step 104: attempting, by the mobile terminal, to receive a PDCCH message transmitted by the base station in response to transmitting the random access preamble and the first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station, wherein a CRC portion of the PDCCH is scrambled by the RA-RNTI;
step 105: receiving, by the mobile terminal, a PDSCH message transmitted by the base station on PDSCH resources indicated by the PDCCH message in response to receiving the PDCCH message;
step 106: in response to receiving a PDSCH message sent by a base station, determining, by a mobile terminal, whether the PDSCH message includes a first random access preamble identity identifier and a first contention resolution identity identifier;
step 107: establishing, by the mobile terminal, an RRC connection with the base station if the first random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message and the first contention resolution identity identifier is included;
step 108: sending, by the mobile terminal, the community medical big data to the base station in response to establishing the RRC connection with the base station;
step 109: if the first random access preamble identity identifier is not included in the PDSCH message, the random access preamble is retransmitted by the mobile terminal to the base station while the first contention resolution identity identifier is transmitted by the mobile terminal to the base station.
In a preferred embodiment, the method for acquiring community medical big data comprises the following steps:
if the first random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message but the contention resolution identity identifier in the PDSCH message is not the first contention resolution identity identifier, retransmitting, by the mobile terminal, the random access preamble to the base station while transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station;
transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station if the first random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message but no contention resolution identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message, wherein the first contention resolution identity identifier is transmitted on PUSCH resources and wherein the PUSCH resources are indicated in the PDSCH message;
receiving, by the mobile terminal, a contention resolution message transmitted by the base station in response to transmitting the first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station on the PUSCH resource;
determining, by the mobile terminal, whether a first contention resolution identity identifier is included in the contention resolution message in response to receiving the contention resolution message;
establishing an RRC connection by the mobile terminal with the base station if it is determined that the contention resolution message includes the first contention resolution identity identifier;
sending, by the mobile terminal, the community medical big data to the base station in response to establishing the RRC connection with the base station;
if it is determined that the first contention resolution identity identifier is not included in the contention resolution message, the random access preamble is transmitted by the mobile terminal to the base station while the first contention resolution identity identifier is transmitted by the mobile terminal to the base station.
In a preferred embodiment, the method for acquiring community medical big data comprises the following steps:
responding to the sending of the community medical big data to the base station, and enabling the mobile terminal to enter an RRC idle state;
after entering the RRC idle state, if the mobile terminal collects community medical big data again, transmitting a random access preamble to the base station by the mobile terminal, and simultaneously transmitting a C-RNTI and a second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station by the mobile terminal, wherein the C-RNTI is received by the mobile terminal in a PDSCH message and a contention resolution message, wherein the random access preamble is transmitted on a PRACH resource and the contention resolution identity identifier is transmitted on a PUSCH resource, wherein the PRACH resource is indicated in the system information, wherein the PUSCH resource is determined at least partially based on a time-frequency position of the PRACH resource, wherein the random access preamble has the second random access preamble identity identifier;
attempting, by the mobile terminal, to receive a PDCCH message transmitted by the base station in response to transmitting the random access preamble and the C-RNTI to the base station;
if the mobile terminal does not receive the PDCCH message, the mobile terminal sends the random access preamble to the base station again, and simultaneously the mobile terminal sends the C-RNTI and the second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station;
determining, by the mobile terminal, in response to receiving the PDCCH message, whether a CRC portion of the PDCCH message is scrambled by the second random access preamble identity identifier or the C-RNTI;
if the CRC part of the PDCCH message is judged to be scrambled by the C-RNTI, the PDSCH message sent by the base station is received by the mobile terminal on the PDSCH resource indicated by the PDCCH message;
in response to receiving the PDSCH message, transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the recollected community medical big data to the base station on the PUSCH resources indicated in the PDSCH message.
