Abstract

本发明公开了一种啶虫脒防治白蚁组合物及其制备方法。所述组合物中活性成分为啶虫脒与乙酰甲胺磷、锐劲特或者双氧威的复合。该防治白蚁组合物可制备成水分散颗粒,活性成分中单剂对于白蚁的杀灭活性低,复合使用后,大大增强了对于白蚁的杀灭性能。

技术领域
本发明属于杀虫剂技术领域,具体涉及一种啶虫脒防治白蚁组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
啶虫脒属氯化烟碱类化合物,是一种新型杀虫剂。作用于昆虫神经系统突触部位的烟碱乙酰胆碱受体,干扰昆虫神经系统的刺激传导,引起神经系统通路阻塞,造成神经递质乙酰胆碱在突触部位的积累,从而导致昆虫麻痹,最终死亡。对半翅目(蚜虫、叶蝉、粉虱、蚧虫、介壳虫等)、鳞翅目(小菜蛾、潜蛾、小食心虫、纵卷叶螟)、鞘翅目(天牛、猿叶虫)以及总翅目害虫(蓟马类)均有效。
虽然啶虫脒是广谱性杀虫剂,对于白蚁有一定的杀灭功效,且对环境友好,但是,对于白蚁的防治效果并不佳。杀灭白蚁最有效的农药为灭蚁灵,但是,灭蚁灵被人吸入、摄入或经皮肤吸收后会中毒,有致癌、致畸、致突变作用,且在环境中不容易降解。因此,寻找一种与啶虫脒复合,增强对白蚁的杀灭能力、且对人畜无害的复合药剂,成了一个急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种啶虫脒防治白蚁组合物及其制备方法和应用。
一种啶虫脒防治白蚁组合物,所述组合物中活性成分为啶虫脒与乙酰甲胺磷、锐劲特或者双氧威的复合。
所述组合物中活性成分为啶虫脒与乙酰甲胺磷按照质量比1:1的复合。
所述组合物中活性成分为啶虫脒与锐劲特按照质量比1:1的复合。
所述组合物中活性成分为啶虫脒与双氧威按照质量比4:1的复合。
一种啶虫脒防治白蚁水分散颗粒的制备方法,将所述活性组分与润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂、粘接剂混合加工成规则或者不规则颗粒,活性组分的含量为20-70%。
所述润湿剂为α-烯烃磺酸钠、烷基酚甲醛缩合物、木质素中的一种或几种。
所述分散剂为磷酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、木质素磺酸钠中的一种或几种。
所述崩解剂为淀粉、环糊精、硫酸钠、凹凸棒土中的一种或几种。
所述粘接剂为聚乙二醇、羟甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的啶虫脒防治白蚁组合物,活性成分为啶虫脒与乙酰甲胺磷、锐劲特或者双氧威的复合。单剂对于白蚁的杀灭活性低,复合使用后,大大增强了对于白蚁的杀灭性能,协同增效效果明显。

实施例1
40%啶虫脒防治白蚁水分散颗粒。称取啶虫脒20份、乙酰甲胺磷20份、润湿剂α-烯烃磺酸钠8份、分散剂磷酸钠6份、崩解剂淀粉24份、粘接剂聚乙二醇22份;将其混合,搅拌均匀,经气流粉碎机粉碎得到母粉,然后造粒,烘干,过200目筛,制成。
实施例2
40%啶虫脒防治白蚁水分散颗粒。称取啶虫脒20份、锐劲特20份、润湿剂烷基酚甲醛缩合物8份、分散剂木质素磺酸钙8份、崩解剂环糊精24份、粘接剂羟甲基纤维素20份;将其混合,搅拌均匀,经气流粉碎机粉碎得到母粉,然后造粒,烘干,过200目筛,制成。
实施例3
40%啶虫脒防治白蚁水分散颗粒。称取啶虫脒32份、双氧威8份、润湿剂木质素5份、分散剂木质素磺酸钠5份、崩解剂凹凸棒土25份、粘接剂聚乙烯醇25份;将其混合,搅拌均匀,经气流粉碎机粉碎得到母粉,然后造粒,烘干,过200目筛,制成。
实施例4
40%啶虫脒防治白蚁水分散颗粒。称取啶虫脒10份、乙酰甲胺磷30份、润湿剂α-烯烃磺酸钠8份、分散剂磷酸钠6份、崩解剂淀粉24份、粘接剂聚乙二醇22份;将其混合,搅拌均匀,经气流粉碎机粉碎得到母粉,然后造粒,烘干,过200目筛,制成。
实施例5
40%啶虫脒防治白蚁水分散颗粒。称取啶虫脒30份、锐劲特10份、润湿剂烷基酚甲醛缩合物8份、分散剂木质素磺酸钙8份、崩解剂环糊精24份、粘接剂羟甲基纤维素20份;将其混合,搅拌均匀,经气流粉碎机粉碎得到母粉,然后造粒,烘干,过200目筛,制成。
实施例6
40%啶虫脒防治白蚁水分散颗粒。称取啶虫脒20份、双氧威20份、润湿剂木质素5份、分散剂木质素磺酸钠5份、崩解剂凹凸棒土25份、粘接剂聚乙烯醇25份;将其混合,搅拌均匀,经气流粉碎机粉碎得到母粉,然后造粒,烘干,过200目筛,制成。

40%双氧威防治白蚁水分散颗粒。称取双氧威8份、润湿剂木质素5份、分散剂木质素磺酸钠5份、崩解剂凹凸棒土25份、粘接剂聚乙烯醇25份;将其混合,搅拌均匀,经气流粉碎机粉碎得到母粉,然后造粒,烘干,过200目筛,制成。
实验例:
将实施1-6及对比例1-6制备的水分散颗粒加水稀释,使得活性组分的含量为0.1ug/mL。用1mL刻度移液管移取药液1mL,滴加在直径10cm滤纸上,形成均匀药膜,自然晾干后放入直径为10cm的培养皿内。投入40头黑胸散白蚁工蚁,每个浓度重复3次,并设蒸馏水空白对照,每天观察和记录白蚁死亡数并剔除死亡个体,试验在28±1℃、黑暗条件下进行,注意滴加适量蒸馏水保持滤纸的湿润。计算滴加实施1-6及对比例1-6的剂药后1、3、5d的白蚁死亡率,结果见表1:

1.一种啶虫脒防治白蚁组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中活性成分为啶虫脒与乙酰甲胺磷、锐劲特或者双氧威的复合。
2.根据权利要求1所述啶虫脒防治白蚁组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中活性成分为啶虫脒与乙酰甲胺磷按照质量比1:1的复合。
3.根据权利要求1所述啶虫脒防治白蚁组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中活性成分为啶虫脒与锐劲特按照质量比1:1的复合。
4.根据权利要求1所述啶虫脒防治白蚁组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中活性成分为啶虫脒与双氧威按照质量比4:1的复合。
5.一种啶虫脒防治白蚁水分散颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,将权利要求1所述活性组分与润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂、粘接剂混合加工成规则或者不规则颗粒,活性组分的含量为20-70%。
6.根据权利要求5所述啶虫脒防治白蚁水分散颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为α-烯烃磺酸钠、烷基酚甲醛缩合物、木质素中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求5所述啶虫脒防治白蚁水分散颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,所述分散剂为磷酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、木质素磺酸钠中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求5所述啶虫脒防治白蚁水分散颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,所述崩解剂为淀粉、环糊精、硫酸钠、凹凸棒土中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求5所述啶虫脒防治白蚁水分散颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,所述粘接剂为聚乙二醇、羟甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种。
