The energy-saving audio and video alarm system for security monitoring of claim 1, wherein the alarm module (2) comprises a buzzer module (13), a voice broadcast module (14) and a flashing light module (15), and the input ends of the buzzer module (13), the voice broadcast module (14) and the flashing light module (15) are electrically connected with the output end of the central processing module (7).
