step S600: receiving an outgoing call request inviting a new communication partner; extracting preset voiceprint information corresponding to the invited new communication object based on the calling request; acquiring communication position information of the new communication object based on the preset voiceprint information; the communication position information is the position relation information of the new communication object and the communication terminal; and establishing communication connection based on the communication position information.

In another embodiment of the present invention, based on the above embodiment, the preset voiceprint information includes main preset voiceprint information and auxiliary preset voiceprint information, the extracting, based on the identification information, the preset voiceprint information corresponding to the communicated object, and acquiring, based on the preset voiceprint information, communication location information of the communicated object to confirm the communication terminal, including: extracting main preset voiceprint information of a communicated object corresponding to the identification information; acquiring main communication position information of the communicated object based on the main preset voiceprint information to determine a communication terminal; when the main communication position information is not acquired, extracting auxiliary preset voiceprint information corresponding to the identification information; and acquiring auxiliary communication position information of the communicated object corresponding to the auxiliary preset voiceprint information based on the auxiliary preset voiceprint information to determine the communication terminal.
Specifically, the method for acquiring the main preset voiceprint information and the auxiliary preset voiceprint information is the same as that in the above embodiment. When the communication terminal cannot be confirmed by the main communication position information based on the main preset voiceprint information, the communication terminal continues to be confirmed by the auxiliary communication position information of the communicated object corresponding to the auxiliary preset voiceprint information based on the auxiliary preset voiceprint information, and the auxiliary preset voiceprint information and the main preset voiceprint information can be authorized, associated and bound through the APP managed by the home gateway. The method comprises the steps of acquiring auxiliary communication position information by acquiring the auxiliary preset voiceprint information, further confirming a communication terminal, sending a prompt of whether switching is carried out to a calling end, and acquiring the auxiliary preset voiceprint information to acquire the auxiliary communication position information according to the intention of the calling end so as to confirm the communication terminal; or when the main communication position information is not acquired and the communication terminal is confirmed, directly acquiring the auxiliary preset voiceprint information and acquiring the auxiliary communication position information to confirm the communication terminal, and feeding the switching information back to the calling end, wherein the calling end can select switching or ending the incoming call to control the subsequent flow to be performed, and when the incoming call is ended, the subsequent flow is correspondingly terminated. The invention is not limited in particular. The probability of successful communication connection is improved, and interaction between voiceprint recognition and communication connection of the intelligent household equipment is more flexible.
In the technical scheme of the invention, when a call request exists, the preset voiceprint information is extracted based on the call request to realize the determination of the position information of the communicated object; the invention establishes communication connection by determining the position relation information of the communicated object and the communication terminal and further determining the communication terminal. The intelligent home communication and voiceprint recognition combined application is realized.
The intelligent home user registers voiceprint information in the home gateway to form preset voiceprint information, the preset voiceprint information is stored in a database, when an incoming call party calls, a calling object is identified through the home gateway, the preset voiceprint information of the called object/the communicated object is extracted, the sound production position of the user is obtained through intelligent terminal equipment of the home gateway, and a voice communication link is established for communication. The communication includes a wired communication connection and a wireless communication connection.
The user can move the position in the communication process, the communication equipment is still in place, the communication link detects that the communication quality of the user becomes low, whether the user changes the position or not is inquired, and the intelligent terminal for communication is adjusted in time according to the position information of the user.
In the process of establishing the communication link, the home gateway monitors whether new voiceprint information exists in real time, and prompts a user of the communication link that a new user joins in communication according to the result of identifying the new voiceprint. The user can send a request for inviting other members to join the communication link to the home gateway through the intelligent terminal, and the home gateway finds the designated user according to the voiceprint after receiving the request, establishes the communication link and completes the establishment of the communication link.
If the home gateway does not collect the sounding activities of the user, the person searching is started according to the person searching rule, the person searching rule can be set in the home gateway, and the person searching is carried out according to the rule, such as device incoming call reminding, home scene activation state, user voice using habits and the like.
The user can send a state instruction set by calling with any intelligent home to inform the gateway of the current state of the user.
The user can also access the gateway through the APP to inquire the record of the call and the call request setting.
And extracting preset voiceprint information of the called object through the identification information in the call request, and then confirming the communication position information of the communicated object and the communication terminal based on the preset voiceprint information so as to determine that the communication terminal establishes communication connection. When the corresponding communication position information cannot be acquired through the main preset voiceprint information, the corresponding communication position information can be acquired through the auxiliary preset voiceprint information, and the successful communication connection probability is improved; the communication quality can be monitored in the communication process, and corresponding measures are taken according to the monitoring result, including that whether the communication position information of the communicated object changes or not is confirmed, whether the communication terminal needs to be switched to the latest communication terminal or not is judged, and the communication quality is further ensured; whether the voiceprint sound source object corresponding to the new voiceprint information meets the requirement of adding communication is judged by monitoring whether the new voiceprint information exists, noise intrusion and mixed entry during communication connection are avoided, and the quality of communication connection is guaranteed.

