Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present disclosure may be more clearly understood, a further detailed description of aspects of the present disclosure will be provided below. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present disclosure and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present disclosure, but the present disclosure may be practiced otherwise than as described herein; it will be apparent that the embodiments in the specification are only some, but not all, embodiments of the disclosure.
The network switching method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure is mainly suitable for a scene that the equipment switches network modes for part of application programs in the equipment under the condition of connecting a VPN network. The network switching method provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure may be performed by a network switching device, where the device may be implemented in software and/or hardware, and the device may be integrated in an electronic device capable of accessing a VPN network, for example, a mobile phone, a palm computer, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, or the like.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a network switching method provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 1, the network switching method specifically includes:
s110, determining a target application program of a network to be switched and a switched network type corresponding to the target application program, wherein the switched network type is a wireless local area network or a mobile data network.
Specifically, when the electronic device connects to the VPN network, all applications installed therein default to all perform network access through the VPN network. In this scenario, the network switching device needs to determine an application program with a slower network access rate (i.e., a target application program) from all application programs, and needs to determine under which network type the target application program has a faster network access rate, i.e., determine the network type after switching corresponding to the target application program. The network type after the handover can be a wireless local area network, such as Wi-Fi; but may also be a cellular mobile data network provided by an operator card (i.e. SIM card) in the electronic device.
The mode of determining the target application program can be selected by a user through an interactive interface or can be automatically determined by the electronic equipment. The mode of determining the network type after switching can be selected by a user through an interactive interface, can be automatically selecting the currently available network type, and can be automatically determined according to the communication quality of different network types.
It should be noted that the determined target application program may be one or more. If there are multiple target applications, each target application executes the same network switching flow.
S120, according to the switched network type and the application identifier of the target application program, determining a network type label corresponding to the target application program by modifying the firewall rule.
The application identifier UID is a unique identifier of the application program in the running system, and even if the same application program is reinstalled, the application program UID before and after installation will be different. Firewall rules are rules by which a network firewall controls applications in an electronic device to communicate with the internet, and include communication rules for controlling all incoming and outgoing network communications. The control network communication process needs to specify the identification of the network type (i.e., the network type label) corresponding to each application program. The network type tag is an identification pre-set for each network type that should be distinguished from the identification used by the system in the firewall rules, e.g., network type tag 1024 may be set for Wi-Fi network types.
Specifically, network communication of all application programs is controlled by a network firewall, so that in order to enable a target application program to perform network communication through a switched network type, a network switching device needs to modify firewall rules and determine a switched network type label corresponding to the target application program so as to establish an association relationship between the target application program and the switched network type in the firewall rules. For example, for a target application with an application identification UID of 10048 and a switched network type of Wi-Fi network type, firewall rules may be modified by iptables-t-mangle-a OUTPUT-m wner-UID-wner 10048-j MARK-set-MARK 1024, setting a network type tag 1024 for the target application. If the network type after the switching is not Wi-Fi network, changing the mark in the network type label setting statement into the label corresponding to the corresponding network type.
S130, setting a strategy route corresponding to the target application program in a system route table according to the network type label, wherein the strategy route is used for determining a transmission network port of message data of the target application program according to the network type label.
The system routing table is a spreadsheet (file) or class database stored in the electronic device, which is used to implement routing protocols and decision routing.
Specifically, the network switching device determines a network type tag for the target application program, and determines a transmission network port used in the network communication process for the target application program, where the transmission network port is used for transmitting message data corresponding to the target application program. In the specific implementation, the network switching device determines a transmission network port corresponding to the switched network type according to the network type label corresponding to the target application program, and sets a strategy route in the system route table to establish the association relationship between the network type label and the transmission network port in the route table, so that message data can be routed for the target application program according to the strategy route in the subsequent communication process, namely, the message data carrying the network type label is routed to the transmission network port corresponding to the target application program for message transmission. For example, a policy route may be set for network type tag 1024 (Wi-Fi tag) by ip rule add fwmark 1024priority 1000table wlan0, which determines that its corresponding transport portal is wlan0. If the network type after the switching is not Wi-Fi network, the wlan0 in the policy routing setting statement is changed to the network port corresponding to the corresponding network type.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the priority of the policy route is higher than the priority of the default route of the system, so as to ensure that the target application program preferentially performs network access according to the switched network type.
