analyzing the adjusting angle of the light source by combining the current illumination angle of the light source and the azimuth information corresponding to the sitting posture characteristics;
when the illumination angle adjusting instruction is not matched with the adjusting angle, sending out prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user whether to continuously adjust the illumination angle of the light source according to the illumination angle adjusting instruction;
when a confirmation instruction sent by a user according to the prompt information is received, adjusting the illumination angle of the lamp source according to the illumination angle adjusting instruction;
When the illumination angle adjusting instruction and the adjusting angle are accordant, calculating an instruction angle in the illumination angle adjusting instruction and an average angle of the adjusting angle;
and adjusting the illumination angle of the lamp source according to the average angle.
2. The method for adjusting an illumination angle according to claim 1, wherein when the illumination angle adjustment command and the adjustment angle do not coincide, the step of sending a prompt message specifically includes the steps of:
