Abstract
The invention discloses a waterproof controller, which comprises a waterproof shell and a PCBA board sealed in the waterproof shell, wherein an SIM card seat is fixed on the surface of the PCBA board, an SIM card replacing port is formed on one side surface of the waterproof shell, the SIM card seat is arranged on the inner side of the SIM card replacing port, a detachable cover plate is configured at the SIM card replacing port, and a sealing device is arranged between the cover plate and the contact surface of the waterproof shell so as to seal a gap between the waterproof shell and the cover plate. According to the waterproof controller, the SIM card replacing opening is formed on one side surface of the waterproof shell, and the cover plate is arranged, so that the function of conveniently replacing the SIM card of the waterproof controller can be realized, and the waterproof function of the controller can be ensured.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof controllers, in particular to a waterproof controller with an SIM card convenient to replace.
Background
The SIM card is widely applied to a controller for realizing the communication of 4G/5G signals and GPS signals and realizing the functions of product positioning, local data state uploading, remote updating of system software and the like which need to be realized by networking. Due to the relation between the installation position of the controller and the working environment, corresponding dustproof and waterproof requirements also exist on part of the controller, and part of the SIM card is also used on the waterproof controller.
At present, the scheme for installing the SIM card on the waterproof controller is to weld the card seat of the SIM card on the PCB, the position of the card seat on the PCBA board is not limited, but the installation and disassembly space of the SIM card needs to be reserved at the welding position of the card seat. When the waterproof controller is assembled, the SIM card 3 is firstly installed on the card seat on the PCBA of the controller, then the PCBA board 3 with the SIM card is integrally sealed inside the casing of the waterproof controller, and the gap between the upper casing 1 and the lower casing 4 of the controller and the gap between the casing and the connector are sealed by sealant to ensure the waterproof performance of the controller, as shown in fig. 1.
However, there may be a case where the SIM card of the controller is replaced. The existing waterproof controller needs to disassemble the whole controller when replacing the SIM card, and the SIM card is replaced on the PCBA of the controller. After the controller is disassembled, the sealing glue needs to be cleaned and then assembled to ensure the waterproof performance of the controller, and the cost for replacing the SIM is particularly high. In addition, the operation of changing the SIM is directly carried out on the PCBA, and the PCBA can directly expose in the environment and still have actions such as transport, place, so when changing the SIM card, the PCBA of controller still can have electrostatic breakdown, the risk that components and parts are collided with and damaged.

As shown in fig. 2-4, the waterproof controller of the present invention comprises a waterproof housing and a PCBA board 15 sealed in the waterproof housing, wherein a SIM card seat for installing a SIM card 16 is fixed on the surface of the PCBA board, a SIM card replacing port is formed on one side surface of the waterproof housing, the SIM card seat is arranged at the inner side of the SIM card replacing port, a detachable cover plate 13 is configured at the SIM card replacing port, and a sealing device is arranged between the cover plate and the contact surface of the waterproof housing to seal the gap between the waterproof housing and the cover plate.
The SIM card seat is welded and fixed at a preset position on the PCBA board in advance, and is better for convenient replacement, the SIM card seat on the PCBA board is welded and fixed at the edge of the outer side, close to the SIM card replacement port, of the PCBA board in advance, so that the SIM card can be replaced conveniently and directly by opening the SIM card replacement port without opening the upper shell 10 and the lower shell 14 of the waterproof controller, namely completely opening the waterproof controller, the waterproof performance of the waterproof controller cannot be damaged, and after replacement is completed, the cover plate is mounted to shield the SIM card replacement port on the side edge of the controller, and a sealing structure is formed, so that the PCBA inside the controller is protected from water erosion.
As an embodiment, the sealing device may be an annular sealing rubber gasket 12, the sealing rubber gasket is embedded in an annular sealing groove formed on an outer stepped surface of the SIM card replacement port, and the sealing rubber gasket is pressed on the outer stepped surface of the SIM card replacement port by the cover plate to seal a gap between the inner surfaces of the waterproof housing and the cover plate.
The sealing grooves are arranged for the SIM card replacing opening to be arranged for one circle and are uniformly distributed on the inner side of the cover plate; wherein, back in the seal groove is installed to sealed cushion (can adopt silica gel pad or other elastic rubber pad), highly will be higher than the seal groove outer plane of waterproof casing side of sealed cushion to can guarantee to lap to cover the back, through the resistance to compression sealed cushion realizes sealing the side of waterproof casing.
As an embodiment, the sealing device may be implemented by using a sealant formed between the side surface of the cover plate and the corresponding surface of the waterproof housing instead of the sealing rubber pad, and the sealant is used to seal a gap between the cover plate and the waterproof housing, or the sealing rubber pad on the inner surface of the cover plate is matched with the sealant on the side surface of the cover plate to implement double sealing.
As an embodiment, the cover plate and the waterproof housing are connected and fixed by a screw 11, and may be connected by various fixing devices that are convenient to detach and mount, such as a buckle, or a structure of a buckle and a screw, without limitation.
Preferably, after the cover plate is installed outside the SIM card replacement port, the outer surface of the cover plate is flush with the outer surface of the waterproof housing. Of course, the water-proof shell may not be even or lower than the outer surface of the water-proof shell, and is not limited.
It should be noted that the cover plate and the SIM card replacement opening may be rectangular as shown in fig. 2 to 4, or may have other shapes, and are not limited to the embodiments shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the cover plate for replacing the SIM card on the waterproof controller may also be disposed on other surfaces of the waterproof controller, such as the top surface and the bottom surface, and is not limited to the embodiments shown in fig. 2-4, and is determined according to the position of the SIM card, as long as it is convenient to replace the SIM card.
When the SIM card is replaced, the cover plate on the waterproof shell of the controller is directly detached, after the cover plate is detached, the SIM card is replaced through the SIM card replacing port on the waterproof shell of the controller, and the cover plate is fixed on the shell of the controller after the SIM card is replaced, so that the replacement is completed.
The invention can efficiently and conveniently replace the SIM card of the controller, and greatly reduce the cost and time for replacing the SIM card; the PCBA is not damaged when the SIM card is replaced, and components in the controller can be better protected; when the SIM card is replaced, the upper and lower shell structures of the controller and the sealant between the upper and lower shell structures cannot be detached, so that the sealing performance of the controller is not influenced.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (5)
1. A waterproof controller comprises a waterproof shell and a PCBA board sealed in the waterproof shell, wherein an SIM card seat is fixed on the surface of the PCBA board, and the waterproof controller is characterized in that an SIM card replacing port is formed in one side face of the waterproof shell, the SIM card seat is arranged on the inner side of the SIM card replacing port, a detachable cover plate is configured at the SIM card replacing port, and a sealing device is arranged between the cover plate and a contact face of the waterproof shell to seal a gap between the waterproof shell and the cover plate.
2. The waterproof controller according to claim 1, wherein the sealing means is a ring-shaped sealing rubber gasket which is embedded in a ring-shaped sealing groove formed on the outer stepped surface of the SIM card replacement port, and the sealing rubber gasket is pressed against the outer stepped surface of the SIM card replacement port by the cover plate to seal the gap between the waterproof housing and the inner surface of the cover plate.

5. The waterproof controller according to claim 1, wherein the outer surface of the cover plate is flush with the outer surface of the waterproof housing after the cover plate is mounted outside the SIM card replacement port.
