in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an electric towel rack control method, including: the electric heating towel support control device receives a user behavior trigger signal; detecting whether a cover exists on the electric towel support after receiving the user behavior trigger signal, wherein the cover comprises: towels, bath towels, and clothing; and if the covering exists, controlling the heating temperature and the heating time of the electric heating towel support according to the outside temperature and humidity information and the temperature and humidity information of the covering to heat the covering, wherein the heating temperature and the heating time of the electric heating towel support change along with the outside temperature and humidity information and the temperature and humidity information of the covering.
By adopting the implementation mode, the electric heating towel support is heated according to the requirement of a user, and the heating can be intelligently controlled according to external temperature and humidity information and the temperature and humidity information of the covering during the heating process, so that the intellectualization of the electric heating towel support is realized.
With reference to the first aspect, in a first possible implementation manner of the first aspect, the user behavior trigger signal includes that a user turns on a water heater, a voice-controlled smart device, and clicks a terminal app, and the electric towel holder control device receives the user behavior trigger signal, and includes: the electric heating towel support control device is in communication connection with the water heater, the sound control intelligent equipment and the terminal in real time; and when the user opens the water heater and hot water flows out, controls the sound control intelligent device and clicks the terminal app to indicate the electric heating towel support to heat, receiving user behavior trigger signals sent by the water heater, the sound control intelligent device and the terminal.
With reference to the first possible implementation manner of the first aspect, in a second possible implementation manner of the first aspect, the detecting whether a cover exists on the electric towel rack after the user behavior trigger signal is received includes: the detection sensor is arranged on the electric heating towel bracket for detection and comprises a pressure sensor and an infrared sensor; if the detection sensor detects that pressure information exists on the electric heating towel support or an object is blocked, a covering exists.
With reference to the first aspect, in a third possible implementation manner of the first aspect, the controlling the heating temperature and the heating time of the electric heating towel support according to the outside temperature and humidity information and the temperature and humidity information of the cover to heat the cover includes: acquiring first humidity information and first temperature information around the towel support and second humidity information and second temperature information of the covering; if the first humidity information is larger than the second humidity information and/or the first temperature information is smaller than the second temperature information, adopting a first heating temperature, prolonging the heating time of each time and shortening the interval time; or if the first humidity information is less than the second humidity information and/or the first temperature information is greater than the second temperature information, adopting a second heating temperature to shorten each heating time and prolong the interval time, wherein the second heating temperature is less than the first heating temperature.
With reference to the first aspect, in a fourth possible implementation manner of the first aspect, the heating position of the heater is controlled according to the number of the covers.
With reference to the first aspect, in a third possible implementation manner of the first aspect, if the temperature is detected to exceed the preset value, the heating is turned off and the abnormal reminding is performed, and the normal heating function can be recovered only after the electric heating towel rack is restarted after the power failure.
In a second aspect, embodiments of the present application provide an electric towel rack control system, which includes: the signal receiving module is used for receiving a user behavior triggering signal by the electric heating towel support control device; a detection module for detecting whether a cover exists on the electric towel support after receiving the user behavior trigger signal, wherein the cover comprises: towels, bath towels, and clothing; and the heating control module is used for controlling the heating temperature and the heating time of the electric heating towel support to heat the covering according to the outside temperature and humidity information and the temperature and humidity information of the covering if the covering exists, wherein the heating temperature and the heating time of the electric heating towel support change along with the outside temperature and humidity information and the temperature and humidity information of the covering.
With reference to the second aspect, in a first possible implementation manner of the second aspect, the user behavior trigger signal includes that a user turns on a water heater, controls a smart device, and clicks a terminal app, and the signal receiving module includes: the communication unit is used for the real-time communication connection of the electric heating towel support control device with the water heater, the voice control intelligent equipment and the terminal; and the receiving unit is used for receiving the user behavior trigger signals sent by the water heater, the voice control intelligent device and the terminal when the user opens the water heater and hot water flows out to control the voice control intelligent device and click the terminal app to indicate the electric heating towel support to heat.