In a preferred embodiment, the method for acquiring community medical big data comprises the following steps:
if the CRC part of the PDCCH message is judged to be scrambled by the second random access preamble identity identifier, receiving, by the mobile terminal, the PDSCH message sent by the base station on the PDSCH resource indicated by the PDCCH message;
in response to receiving the PDSCH message, further determining, by the mobile terminal, whether a second random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message;
if the PDSCH message does not comprise the second random access lead code identity identifier, the mobile terminal retransmits the random access lead code to the base station, and simultaneously the mobile terminal transmits the C-RNTI and the second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station;
if the second random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message but the contention resolution identity identifier in the PDSCH message is not the second contention resolution identity identifier, retransmitting the random access preamble by the mobile terminal to the base station while transmitting the C-RNTI and the second contention resolution identity identifier by the mobile terminal to the base station;
transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station if the second random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message but no contention resolution identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message, wherein the second contention resolution identity identifier is transmitted on PUSCH resources and wherein the PUSCH resources are indicated on the PDSCH message.
In a preferred embodiment, the method for acquiring community medical big data comprises the following steps:
receiving, by the mobile terminal, a contention resolution message transmitted by the base station in response to transmitting the second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station on the PUSCH resource;
determining, by the mobile terminal, whether a second contention resolution identity identifier is included in the contention resolution message in response to receiving the contention resolution message;
if the contention resolution message is judged to include the second contention resolution identity identifier, establishing RRC connection between the mobile terminal and the base station;
sending, by the mobile terminal, the community medical big data to the base station in response to establishing the RRC connection with the base station;
if the second contention resolution identity identifier is not included in the contention resolution message, the random access preamble is transmitted by the mobile terminal to the base station, while the C-RNTI and the second contention resolution identity identifier are transmitted by the mobile terminal to the base station.
The invention provides a system for acquiring community medical big data, which is characterized by comprising the following components:
means for collecting community medical big data by a mobile terminal;
means for monitoring, by the mobile terminal, synchronization signals and system information transmitted by the base station in response to collecting the community medical big data;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a random access preamble to the base station while transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station in response to monitoring a synchronization signal and system information transmitted by the base station, wherein the random access preamble is transmitted on a PRACH resource and the contention resolution identity identifier is transmitted on a PUSCH resource, wherein the PRACH resource is indicated in the system information, wherein the PUSCH resource is determined based at least in part on a time-frequency location of the PRACH resource, wherein the random access preamble has the first random access preamble identity identifier;
means for attempting, by the mobile terminal, to receive a PDCCH message transmitted by the base station in response to transmitting the random access preamble and the first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station, wherein a CRC portion of the PDCCH is scrambled by the RA-RNTI;
means for receiving, by the mobile terminal, a PDSCH message transmitted by the base station on PDSCH resources indicated by the PDCCH message in response to receiving the PDCCH message;
means for determining, by the mobile terminal, whether a first random access preamble identity identifier and a first contention resolution identity identifier are included in a PDSCH message in response to receiving the PDSCH message sent by the base station;
means for establishing, by the mobile terminal, an RRC connection with the base station if the first random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message and the first contention resolution identity identifier is included;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the community medical big data to the base station in response to establishing the RRC connection with the base station;
means for retransmitting, by the mobile terminal, the random access preamble to the base station if the first random access preamble identity identifier is not included in the PDSCH message, while transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station.
In a preferred embodiment, the system for acquiring community medical big data comprises:
means for retransmitting, by the mobile terminal, the random access preamble to the base station if the first random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message but the contention resolution identity identifier in the PDSCH message is not the first contention resolution identity identifier, while transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station if the first random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message but no contention resolution identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message, wherein the first contention resolution identity identifier is transmitted on PUSCH resources and wherein the PUSCH resources are indicated in the PDSCH message;
means for receiving, by the mobile terminal, a contention resolution message transmitted by the base station in response to transmitting the first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station on the PUSCH resource;
means for determining, by the mobile terminal, whether a first contention resolution identity identifier is included in the contention resolution message in response to receiving the contention resolution message;
means for establishing, by the mobile terminal, an RRC connection with the base station if it is determined that the first contention resolution identity identifier is included in the contention resolution message;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the community medical big data to the base station in response to establishing the RRC connection with the base station;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the random access preamble to the base station while the first contention resolution identity identifier is transmitted by the mobile terminal to the base station if it is determined that the first contention resolution identity identifier is not included in the contention resolution message.
