Abstract
The invention provides a leakage-proof high-corrosion-resistance pesticide spraying device which comprises a box body, a liquid pumping motor, a liquid conveying pipe, an air conveying pipe, a mixing channel pipe, an adapter and a nozzle, wherein the liquid pumping motor is arranged on the box body; the box body consists of a polypropylene shell and a nickel-based alloy plate lining; the liquid pumping motor is arranged on one side of the box body, and the other end of the liquid pumping motor is connected with the liquid conveying pipe; a liquid leakage detection device is arranged on the lower side of the position where the liquid pumping motor is connected with the box body; the liquid delivery pipe and the air delivery pipe are respectively connected to the mixing channel pipe, the adapter is installed at the front end of the mixing channel pipe, and the nozzle is connected to the adapter; the inner diameter of the liquid conveying pipe is smaller than that of the air conveying pipe, and the other end of the air conveying pipe is connected to an air pressurizing device. Technical Field

At present, in agricultural production, in order to prevent crops from being corroded by pests, pesticides are sprayed on the crops at intervals. After the photoelectric water leakage sensor detects moisture (pesticide liquid), the signal can be transmitted to the controller in time, the controller receives the signal and transmits the processed signal to the alarm device, and the alarm device gives out an alarm sound to remind an operator. The controller is the prior art; the selection and the installation mode of the model of the photoelectric water leakage sensor can be selected and set according to actual requirements, and the photoelectric water leakage sensor is easy to realize for technicians in the field.
As shown in fig. 1, the liquid feed pipe 2 and the air feed pipe 3 are connected to the mixing passage pipe 4, respectively. The other end of the air delivery tube 3 is connected to an air pressurizing device 8. For practical convenience, the air pressurizing means 8 may be installed on the case 100; in other embodiments, the air pressurizing means 8 may be provided independently. The air pressurizing device 8 may be used to supply pressurized air to the air delivery tube 3 and to deliver the pressurized air to the mixing channel tube 4. In the preferred embodiment, the air duct 3 is connected to the rear end of the mixing channel tube 4, and the liquid duct 2 is connected to the side wall of the mixing channel tube 4. In the preferred embodiment, the inner diameter of the liquid delivery pipe 2 is smaller than that of the air delivery pipe 3, so that the pesticide liquid and the pressurized air are mixed more fully; the included angle between the infusion direction of the liquid delivery pipe 2 and the axial direction of the mixing channel pipe 4 is 45-60 degrees, when pesticide liquid is sprayed into the mixing channel pipe 4, the contact area between the pesticide liquid and the pressurized air can be larger through the set liquid spraying angle, and therefore the mixture formed by mixing the pressurized air and the pesticide liquid has stronger impact force.
As shown in fig. 1, the adapter 5 is installed at the front end of the mixing channel pipe 4, the nozzle 7 is connected to the adapter 5, a cover body 6 is arranged on the outer side of the adapter 5, and the nozzle 7 is located in a space covered by the cover body 6. The pesticide liquid enters the adapter 5 from the front end of the mixing channel pipe 4 and is sprayed out from the nozzle 7 at the front end of the adapter, and the cover body 6 can prevent the pesticide liquid from splashing around.
Furthermore, the cover body 6 comprises a flat plate part (shown and not numbered) and a conical cover part (shown and not numbered) positioned on the periphery of the flat plate part, the flat plate part is perpendicular to the axial direction of the adapter 5, the depth of the conical cover part is larger than the length of the nozzle 7, and the cover body 6 with the structure can effectively prevent pesticide water from splashing around.