With reference to the first possible implementation manner of the second aspect, in a second possible implementation manner of the second aspect, the detecting module includes: the detection unit is used for detecting a detection sensor arranged on the electric heating towel bracket, and the detection sensor comprises a pressure sensor and an infrared sensor; and the determining unit is used for determining that the covering exists if the detecting sensor detects that pressure information exists on the electric heating towel bracket or an object is blocked.
With reference to the second aspect, in a third possible implementation manner of the second aspect, the heating control module includes: the acquisition unit is used for acquiring first humidity information and first temperature information around the towel bracket and second humidity information and second temperature information of the covering; the heating control unit is used for adopting a first heating temperature to prolong the heating time of each time and shorten the interval time if the first humidity information is greater than the second humidity information and/or the first temperature information is less than the second temperature information; or if the first humidity information is less than the second humidity information and/or the first temperature information is greater than the second temperature information, adopting a second heating temperature to shorten each heating time and prolong the interval time, wherein the second heating temperature is less than the first heating temperature.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the application provides an electric heating towel rack, which comprises a towel rack main body, wherein a detection sensor, a heater internal temperature sensor, an environmental temperature sensor, a humidity sensor and an electric heating towel rack control device are arranged on the towel rack main body, and the electric heating towel rack control device is electrically connected with the detection sensor, the heater internal temperature sensor, the environmental temperature sensor and the humidity sensor respectively;
the electric heating towel support control device comprises: a processor; the wireless transmission module is used for data interaction with external terminal equipment; a memory for storing computer executable instructions; when the processor executes the computer-executable instructions, the processor executes the method for controlling an electric towel rack according to the first aspect or any one of the possible implementations of the first aspect.
Detailed Description
The present embodiment is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an electric towel rack control method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 1, the electric towel rack control method provided in the present embodiment includes:
s101, the electric heating towel support control device receives a user behavior trigger signal.
The user behavior trigger signal comprises that a user opens a water heater, controls the intelligent device in a sound mode and clicks a terminal app.
The electric heating towel support control device is in communication connection with the water heater, the voice control intelligent equipment and the terminal in real time. And when the user opens the water heater and hot water flows out, controls the sound control intelligent device and clicks the terminal app to indicate the electric heating towel support to heat, receiving user behavior trigger signals sent by the water heater, the sound control intelligent device and the terminal.
In this embodiment, the water heater, the voice-operated intelligent device and the terminal are all in the same network as the electric heating towel support, for example, a user turns on the water heater to generate a water heater turn-on signal, the intelligent sound gives a towel rack turn-on heating instruction, and the user mobile phone terminal clicks the app to give a towel rack turn-on heating instruction, which is a user behavior trigger signal.
S102, detecting whether a covering exists on the electric heating towel support after the user behavior trigger signal is received, wherein the covering comprises: towels, bath towels, and clothing.
The heating towel in the embodiment of the application is directly provided with the sensor which can detect whether towels, bath towels, clothes and the like are placed on the towel rack, and the sensor can be realized through a pressure sensor or an infrared sensor and the like. By the sensor, the towel rack can know whether and how many towels, bath towels, clothes and the like are placed on the towel rack.
The detection sensor arranged on the electric heating towel support detects the electric heating towel support and comprises a pressure sensor and an infrared sensor. If the detection sensor is a pressure sensor, whether pressure exists on the electric heating towel support or not is detected, and if pressure information exists, the covering is determined to exist. If the detection sensor is an infrared sensor, whether object occlusion exists or not is detected, and if the object occlusion exists, a covering exists.
S103, if the covering exists, controlling the heating temperature and the heating time of the electric heating towel support according to outside temperature and humidity information and the temperature and humidity information of the covering to heat the covering, wherein the heating temperature and the heating time of the electric heating towel support change along with the outside temperature and humidity information and the temperature and humidity information of the covering.
Acquiring first humidity information and first temperature information around the towel support and second humidity information and second temperature information of the covering.