In a preferred embodiment, the system for acquiring community medical big data comprises:
means for entering, by the mobile terminal, an RRC idle state in response to sending the community medical big data to the base station;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a random access preamble to the base station, while transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a C-RNTI and a second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station, if the mobile terminal collects community medical big data again after entering the RRC idle state, wherein the C-RNTI is received by the mobile terminal in a PDSCH message and a contention resolution message, wherein the random access preamble is transmitted on a PRACH resource and the contention resolution identity identifier is transmitted on a PUSCH resource, wherein the PRACH resource is indicated in the system information, wherein the PUSCH resource is determined based at least in part on a time-frequency location of the PRACH resource, wherein the random access preamble has the second random access preamble identity identifier;
means for attempting, by the mobile terminal, to receive a PDCCH message transmitted by the base station in response to transmitting the random access preamble and the C-RNTI to the base station;
means for retransmitting, by the mobile terminal, the random access preamble to the base station if the mobile terminal does not receive the PDCCH message, while transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the C-RNTI and the second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station;
means for determining, by the mobile terminal, in response to receiving the PDCCH message, whether a CRC portion of the PDCCH message is scrambled by the second random access preamble identity identifier or the C-RNTI;
means for receiving, by the mobile terminal, a PDSCH message transmitted by the base station on PDSCH resources indicated by the PDCCH message if it is determined that the CRC part of the PDCCH message is scrambled by the C-RNTI;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the recollected community medical big data on the PUSCH resource indicated in the PDSCH message to the base station in response to receiving the PDSCH message.
In a preferred embodiment, the system for acquiring community medical big data comprises:
means for receiving, by the mobile terminal, a PDSCH message transmitted by the base station on PDSCH resources indicated by the PDCCH message if it is determined that the CRC portion of the PDCCH message is scrambled by the second random access preamble identity identifier;
means for further determining, by the mobile terminal, whether the PDSCH message includes a second random access preamble identity identifier in response to receiving the PDSCH message;
means for retransmitting the random access preamble by the mobile terminal to the base station if it is determined that the PDSCH message does not include the second random access preamble identity identifier, while transmitting the C-RNTI and the second contention resolution identity identifier by the mobile terminal to the base station;
means for retransmitting, by the mobile terminal, the random access preamble to the base station if the second random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message but the contention resolution identity identifier in the PDSCH message is not the second contention resolution identity identifier, while transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the C-RNTI and the second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station if the second random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message but no contention resolution identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message, wherein the second contention resolution identity identifier is transmitted on a PUSCH resource, and wherein the PUSCH resource is indicated on the PDSCH message.
In a preferred embodiment, the system for acquiring community medical big data comprises:
means for receiving, by the mobile terminal, a contention resolution message transmitted by the base station in response to transmitting the second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station on the PUSCH resource;
means for determining, by the mobile terminal, whether a second contention resolution identity identifier is included in the contention resolution message in response to receiving the contention resolution message;
means for establishing, by the mobile terminal, an RRC connection with the base station if it is determined that the second contention resolution identity identifier is included in the contention resolution message;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the community medical big data to the base station in response to establishing the RRC connection with the base station;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the random access preamble to the base station, while transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the C-RNTI and the second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station, if it is determined that the second contention resolution identity identifier is not included in the contention resolution message.