Further, a communication device based on voiceprint recognition is characterized by further comprising:
a detection module: the system is used for monitoring the communication quality in the communication connection process;
the detection module is connected with the data processing module, and the data processing module is also used for inquiring the reason of the communication quality abnormity when the communication quality abnormity is detected; adjusting the communication connection based on the reason of the abnormal communication quality, and monitoring that new voiceprint information exists in the communication connection process; judging whether the new voiceprint information meets the requirement of communication joining; and when the new voiceprint information meets the requirement of communication adding, adding the voiceprint corresponding to the new voiceprint information into the communication connection.
The receiving module 100 is arranged to receive a call request of an incoming call and an outgoing call, the data processing module 200 processes the call request based on voiceprint recognition to confirm the communication terminal, and the communication module 300 realizes communication connection, so that voiceprint recognition and communication connection can be flexibly combined.
Based on the above embodiment, the present invention further provides an intelligent terminal, and a schematic block diagram thereof may be as shown in fig. 9. The intelligent terminal comprises a processor, a memory, a network interface and a signal interface which are connected through a system bus. Wherein, the processor of the intelligent terminal is used for providing calculation and control capability. The memory of the intelligent terminal comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the intelligent terminal is used for being connected and communicated with external intelligent household equipment through a network. The signal interface is used for being connected with the intelligent home and establishing signal connection, and the computer program is executed by the processor to realize a communication method based on voiceprint recognition.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the block diagram of fig. 9 is only a block diagram of a part of the structure related to the solution of the present invention, and does not constitute a limitation to the intelligent terminal to which the solution of the present invention is applied, and a specific intelligent terminal may include more or less components than those shown in the figure, or combine some components, or have different arrangements of components.
In one embodiment, an intelligent terminal is provided that includes a memory, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs including instructions for:
receiving a call request including identification information of a communicated object;
extracting preset voiceprint information corresponding to the communicated object based on the identification information, and acquiring communication position information of the communicated object based on the preset voiceprint information to confirm the communication terminal;
and establishing communication connection based on the communication terminal.
Further, in another embodiment, the establishing of the communication connection based on the communication terminal is instructed in the above embodiment; instructions for the following operations are also included thereafter:
monitoring whether new voiceprint information exists in the communication connection process;
judging whether the new voiceprint information meets the requirement of communication joining;
and when the new voiceprint information meets the requirement of communication adding, adding the voiceprint corresponding to the new voiceprint information into the communication connection.
Further, in another embodiment, the establishing of the communication connection based on the communication terminal is instructed in the above embodiment; instructions for the following operations are also included thereafter:
monitoring the communication quality in the communication connection process;
when the communication quality is detected to be abnormal, inquiring the reason of the abnormal communication quality;
and adjusting the communication connection based on the reason of the abnormal communication quality.
Further, in another embodiment, the establishing of the communication connection based on the communication terminal is instructed in the above embodiment; instructions for the following operations are also included thereafter:
receiving an outgoing call request inviting a new communication partner;

Claims (16)