If the first humidity information is larger than the second humidity information and/or the first temperature information is smaller than the second temperature information, adopting a first heating temperature, prolonging the heating time of each time and shortening the interval time; or if the first humidity information is less than the second humidity information and/or the first temperature information is greater than the second temperature information, adopting a second heating temperature to shorten each heating time and prolong the interval time, wherein the second heating temperature is less than the first heating temperature.
The heating mode can effectively prevent the towels, bath towels, clothes and the like from becoming wet again due to high environmental humidity after the heating is finished. Wherein as the ambient humidity increases, the heating time is increased and the interval time is shortened.
The control method provided by the embodiment of the application controls the heating position of the heater according to the number of the covering objects. The heater and the detection sensor which can be independently opened and closed are arranged inside each cross rod of the heating towel rack, when the detection sensor detects that articles are placed on the cross rod, the heater in the corresponding cross rod can be started for heating, and the heater in the cross rod, in which the articles are placed, is not detected.
The towel rack is arranged in order to prevent dangerous hidden dangers caused by continuous heating under abnormal conditions. Therefore, if the temperature is detected to exceed the preset value, the heating is turned off, meanwhile, the abnormal reminding is carried out, and the normal heating function can be recovered only after the electric heating towel rack is restarted after power failure.
In view of the above, the present application provides a method for controlling an electric towel rack, in which an electric towel rack control device receives a user behavior trigger signal; detecting whether a cover exists on the electric towel support after receiving the user behavior trigger signal, wherein the cover comprises: towels, bath towels, and clothing; and if the covering exists, controlling the heating temperature and the heating time of the electric heating towel support according to the outside temperature and humidity information and the temperature and humidity information of the covering to heat the covering, wherein the heating temperature and the heating time of the electric heating towel support change along with the outside temperature and humidity information and the temperature and humidity information of the covering. The electric heating towel support is started to heat according to the requirements of users, and heating can be intelligently controlled according to external temperature and humidity information and temperature and humidity information of the covering during heating, so that the intellectualization of the electric heating towel support is realized.
In correspondence with the method for controlling the electric towel rack provided by the above embodiment, the present application also provides an embodiment of an electric towel rack control system, and referring to fig. 2, the electric towel rack control system 20 includes: a signal receiving module 201, a detection module 202 and a heating control module 203.
The signal receiving module 201 is used for the electric heating towel support control device to receive a user behavior trigger signal.
The user behavior trigger signal includes that the user opens a water heater, a voice-controlled smart device and clicks a terminal app, and the signal receiving module 201 includes: a communication unit and a receiving unit.
And the communication unit is used for the electric heating towel support control device to be in communication connection with the water heater, the sound control intelligent equipment and the terminal in real time. And the receiving unit is used for receiving user behavior trigger signals sent by the water heater, the voice control intelligent equipment and the terminal when the user opens the water heater and hot water flows out to control the voice control intelligent equipment and click the terminal app to indicate the electric heating towel support to heat.
A detecting module 202, configured to detect whether a cover exists on the electric towel rack after receiving the user behavior triggering signal, where the cover includes: towels, bath towels, and clothing.
The detection module 202 includes: a detection unit and a determination unit. And the detection unit is used for detecting a detection sensor arranged on the electric heating towel support, and the detection sensor comprises a pressure sensor and an infrared sensor. And the determining unit is used for determining that the covering exists if the detecting sensor detects that pressure information exists on the electric heating towel bracket or an object is blocked.
And the heating control module 203 is configured to control the heating temperature and the heating time of the electric heating towel holder to heat the covering according to outside temperature and humidity information and the temperature and humidity information of the covering if the covering exists, wherein the heating temperature and the heating time of the electric heating towel holder change along with the outside temperature and humidity information and the temperature and humidity information of the covering.
