After the pressure is released, the transmission frame 1 continues to move, the third guide rod 18 moves towards the direction close to the edge of the inner pot under the trend of the fourth groove 172, then the lock catch support 19 is further away from the edge of the inner pot, and the lock catch 20 on the lock catch support 19 is further away from the edge of the inner pot, so that the lock catch 20 is opened.
The end of the latch 20 is provided with a latching position for latching the inner lid 23 of the cooking appliance with the inner pot. Claims (13)

1. A method of controlling a cooking appliance, comprising:
controlling a lock catch to lock a cover body and an inner pot of the cooking appliance based on a cooking program starting signal;
after the pressure cooking stage is judged to be entered, controlling the cooking appliance to be in the cooking operation of pressure-up cooking, pressure-relief cooking and pressure-up cooking; judging whether the pressure cooking stage needs to be ended or not during pressure relief cooking each time;
when the judgment result is that the pressure cooking stage is finished, controlling the cooking appliance to be in a pressure relief cooking state; then, controlling the lock catch to unlock the cover body and the inner pot, and entering a rice stewing stage;
and finishing the cooking.
2. The method for controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the pressure-up cooking-pressure-relief cooking-pressure-up cooking comprises:
controlling the cooking appliance to be in an upward pressure cooking state and performing pressure cooking;
controlling the cooking appliance to be in a pressure relief cooking state, and performing non-pressure cooking;
and controlling the cooking appliance to be in an upper pressure cooking state and performing pressure cooking.
3. The method for controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the determination condition for entering the pressure cooking stage includes: one or more of cooking time, cooking state of cooking food, air pressure value of a closed space between the inner pot and the cover plate and manual control signals of the pressure cooking stage are obtained;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the judgment condition for the ending of the pressure cooking stage comprises the following steps: one or more of cooking time, cooking state of cooked food, air pressure value of the sealed space between the inner pot and the cover plate and manual control signal for obtaining pressure cooking stage.

The method for controlling a cooking appliance according to any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein the controlling of the locker for locking the cover and the inner pot of the cooking appliance comprises: the driving structure rotates positively to drive the lock catch to move towards the edge of the inner pot, and the cover body and the inner pot are locked by the lock catch;

The method for controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 5, wherein the condition for determining whether the pressure control ball is pushed to the pressure release hole is as follows: when the pressure control small ball is positioned above the pressure relief hole, the first microswitch is triggered;
when the first microswitch is triggered, the driving structure stops rotating in the positive direction.

The method for controlling the cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the controlling the cooking appliance in the pressure relief state comprises: the driving structure continues to rotate reversely to drive the small ball push rod to move so as to pull the pressure control small ball to be separated from the pressure relief hole.
8. A control system of a control method of a cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising:
the signal acquisition module is used for acquiring a cooking program starting signal;
the first judgment module is used for judging that the cooking enters a pressure cooking stage;
the second judging module is used for judging whether the pressure cooking stage is finished or not according to preset conditions;
the third judgment module is used for judging whether to enter a heat preservation stage or not and judging whether cooking is finished or not;
the control module is connected with the signal acquisition module, the first judgment module, the second judgment module and the third judgment module, and is used for executing cooking operation, controlling the lock catch to lock the cover body and the inner pot, controlling the cooking appliance to be in an upper-pressure cooking state, maintaining pressure cooking, entering a heat preservation stage, controlling the cooking appliance to be in a pressure relief state, and controlling the lock catch to unlock the cover body and the inner pot.
9. The control system of claim 8, further comprising: the first microswitch is connected with the control module;
the first microswitch is connected with a small ball push rod of the cooking appliance, when the pressure control small ball is positioned on the pressure release hole, the first microswitch is triggered, and the driving mechanism stops forward rotation to drive the small ball push rod to move; when the pressure control small ball is separated from the pressure relief hole, the first microswitch is switched off.
10. The control system of claim 8, further comprising: the second microswitch is connected with the control module;
the second microswitch is connected with a lock catch bracket of a lock catch of the cooking utensil, and when the lock catch locks the cover body and the inner pot, the second microswitch is triggered to stop the driving structure from driving the lock catch to continuously lock and move; when the lock catch unlocks the cover body and the inner pot, the second microswitch is switched off to stop the driving structure to drive the lock catch to continue unlocking movement.