And S140, setting a source IP address conversion rule corresponding to the target application program according to the switched network type so as to switch the VPN network connected by the target application program to the switched network type.
Wherein the source IP address translation rule is a rule for IP address translation, which is implemented by modifying firewall rules.
Specifically, the target application program communicates through the switched network type, and the network switching device also needs to set a source IP address conversion rule for the target application program by modifying a firewall rule, where the source IP address conversion rule can convert a source IP address corresponding to the VPN network into an IP address of a transmission network port corresponding to the switched network type in the communication process. Thus, the message data of the target application program can be transmitted through the transmission network port based on the IP address of the transmission network port corresponding to the switched network type, so as to realize network switching.
Here, the execution order of S130 and S140 is not limited, and S130 may be executed before/after S140, or S130 may be executed in parallel with S140.
According to the technical scheme, under the condition that each application program is connected with the VPN network, the target application program of the network to be switched and the network type after the switching corresponding to the target application program are determined; according to the switched network type and the application identifier of the target application program, determining a network type label corresponding to the target application program by modifying the firewall rule; setting a strategy route corresponding to the target application program in a system route table according to the network type label, wherein the strategy route is used for determining a transmission network port of message data of the target application program according to the network type label; and setting a source IP address conversion rule corresponding to the target application program according to the switched network type so as to switch the VPN network connected by the target application program to the switched network type. The network mode of the application program with slow network access rate in the terminal is switched from the VPN network to the wireless local area network or the mobile data network, so that the network access rate of the corresponding application program is improved.
In some embodiments, on the basis of the above technical solution, the network switching method further includes: under the condition that the removal of the target application program is monitored, the network type label corresponding to the target application program is cleared; and/or under the condition that the VPN network disconnection is monitored, the network type label, the strategy route and the source IP address conversion rule corresponding to the target application program are cleared. Specifically, when it is monitored that the target application program is removed, the network switching device clears the setting rule of the network type tag corresponding to the target application program in the firewall rule, so as to clear the network conversion processing of the target application program. When the VPN network disconnection is monitored, the network switching device can remove firewall rules set by the network type label, the policy routing setting and the source IP address switching rule without executing the network switching method of the embodiment of the disclosure.
In some embodiments, on the basis of the above technical solution, the network switching method further includes: and under the condition that the target application program is added again, the network type label corresponding to the target application program is redetermined by modifying the firewall rule according to the switched network type and the new application identifier of the target application program. Specifically, when it is monitored that the target application program is newly added, for example, the packet name of the newly added target application program is the same, but the application identifier UID is different, but the VPN network is not disconnected, the network switching device needs to set the network type tag for the target application program again. For example, the network type tag is set in the same manner as in S120, and the mark tag is unchanged except for the UID. Thus, network switching of the target application program can be realized quickly.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of yet another network switching method provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. It further optimizes the "determine target application of network to be handed over". On the basis, the method can further optimize the determination of the switched network type corresponding to the target application program. Wherein the explanation of the same or corresponding terms as those of the above embodiments is not repeated herein. Referring to fig. 2, the network switching method includes:
And S210, after receiving a network switching instruction triggered by a user, displaying an application program selection interface.
The network switching instruction refers to an instruction for triggering a network switching process.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the network switching device provides a man-machine interaction interface, and determines the target application program and the network type after switching through the interaction operation of the user. When the user clicks a control capable of triggering a network switching process in the man-machine interaction interface, for example, the user clicks a network switching button, or the user clicks a button corresponding to the switched network type, the network switching device receives a network switching instruction generated based on the clicking operation of the user, and then displays an application program selection interface to the user. The application selection interface displays a plurality of applications installed in the electronic device, and the applications can execute network type switching.