The heating control module 203 includes: the device comprises an acquisition unit and a heating control unit. The acquisition unit is used for acquiring first humidity information and first temperature information around the towel support and second humidity information and second temperature information of the covering. The heating control unit is used for adopting a first heating temperature to prolong the heating time of each time and shorten the interval time if the first humidity information is greater than the second humidity information and/or the first temperature information is less than the second temperature information; or if the first humidity information is less than the second humidity information and/or the first temperature information is greater than the second temperature information, adopting a second heating temperature to shorten each heating time and prolong the interval time, wherein the second heating temperature is less than the first heating temperature.
The embodiment of the application also provides an electric heating towel rack, referring to fig. 3, the electric heating towel rack comprises a towel rack main body 1, a detection sensor 2, a heater 3, a heater internal temperature sensor 4, an ambient temperature sensor 5, a humidity sensor 6 and an electric heating towel rack control device 7 are arranged on the towel rack main body 1, and the electric heating towel rack control device 7 is electrically connected with the detection sensor 2, the heater 3, the heater internal temperature sensor 4, the ambient temperature sensor 5 and the humidity sensor 6 respectively.
The electric heating towel support control device comprises: a processor; the wireless transmission module is used for data interaction with external terminal equipment; a memory for storing computer executable instructions; when the processor executes the computer-executable instructions, the processor executes the method for controlling an electric towel rack according to the first aspect or any one of the possible implementations of the first aspect.
The electric heating towel holder control device 7 includes: a processor 701, a wireless transmission module 702, a memory 703, and a communication interface 704.
In fig. 4, the processor 701, the wireless transmission module 702, the memory 703, and the communication interface 704 may be connected to each other by a bus; the bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 4, but this does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.
The processor 701 generally controls the overall functions of the electric towel holder control device 7, such as the starting of the electric towel holder control device 7 and the receiving of a user behavior trigger signal after the electric towel holder control device 7 is started; detecting whether a cover exists on the electric towel support after receiving the user behavior trigger signal, wherein the cover comprises: towels, bath towels, and clothing; and if the covering exists, controlling the heating temperature and the heating time of the electric heating towel support according to the outside temperature and humidity information and the temperature and humidity information of the covering to heat the covering, wherein the heating temperature and the heating time of the electric heating towel support change along with the outside temperature and humidity information and the temperature and humidity information of the covering.
Further, the processor 701 may be a general-purpose processor, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), or a combination of a CPU and an NP. The processor may also be a Microprocessor (MCU). The processor may also include a hardware chip. The hardware chips may be Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), or a combination thereof. The PLD may be a Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
A wireless transmission module 702, wherein the wireless transmission module 702 is configured to facilitate communication between the electric towel rack control device 7 and a third party terminal device. The electric heating towel rack control device 7 can access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 3G, 4G or 5G or a combination thereof. The communication component receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. The communication component also includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
The memory 703 is configured to store computer executable instructions to support the operation of the electric towel holder control 7 data. The memory 701 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
After the electric towel rack control device 7 is started, the processor 701 and the memory 703 are powered on, and the processor 701 reads and executes the computer executable instructions stored in the memory 703 to complete all or part of the steps in the above-described electric towel rack control method embodiment.
The communication interface 704 is used for the electric towel rack control device 7 to transmit data, for example, to realize data communication with the detection sensor 2, the heater 3, the heater internal temperature sensor 4, the ambient temperature sensor 5 and the humidity sensor 6. The communication interface 704 includes a wired communication interface, and may also include a wireless communication interface. The wired communication interface comprises a USB interface, a Micro USB interface and an Ethernet interface. The wireless communication interface may be a WLAN interface, a cellular network communication interface, a combination thereof, or the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electric towel holder control 7 provided by the embodiments of the present application further includes a power supply assembly that provides power to the various components of the electric towel holder control 7. The power supply components may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power to the electric towel holder control 7.
In one exemplary embodiment, the electric towel holder control 7 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), terminals, micro-terminals, processors, or other electronic components.
The same and similar parts among the various embodiments in the specification of the present application may be referred to each other. In particular, for the system and the electric towel rack embodiment, since the method is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and the relevant points can be referred to the description of the method embodiment.
