The present invention provides a combination sofa, which is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and effects of the present invention clearer and clearer. The armrest seat 302 is composed of an armrest top plate 3021 and an armrest bottom plate 3023 which are horizontally arranged, and an armrest support plate 3022 which is vertically arranged; the outer end of the armrest top plate 3021 is integrally connected with the top end of the armrest support plate 3022 by an injection molding process, the outer end of the armrest bottom plate 3023 is integrally connected with the bottom end of the armrest support plate 3022 by an injection molding process, and the joint between the armrest top plate and the armrest support plate adopts arc transition treatment. The seat cushion 201 is in contact with the bottom surface of the armrest top plate 3021 and the top surface of the armrest bottom plate 3023, respectively.

The arrangement of the first arc transition section 56 is beneficial to the swinging of the straight-line section 51 by taking the first arc transition section 56 as an axis, so that the breakage between the straight-line section 51 and the first arc section 52 is avoided, and the connection strength is enhanced.

Third circular arc changeover portion 54 and second circular arc changeover portion 55 set up, not only can prevent that the radian of second segmental arc 53 from taking place deformation, in order to ensure that second segmental arc 53 can hug closely on pipe 4 for a long time, improve stability, but also strengthen first segmental arc 52 and second segmental arc 53's joint strength, avoid taking place first segmental arc 52 and second segmental arc 53 fracture because of second segmental arc 53 uses second circular arc changeover portion 55 as the axle center when swinging, improve life.

As shown in fig. 11, 12 and 13, the support 2 includes a top plate 21 and a bottom plate 23 arranged horizontally, and a support plate 22 arranged vertically; the outer end of the bottom plate 23 is integrally connected with the bottom end of the supporting plate 22; the outer end of the top plate 21 is integrally connected to the top end of the support plate 22. The connection between the top plate 21, the support plate 22 and the bottom plate 23 can be a welding method, but preferably adopts an injection molding method, and the connection between the top plate 21 and the support plate 22 and the connection between the bottom plate 23 and the support plate 22 adopt circular arc transition treatment, and in addition, the corners of the top plate 21 and the bottom plate 23 adopt circular arc transition treatment. The bottom plate 23 is provided with a mounting hole 231 for facilitating bolt installation, and the mounting hole 231 may be, but not limited to, a counter bore design. The top plate 21 is provided with a through hole 212 suitable for the connecting rod 11 to be inserted; the circular tube 4 is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the top plate 21 in a welding mode, and the inner cavity of the circular tube 4 is coaxially arranged with the through hole 212, so that the connecting rod 11 is suitable for being vertically inserted into the circular tube 4 through the through hole 212 to limit the movement of the connecting rod 11 in the horizontal direction, and the headrest connecting piece 1 can be kept in a stable state after being installed on a support.

As shown in fig. 11 and 13, more specifically, the top plate 21 is formed to protrude upward with a support portion 211 circumferentially disposed around the through hole 212.

As shown in fig. 11, 12, 13, and 14, further, the bottom surface of the top plate 21 is fixedly connected with the shield 3 surrounding the circular tube 4 and the fastening member 5 by welding, two end portions of the shield 3 are fixed on the inner side surface of the supporting plate 22 by welding, and the bottom of the shield 3 is open, so as to facilitate extending hands into the shield to operate the fastening member 5. Design a guard shield 3 and surround pipe 4 and joint spare 5, provide the guard action, can prevent that child from carrying out the maloperation to joint spare 5 or receiving the influence of external object and the pine takes off, can play pleasing to the eye effect moreover. Moreover, the inside of the shield 3 is large enough, which is convenient for the clamping piece 5 to be installed on the circular tube 4 in the horizontal direction or detached from the circular tube 4.

As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 11, the cover 3 is located above the seat cushion 201, and the bottom surface of the cover 3 is higher than the top surface of the seat cushion by 0 to 2 cm, so as to prevent the seat cushion from wrinkling and deforming due to the obstruction of the cover.

From the top view, the protective cover 3 can be, but is not limited to be, n-shaped, and the corners of the protective cover are processed by arc transition. Of course, a shroud design in the shape of a circular arc may also be used.

As shown in fig. 11, the headrest link 1 is further provided with a headrest hinge 12, and the headrest hinge 12 is fixedly connected to the top end of the connecting rod 11 by means of bolt installation or welding. By adopting the headrest hinge, the sofa headrest can relatively rotate within a certain angle, namely the sofa headrest is adjusted in multiple gears.

As shown in fig. 11 and 12, two or more of the engaging recesses 112 are provided at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the tie bar 11. Of course, the plurality of card recesses 112 may be uniformly arranged at certain intervals. Only two clamping concave parts 112 are shown in fig. 1, and a plurality of clamping concave parts can be arranged according to actual needs, and the clamping concave parts are clamped and fixed with the clamping concave parts 112 at different positions through the clamping piece 5, so that the adjustability of the headrest in the height direction is realized.

In conclusion, the combined sofa provided by the invention has the advantages of novel structure, ingenious design, convenience in disassembly and assembly, convenience in packaging and transportation, capability of greatly reducing transportation cost, good safety, capability of being freely combined and multiple combination styles.

Moreover, the clamping piece provided by the invention is simple and unique in structure and convenient to use, the headrest connecting piece is clamped on the support, and the clamping piece can be prevented from being loosened when going out of position, so that children are prevented from being threatened by certain safety risks.

According to the invention, the clamping piece with a unique structure is matched with the circular tube to work, and on one hand, the straight line section of the clamping piece is clamped with the clamping concave part of the headrest connecting piece to complete the fixation of the headrest connecting piece on the support; on the other hand, the second arc section is tightly attached to the outer peripheral surface of the circular tube, so that the clamping piece can be prevented from moving and loosening. And, the setting of first arc section and first circular arc changeover portion 56, second circular arc changeover portion 55, third circular arc changeover portion 54 is favorable to handheld first arc section to embolia the pipe with the joint spare or dismantle from the pipe, is favorable to the connecting rod of headrest connecting piece to insert the pipe and realize the joint with the joint spare fixedly after the joint spare is installed in the pipe moreover.

the second sofa base is plate-shaped, the bottom of the second sofa base is provided with a second supporting leg, and the width of the second sofa base is equal to that of the first sofa base; at least two cushions are laid on the top surface of the second sofa base; the top surface of the second sofa base is provided with a second connecting hole at the rear side of the top surface of the second sofa base, so that the support of the second sofa headrest can be detachably installed conveniently; the left side and the right side of the top surface of the second sofa base are provided with third connecting holes which are convenient for the headrest accessory to be detachably installed;

a sofa shelf; the second sofa base is laid on the left side or the right side of the top surface of the second sofa base and is in contact with the cushion.

3. The modular sofa of claim 2 further comprising an arm fitting, the arm fitting comprising:

the armrest seat consists of an armrest top plate, an armrest bottom plate and an armrest supporting plate which are horizontally arranged; the outer end of the handrail top plate is integrally connected with the top end of the handrail supporting plate, and the outer end of the handrail bottom plate is integrally connected with the bottom end of the handrail supporting plate; the first sofa base and the second sofa base are respectively provided with fourth connecting holes at the left side and the right side of the top surface of the first sofa base and the second sofa base, and the fourth connecting holes are convenient for the detachable installation of the armrest bottom plate; the seat cushion is respectively contacted with the bottom surface of the handrail top plate and the top surface of the handrail bottom plate;

the handrail is fixedly arranged on the handrail top plate.

4. The modular sofa of claim 1, wherein the headrest connector is provided with a headrest hinge fixedly connected to a top end of the connecting rod.

5. The sofa of claim 1, wherein the engaging recesses are spaced apart from each other along the length of the connecting rod and are provided in the number of two or more.

6. The sectional sofa of claim 1, wherein the side of the circular tube perpendicular to the axial direction of the circular tube is opened with an opening suitable for the linear section to be inserted.

The modular sofa of claim 1, wherein the pedestals comprise horizontally disposed top and bottom plates, vertically disposed support plates; the outer end of the bottom plate is integrally connected with the bottom end of the supporting plate; the outer end of the top plate is integrally connected with the top end of the supporting plate; the bottom plate is provided with a mounting hole convenient for mounting a bolt; the top plate is provided with a through hole suitable for the connecting rod to be inserted into; the pipe fixed connection in the bottom surface of roof and the inner chamber and the coaxial setting of through-hole of pipe.

8. The sofa of claim 7, wherein the top plate has a cover fixedly attached to a bottom surface thereof, the cover surrounding the tube and the clip, the cover being positioned over the seat cushion.