S220, determining a target application program based on application program selection operation of the user on the application program selection interface.
Specifically, after the electronic device is connected to the VPN network, the user may perceive which application programs have a slower network access rate, and at this time, the user may select, through the application program selection interface, the application program with a slower network speed, and the network switching device may receive a selection instruction corresponding to the corresponding application program, and then use the application program corresponding to the selection instruction as the target application program.
And S230, determining the network type after switching corresponding to the target application program based on the network type selection operation of the user on the application program selection interface under the condition that the wireless local area network and/or the mobile data network are available.
Specifically, after the electronic device connects to the global VPN network, at least one of the wireless local area network and the mobile data network is available in addition to the VPN network, such as the VPN network and the wireless local area network, the VPN network and the mobile data network, or the VPN network, the wireless local area network, and the mobile data network are all available. In either case, the network switching device may provide an interactive interface for selecting a network type, for example, a selection button for adding a network type to the application selection interface, and when the user selects an application, the network switching device may select the network type to be switched together, so that the network switching device may determine the switched network type corresponding to each target application based on the selection operation of the user. Corresponding communication rules can be set for the target application program and the switched network type thereof later so as to carry out communication according to the set communication rules when the switched network type is available.
S240, acquiring a white list, and determining a target application program according to the package name of the application program in the white list.
Specifically, in some embodiments, a whitelist may be preset for storing information (such as a packet name) of an application program to switch network types in the case of VPN connection, for example, storing information of an application program accessing an external resource. The whitelist may be stored in the cloud or locally. And the network switching device acquires the white list under the condition that the VPN connection is detected, reads the package name from the white list, and determines an application program matched with the package name in all application programs installed in the electronic equipment as a target application program.
S250, determining the network type after switching corresponding to the target application program according to the network type corresponding to the packet name of the application program in the white list under the condition that the wireless local area network and/or the mobile data network are available.
Specifically, the whitelist may store, in addition to information of the application programs, a switched network type corresponding to each application program. Then, in the case that at least one of the wireless local area network and the mobile data network is available, the network switching device may read the white list to obtain a switched network type corresponding to each target application.
And S260, determining the application program as a target application program if the domain name resolution time length of the application program exceeds a preset time length or the number of domain name resolution failures exceeds a preset number of times for each application program.
In particular, in some embodiments, the network switching device may automatically detect a network access rate of each application after connecting to the VPN network to determine the target application. In this embodiment, the network switching device detects the network access rate through the dns resolution (such as the resolution status and/or the resolution duration) of the domain name corresponding to each application. If the domain name resolution duration of a certain application program exceeds a preset duration (i.e. a preset duration), or the number of domain name resolution failures exceeds a preset number, the network access rate of the application program is considered to be slower, and the application program is determined to be a target application program. The above process is executed for each application program, so that all target application programs needing to switch networks can be determined. The preset time period and the preset times can be determined according to the requirement of the user on the response rate of the application program.
S270, according to the switched network type and the application identifier of the target application program, determining the network type label corresponding to the target application program by modifying the firewall rule.
S280, setting a strategy route corresponding to the target application program in a system route table according to the network type label, wherein the strategy route is used for determining a transmission network port of message data of the target application program according to the network type label.
S290, setting a source IP address conversion rule corresponding to the target application program according to the switched network type so as to switch the VPN network connected by the target application program to the switched network type.
According to the technical scheme, after the network switching instruction triggered by the user is received, an application program selection interface is displayed; determining a target application program based on application program selection operation of a user on an application program selection interface; and determining the network type after the switching corresponding to the target application program based on the network type selection operation of the user on the application program selection interface under the condition that the wireless local area network and/or the mobile data network are available. The method and the device realize the manual selection of the target application program and the switched network type by the user, so that the network switching result meets the user requirement. Determining a target application program by acquiring a white list and according to the package name of the application program in the white list; and determining the switched network type corresponding to the target application program according to the network type corresponding to the packet name of the application program in the white list under the condition that the wireless local area network and/or the mobile data network are available.