Claims (10)

1. The method for acquiring the community medical big data is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
collecting community medical big data by a mobile terminal;
monitoring a synchronous signal and system information sent by a base station by a mobile terminal in response to the collected community medical big data;
in response to monitoring a synchronization signal and system information transmitted by a base station, transmitting, by a mobile terminal, a random access preamble to the base station while transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station, wherein the random access preamble is transmitted on a PRACH resource and the contention resolution identity identifier is transmitted on a PUSCH resource, wherein the PRACH resource is indicated in the system information, wherein the PUSCH resource is determined based at least in part on a time-frequency location of the PRACH resource, wherein the random access preamble has a first random access preamble identity identifier;
attempting, by a mobile terminal, to receive a PDCCH message transmitted by a base station in response to transmitting a random access preamble and a first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station, wherein a CRC portion of the PDCCH is scrambled by an RA-RNTI;
receiving, by the mobile terminal, a PDSCH message transmitted by the base station on PDSCH resources indicated by the PDCCH message in response to receiving the PDCCH message;
determining, by a mobile terminal, whether the first random access preamble identity identifier and the first contention resolution identity identifier are included in the PDSCH message in response to receiving the PDSCH message sent by the base station;
establishing, by a mobile terminal, an RRC connection with the base station if the first random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message and the first contention resolution identity identifier is included;
sending, by a mobile terminal, the community medical big data to the base station in response to establishing an RRC connection with the base station;
re-transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the random access preamble to the base station if the first random access preamble identity identifier is not included in the PDSCH message, while transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station.
2. The method for acquiring community medical big data as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method for acquiring community medical big data comprises the following steps:
re-transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a random access preamble to the base station, while transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station, if the first random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message but the contention resolution identity identifier in the PDSCH message is not the first contention resolution identity identifier;
transmitting, by a mobile terminal, a first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station if the first random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message but no contention resolution identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message, wherein the first contention resolution identity identifier is transmitted on a PUSCH resource, and wherein the PUSCH resource is indicated in the PDSCH message;
receiving, by a mobile terminal, a contention resolution message transmitted by a base station in response to transmitting the first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station on the PUSCH resource;
determining, by a mobile terminal, in response to receiving the contention resolution message, whether the first contention resolution identity identifier is included in the contention resolution message;
establishing, by the mobile terminal, an RRC connection with the base station if it is determined that the contention resolution message includes the first contention resolution identity identifier;
sending, by a mobile terminal, the community medical big data to the base station in response to establishing an RRC connection with the base station;
if it is determined that the first contention resolution identity identifier is not included in the contention resolution message, transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a random access preamble to the base station while transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station.
3. The method for acquiring community medical big data as claimed in claim 2, wherein the method for acquiring community medical big data comprises the following steps:
responding to the sending of the community medical big data to the base station, and enabling a mobile terminal to enter an RRC idle state;
after entering the RRC idle state, if the mobile terminal collects community medical big data again, transmitting a random access preamble to the base station by the mobile terminal, and simultaneously transmitting a C-RNTI and a second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station by the mobile terminal, wherein the C-RNTI is received by the mobile terminal in the PDSCH message and the contention resolution message, wherein the random access preamble is transmitted on a PRACH resource, and the contention resolution identity identifier is transmitted on a PUSCH resource, wherein the PRACH resource is indicated in the system information, wherein the PUSCH resource is determined based at least in part on a time-frequency position of the PRACH resource, wherein the random access preamble has the second random access preamble identity identifier;
attempting, by the mobile terminal, to receive a PDCCH message transmitted by the base station in response to transmitting the random access preamble and the C-RNTI to the base station;
if the mobile terminal does not receive the PDCCH message, the mobile terminal sends a random access preamble to the base station again, and simultaneously the mobile terminal sends a C-RNTI and a second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station;
determining, by the mobile terminal, in response to receiving the PDCCH message, whether a CRC portion of the PDCCH message is scrambled by a second random access preamble identity identifier or a C-RNTI;
if the CRC part of the PDCCH message is scrambled by the C-RNTI, receiving, by the mobile terminal, a PDSCH message sent by the base station on a PDSCH resource indicated by the PDCCH message;
in response to receiving the PDSCH message, transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the recollected community medical big data to the base station on PUSCH resources indicated in the PDSCH message.
