticity of the second tension spring is not more than the elasticity of the gas spring, so that the sliding block moves to the lowest point of the second reset track under the action of the elasticity of the gas spring, and the buoyancy force borne by the floater is larger than the friction force between the sliding block and the driven baffle plate, so that the sliding block moves to the highest point along the second reset track and is separated from the driven baffle plate. The cleaning brush moves to the position right below the limiting groove along the sliding groove under the action of the elastic force of the second tension spring, and the brush hair can brush down attached stains of the cleaning sponge in the reciprocating motion of the cleaning brush. After the cleaning is finished, the sponge mop is taken out to be squeezed again, and the cleaning brush moves upwards to enter the limiting groove due to the buoyancy of the floating part.
According to the invention, through the design of the water squeezing assembly, when the water squeezing assembly is pressed downwards, the squeezing part rotates inwards to squeeze the mop head to squeeze the cleaning sponge for dewatering, and simultaneously, when the water squeezing assembly is pressed downwards, the gas spring can slide downwards to enable the driving rod to abut against the driven baffle plate.
According to the invention, through the design of the extrusion track, when the wringing component is pressed down, the wringing component can move downwards along the slope track, so that the extrusion part rotates inwards to extrude the mop head, and further the cleaning sponge is squeezed and dewatered; when the water squeezing assembly is lifted up, the water squeezing assembly can move upwards along the vertical track, the squeezing part keeps the squeezing state of the cleaning sponge, and water in the barrel body cannot be sucked by the cleaning sponge; when the wringing assembly is lifted to the upper end limit position, the squeezing portions are rotated outward so that the wrung sponge mop can be taken out.
According to the invention, through the design of the driving track, when the sliding block moves downwards along the compression track, the air spring can be compressed, and when the sliding block moves horizontally along the return track, the driven baffle can be driven, so that the cleaning brush can horizontally move to clean the cleaning sponge.
The mop has the functions of cleaning and squeezing the mop, and the squeezed water is used for cleaning again, so that the sewage can be conveniently treated in a centralized manner; the cleaning brush capable of cleaning the cleaning sponge is provided, so that stains and hair attached to the cleaning sponge can be removed while the cleaning brush is immersed in the mop, and manual interference is not needed; the wringing component can be positioned below the water level and keep a wringing state, so that the barrel body is relatively low in height, compact in structural design and relatively low in cost.