1. A communication method based on voiceprint recognition is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a call request including identification information of a communicated object;
extracting preset voiceprint information corresponding to the communicated object based on the identification information, and acquiring communication position information of the communicated object based on the preset voiceprint information to confirm the communication terminal;
and establishing communication connection based on the communication terminal.
2. The communication method according to claim 1, wherein the preset voiceprint information includes main preset voiceprint information and auxiliary preset voiceprint information, the preset voiceprint information corresponding to the communicated object is extracted based on the identification information, and the communication location information of the communicated object is acquired based on the preset voiceprint information to confirm the communication terminal, comprising:
extracting main preset voiceprint information of a communicated object corresponding to the identification information;
acquiring main communication position information of the communicated object based on the main preset voiceprint information to determine a communication terminal;
when the main communication position information is not acquired, extracting auxiliary preset voiceprint information corresponding to the identification information; and acquiring auxiliary communication position information of the communicated object corresponding to the auxiliary preset voiceprint information based on the auxiliary preset voiceprint information to determine the communication terminal.
3. The communication method based on voiceprint recognition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the obtaining of the communication position information of the communicated object based on the preset voiceprint information confirms the communication terminal, and comprises:
inquiring whether preset incoming call communication position information corresponding to the preset voiceprint information exists or not based on the preset voiceprint information;
and when the preset incoming call communication position information exists, the communication position information of the communicated object is obtained based on the preset incoming call communication position information to determine the communication terminal.
4. The communication method based on voiceprint recognition according to claim 3, wherein the obtaining of the communication position information of the communicated object based on the preset voiceprint information confirms the communication terminal, and further comprises:
when the preset incoming communication position information does not exist; acquiring preset communication authorization equipment information corresponding to the preset voiceprint information based on the preset voiceprint information;
respectively identifying and searching the voiceprint of the communicated object based on the preset voiceprint information and the communication authorization equipment information to obtain a searching result; the search result comprises the equipment information of the communication authorization equipment;
and acquiring the communication position information of the communicated object according to the search result to determine the communication terminal.

The communication method based on voiceprint recognition according to claim 4, wherein the step of respectively recognizing and searching the voiceprint of the communicated object based on the preset voiceprint information and the communication authorization device information to obtain a search result comprises:
acquiring communicable communication authorization equipment information in the communication authorization equipment information;
and respectively carrying out voiceprint identification and search on the communicated object corresponding to the preset voiceprint information based on the communicable communication authorization equipment information to obtain a search result.

The communication method according to claim 5, wherein the performing voiceprint recognition search on the communicated objects corresponding to the preset voiceprint information based on the communicable communication authorization apparatus information respectively to obtain search results comprises:
performing voiceprint information identification matching on the communicated objects corresponding to the preset voiceprint information respectively based on the communicable communication authorization device information;
when the voiceprint information corresponding to the preset voiceprint information is not matched, searching a communicated object based on the communicable communication authorization equipment information to obtain a searching result;
and obtaining the search result based on the search result.

The communication method according to claim 5, wherein the performing voiceprint recognition search on the communicated objects corresponding to the preset voiceprint information based on the communicable communication authorization apparatus information respectively to obtain search results comprises:
performing voiceprint information identification matching on the communicated objects corresponding to the preset voiceprint information respectively based on the communicable communication authorization device information;
and when the voiceprint information corresponding to the preset voiceprint information is matched, obtaining a search result, wherein the search result comprises the communicable communication equipment information matched with the voiceprint information.
8. The communication method based on voiceprint recognition according to claim 7, wherein the establishing of the communication connection based on the communication terminal comprises:
sending a call connection prompt based on the communication terminal;
receiving a call connection indication corresponding to the call connection prompt;
and establishing communication connection based on the call connection prompt.
9. The communication method based on voiceprint recognition according to claim 1 or 8, wherein the establishing of the communication connection based on the communication terminal further comprises:
monitoring whether new voiceprint information exists in the communication connection process;
judging whether the new voiceprint information meets the requirement of communication joining;
and when the new voiceprint information meets the requirement of communication adding, adding the voiceprint corresponding to the new voiceprint information into the communication connection.
10. The communication method based on voiceprint recognition according to claim 1 or 8, wherein the communication connection is established based on the communication terminal, and then further comprising
Monitoring the communication quality in the communication connection process;
when the communication quality is detected to be abnormal, inquiring the reason of the abnormal communication quality;
and adjusting the communication connection based on the reason of the abnormal communication quality.

The communication method based on voiceprint recognition according to claim 10, wherein when the communication quality abnormality is detected, the reason of the communication quality abnormality is inquired; adjusting the communication connection based on the reason of the communication quality abnormity comprises:
when the communication quality is detected to be abnormal, the latest communication position information of the communicated object is redetermined to determine the latest communication terminal;
and switching the communication connection to the newly determined latest communication terminal.
12. The communication method based on voiceprint recognition according to claim 1 or 8, wherein the establishing of the communication connection based on the communication terminal further comprises:
receiving an outgoing call request inviting a new communication partner;
extracting preset voiceprint information corresponding to the invited new communication object based on the calling request; and determining a communication terminal based on the communication position information of the new communication object determined by the preset voiceprint information
And adding communication connection based on the communication terminal.
13. A communication device for communicating based on voiceprint recognition, comprising:
a receiving module: receiving a call request including identification information of a communicated object;