4. The method for acquiring community medical big data as claimed in claim 3, wherein the method for acquiring community medical big data comprises the following steps:
receiving, by the mobile terminal, a PDSCH message sent by the base station on a PDSCH resource indicated by the PDCCH message if it is determined that the CRC part of the PDCCH message is scrambled by a second random access preamble identity identifier;
in response to receiving the PDSCH message, further determining, by the mobile terminal, whether the second random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message;
if the PDSCH message does not comprise the second random access preamble identity identifier, the mobile terminal retransmits the random access preamble to the base station, and simultaneously the mobile terminal transmits the C-RNTI and the second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station;
if the second random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message but the contention resolution identity identifier in the PDSCH message is not the second contention resolution identity identifier, retransmitting, by the mobile terminal, the random access preamble to the base station while transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the C-RNTI and the second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station;
transmitting, by a mobile terminal, a second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station if the second random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message but no contention resolution identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message, wherein the second contention resolution identity identifier is transmitted on a PUSCH resource, and wherein the PUSCH resource is indicated on the PDSCH message.
5. The method for acquiring community medical big data as claimed in claim 4, wherein the method for acquiring community medical big data comprises the following steps:
receiving, by a mobile terminal, a contention resolution message transmitted by a base station in response to transmitting the second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station on the PUSCH resource;
determining, by the mobile terminal, whether the second contention resolution identity identifier is included in the contention resolution message in response to receiving the contention resolution message;
establishing, by the mobile terminal, an RRC connection with the base station if it is determined that the second contention resolution identity identifier is included in the contention resolution message;
sending, by a mobile terminal, the community medical big data to the base station in response to establishing an RRC connection with the base station;
if the second contention resolution identity identifier is not included in the contention resolution message, the mobile terminal sends a random access preamble to the base station, while the mobile terminal sends a C-RNTI and the second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station.
6. The system for acquiring the community medical big data is characterized by comprising the following steps:
means for collecting community medical big data by a mobile terminal;
means for monitoring, by the mobile terminal, synchronization signals and system information transmitted by the base station in response to collecting the community medical big data;
means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal, a random access preamble to a base station while transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station in response to monitoring synchronization signals and system information transmitted by the base station, wherein the random access preamble is transmitted on a PRACH resource and the contention resolution identity identifier is transmitted on a PUSCH resource, wherein the PRACH resource is indicated in the system information, wherein the PUSCH resource is determined based at least in part on a time-frequency location of the PRACH resource, wherein the random access preamble has a first random access preamble identity identifier;
means for attempting, by a mobile terminal, to receive a PDCCH message transmitted by a base station in response to transmitting a random access preamble and a first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station, wherein a CRC portion of the PDCCH is scrambled by an RA-RNTI;
means for receiving, by a mobile terminal, a PDSCH message transmitted by a base station on PDSCH resources indicated by the PDCCH message in response to receiving the PDCCH message;
means for determining, by a mobile terminal, whether the first random access preamble identity identifier and the first contention resolution identity identifier are included in the PDSCH message in response to receiving the PDSCH message sent by the base station;
means for establishing, by a mobile terminal, an RRC connection with the base station if the first random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message and the first contention resolution identity identifier is included;
means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal, the community medical big data to the base station in response to establishing an RRC connection with the base station;
means for retransmitting, by the mobile terminal, the random access preamble to the base station if the first random access preamble identity identifier is not included in the PDSCH message, while transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station.
7. The system for acquiring community medical big data as claimed in claim 6, wherein the system for acquiring community medical big data comprises:
means for retransmitting, by a mobile terminal, a random access preamble to the base station while a first contention resolution identity identifier is transmitted by a mobile terminal to the base station if the first random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message but the contention resolution identity identifier in the PDSCH message is not the first contention resolution identity identifier;
means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal, a first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station if the first random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message but no contention resolution identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message, wherein the first contention resolution identity identifier is transmitted on a PUSCH resource and wherein the PUSCH resource is indicated in the PDSCH message;
means for receiving, by a mobile terminal, a contention resolution message transmitted by a base station in response to transmitting the first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station on the PUSCH resource;

means for establishing, by a mobile terminal, an RRC connection with the base station if it is determined that the first contention resolution identity identifier is included in the contention resolution message;
means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal, the community medical big data to the base station in response to establishing an RRC connection with the base station;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a random access preamble to the base station, while transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the first contention resolution identity identifier to the base station, if it is determined that the first contention resolution identity identifier is not included in the contention resolution message.
8. The system for acquiring community medical big data as claimed in claim 7, wherein the system for acquiring community medical big data comprises:
means for entering, by a mobile terminal, an RRC idle state in response to sending the community medical big data to the base station;
means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal, a random access preamble to the base station, while transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a C-RNTI to the base station and a second contention resolution identity identifier if the mobile terminal collects community medical big data again after entering the RRC idle state, wherein the C-RNTI is received by the mobile terminal in the PDSCH message and the contention resolution message, wherein the random access preamble is transmitted on a PRACH resource and the contention resolution identity identifier is transmitted on a PUSCH resource, wherein the PRACH resource is indicated in the system information, wherein the PUSCH resource is determined based at least in part on a time-frequency location of the PRACH resource, wherein the random access preamble has the second random access preamble identity identifier;
means for attempting, by a mobile terminal, to receive a PDCCH message transmitted by a base station in response to transmitting a random access preamble and a C-RNTI to the base station;
means for retransmitting, by the mobile terminal, the random access preamble to the base station if the mobile terminal does not receive the PDCCH message, while transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the C-RNTI and a second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station;
means for determining, by a mobile terminal, in response to receiving the PDCCH message, whether a CRC portion of the PDCCH message is scrambled by a second random access preamble identity identifier or a C-RNTI;
means for receiving, by the mobile terminal, a PDSCH message transmitted by the base station on PDSCH resources indicated by the PDCCH message if it is determined that the CRC part of the PDCCH message is scrambled by the C-RNTI;
means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal, the recollected community medical big data to the base station on a PUSCH resource indicated in the PDSCH message in response to receiving the PDSCH message.
9. The system for acquiring community medical big data as claimed in claim 8, wherein the system for acquiring community medical big data comprises:
means for receiving, by the mobile terminal, a PDSCH message transmitted by the base station on PDSCH resources indicated by the PDCCH message if it is determined that the CRC portion of the PDCCH message is scrambled by a second random access preamble identity identifier;
means for further determining, by the mobile terminal, whether the second random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message in response to receiving the PDSCH message;
means for retransmitting, by the mobile terminal, a random access preamble to the base station if it is determined that the second random access preamble identity identifier is not included in the PDSCH message, while transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the C-RNTI and a second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station;
means for retransmitting, by the mobile terminal, the random access preamble to the base station while the C-RNTI and a second contention resolution identity identifier are transmitted by the mobile terminal to the base station if the second random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message but the contention resolution identity identifier in the PDSCH message is not the second contention resolution identity identifier;
means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal, a second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station if the second random access preamble identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message but no contention resolution identity identifier is included in the PDSCH message, wherein the second contention resolution identity identifier is transmitted on a PUSCH resource, and wherein the PUSCH resource is indicated on the PDSCH message.
10. The system for acquiring community medical big data as claimed in claim 9, wherein the system for acquiring community medical big data comprises:
means for receiving, by a mobile terminal, a contention resolution message transmitted by a base station in response to transmitting the second contention resolution identity identifier on the PUSCH resource to the base station;
means for determining, by a mobile terminal, whether the second contention resolution identity identifier is included in the contention resolution message in response to receiving the contention resolution message;
means for establishing, by a mobile terminal, an RRC connection with the base station if it is determined that the second contention resolution identity identifier is included in the contention resolution message;
means for transmitting, by a mobile terminal, the community medical big data to the base station in response to establishing an RRC connection with the base station;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, a random access preamble to the base station while transmitting, by the mobile terminal, the C-RNTI and a second contention resolution identity identifier to the base station if it is determined that the second contention resolution identity identifier is not included in the contention resolution message.
